I have always loved this place, but now needing to find someplace new, unfortunately. Got my oil changed last week... on my way home from work today and the oil light came on. Pulled over... oil was pouring out of the bottom. They did not tighten the bolts or plug. Absolutely nuts! (Update... the manager was very kind and worked to connect me with claims in Pep Boys corporate office. He apologized and was very patient. Turns out my engine burned up from the incident and I needed a new engine block. I was more disappointed with the Corporate Office's handling of things... it took 6 weeks from start to finish for the appraisal, approval, ordering parts, reapproval of additional parts, repairs, etc. Communication was limited. Definitely a very stressful time. However... Pep Boys did make things right. They finally approved everything, my car was repaired by an outside mechanic, and my car is running well. Sadly, I will still not trust my car being brought here again. Too much hassle for a simple oil change).

The friendly and professional staff at the Goodyear Pep Boys never fail to exceed my expectations. Ryan, my service advisor, always takes the time to explain the different service options available in a very caring manner. I will definitely be returning to the Goodyear Pep Boys and I will be recommending this location to my friends and family.

Great customer service, accidently set an appointment at another location. They helped us regardless of the wrong location, and even helped us by canceling the appointment at the wrong place. Fast service, and extremely friendly. Thank you!

Had to get my white Kia, all tuned up and ready for the road again and I got some really great service from a pep boys worker name Memphis really helped me out to decipher what was going on with the vehicle. The price turned out to be a decent price it was lower than the initial estimate, the car has been running fine ever since as of a couple days ago and I am on the road again just like Willie Nelson

Vehicle vandalized on a Sunday, all tires slashed. With Pep Boys towing service with no upfront payment was a life saver. Held my vehicle inside the garage for two weeks until I had the time to go pick it up. Always excellent service!

Went to pep boys last week thinking I can trust them to tell me the truth and assist with my car seems that s hard to find out hereTold them my serpentine belt was making a noise tsking noise had them check and said they didn t find anything wrong should of known they didn t check anything he said it was free and no receipt and told me my belt was good they didn t find anything but a oil leak .ok fast forward to today when my belt just rips and fell off if you know how long it takes for that belt to rip it didn t do that in the week that past so yeah don t trust these people they will say they checked and everything is good to go and it was FREE OF COURSE NO RECEIPT

Had 2 encounters with this place both negative!! Don t make Sunday appointments when you need something small or quick they only have one tech they schedule Sundays and will call and make you reschedule to come another day for something as simple as a flat repair or a battery replacement.

Went in for an appointment for an alignment. Then the service was completed I got a piece of paper with what had been done, but still seeing red areas I asked why and was told that's the best they could do. Now my car steers to the right and need correction to stay in lanes on the road. I thought the point of an alignment was to fix the issue, not continue/create new problems. FYI, I just had the tires replaced at this same Pep Boys last week; pretty sure tires don't get that messed up after a week of driving from an alignment issue and was not told the tires were in any shape bad.

Pep Boys is a reliable auto repair and maintenance service company. They are super busy but continue to be friendly. They applied a coupon to my oil change before I mentioned it. They also helped diagnose and repair my windshield washer issue without charge. I chose Pep Boys over other repair shops because of their customer service.

I made an appointment for a slow leak in one of my tires and dropped it off early. After a few hours after my scheduled appointment time, I called and they said my car was never dropped off, even tho we physically gave the keys to an employee - they just never filed the paperwork? We had to re-explain the issue and they said they d work on it. Literally 10 minutes later I got a call that there was nothing wrong and they just filled air in my tires. My tire had slowly been leaking for weeks so I knew there was a problem. When we asked if they checked for a leak or a puncture, they said they didn t. It was just a waste of time. I took my car to another shop and they fixed the leak no problem.

I have been a customer at Pepboys for three years. Today I had the worst customer service experience and my truck was damaged. Ryan was extremely rude and my wheel cap was broken. Prior to scheduling the appointment I was told it would be 50 min. When I arrived I was told it would be 3 hours which I find inefficient. Being that all they had to do was add a trailer hitch. With this kind of hospitality and work I will definitely not return and I do not recommend this store.

I was able to order my tires and schedule my appointment online, including a few other things I wanted repaired. Got there, they started on time, sporadically checked with me on updates to prices and work done. Overall an easy and painless process. Also, went with their credit card, 0 % financing for 12 months.

I like how I m able to drop my car off and do the things I need to do throughout my day. They re very communicative and pricing was good to me. They made my car run so much better! Thank you to the workers at pep boys!

Did not have my tires in stock that I ordered, but they did not cancel my appointment. Instead they rotated my tires without asking. Went to Tire Discounters for the same tires at a better price. I came back later for an alignment appointment and they would not honor my appointment time and had me wait for hours. Don t waste the time and stress coming here.

The tire package I purchased on-line was not at the store so they up-graded my purchase to the next line of tire package without the extra cost. They installed my tires and had my on the road less than an hour. Great service and pricing!

Good service! The person working the front desk gor me in last minute when I came in with a screw in the side wall. For the workers though, corporate needs to update their computer system so they have better access to paperwork from when customers make Pep Boys purchases at other Pep Boys shops! It would be better for everyone involved!

It was super last minute. They got me right in. I got all 4 tires. They were very efficient. They didn't have an Alignment tech, so I have to come back for the alignment since it was already paid for online. But amazing service. Ryan was friendly and professional.

I m partially disabled and need all the help I can get. Took my 2012 Toyota Camry in for oil change & tire rotation, safety inspection and fluids check, all for less than $100 plus I was given a heads up to replace the serpentine belt. Ignacio, the attendant/manager was prompt and very knowledgeable with answers to all my questions. Thanks PepBoys Goodyear for your help!!

The service used to be much better. The manager cancels online appointments that are made, not sure why. The diagnostic was not good at all; they could not fix the check engine light to my car. I will need to take it to the dealership. I think Pepboys is good for general repairs.

Negative 5 stars. Do not buy tires here the service is horrible. The road hazard is a con and anytime you have a problem they will tell you that you have to make an appointment for a week away, even for a simple nail repair. They don t want to work unless you re buying new tires, anything else and they will rudely tell you they don t have time and are short staffed. I truly wish I had never given pep boys my business.

Had an appointment on a Sunday to get 4 new tires installed and when I showed up, they brought my vehicle right in and had the tires changed within 40 minutes. It was a great experience. However, I noticed after that I only had one valve cap, the other three we not put back on.

I don't normally review terrible service but this is next level. All I wanted to ask was if I was going to need an appointment or not (you do need an appointment for everything apparently) but I waited at the counter for nearly 20 minutes for an employee to bother coming into the lobby. The phone was ringing off the hook and there was another person waiting in the lobby but they just ignored all of us for 20 minutes in the middle of the day with no explanation.

The person at the counter Ignasious has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. They canceled my appointment without any notification and he lacks sympathy and empathy never tried to resolve the issue just said leave it all day I will see if I can get to it or reschedule no explanation why. I drove 23 miles for that appointment. I hope Amazon reconsiders using them as a preferred tire installation partner

My mom's 2011 Sonata was in need of a new starter. I called Pep Boys and the service advisor that answered said bring it in and we will get it done. Pep Boys had work on my wife's SUV and my car many times so we trusted them to get the job done. We had her car towed in and less the 5 hours later it was ready for pickup. They had quoted us a price prior to the vehicle being towed in and when the job was completed it was less then quoted being there was a discount coupon available.Thank you Pep Boys for another amazing service and experience.

Brought my truck in they said I would need to make an appointment to get my truck looked at. Made the appointment for 9am a week later. Brought my truck in for my appointment 4 hours go by so I call to ask the status of my truck. They tell me they are busy with cars from yesterday and haven't got to my truck to even look at it. I'm like what is the point of making the appointment to waste my time. Don't bring your vehicle here.

I've brought several of my vehicles to this particular Pep Boys over the last few years. The quality of the work has always been good and more importantly the management has always made sure that the work performed is done correctly and that the customer is happy after completion. The manager, Ignacio (nacho) always goes out of his way to make sure these two important items happen!
