Amazing shop in Goodyear. From start to finish of the repairs on my truck, I was taken care of. The owner set me up with his technician, Greg. He kept me informed on what was needed or might be needed and updated me on progress. Quality work done in a timely manner. Will be the only go to shop for me from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top notch shop that is honest & reliable.

Excellent. From the customer service to the servicing of the vehicle, awesome. Super friendly, easy to communicate and treat the vehicle well. The shop is so nice and clean, great setup. They got my car up and running, super quick in my opinion, and I won't hesitate to bring any of my cars back and I will absolutely recommend.

I went here on my way to Tucson , one of my spark plugs shot out of the engine and destroyed the coil also. It was at the end of the day at Litchfield auto repair , originally they told me they didn't know if they would be able to repair it until the following day. They were able to get me back on the road for my bicycle ride in the El Tour de Tucson. I would like to personally thank Mike and Greg for your outstanding service. I was driving from California to Tucson and didn't know what to do. But they totally took care of me thanks again.Mark Griffen

Greg was super friendly! Didn't sugar coat anything but was very compassionate at the same time! Very honest & reliable! They saved me so much money! I can highly recommend these mechanics. Good ones are truly hard to find. Greg was great to work with on my issues.I do whatever I can on my vehicle myself. On the rare occasions I can't, I need someone competent and fair on billing because no one wants to get ripped off.These guys were great. Got my vehicle in within a day and serviced it.They uncovered multiple failing issues that the dealership shop has conveniently failed to tell us about, that I couldn't pin down diagnose myself.So, with their findings, it's off to the dealer for warranty repairs.Without their help, I may have suffered major damage to my engine because the dealer said, "It was fine."I'll be telling friends and co-workers to come here. They're the best shop I've found in 11 years of living in the area.Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

I had taken my 2018 ford fusion to firestone they had it a month didn't know what was wrong I had it taken to Litchfield Auto day in a half later my car is fixed I couldn't be more grateful thank you so much Litchfield Auto

I had them work on my BMW. While there for another repair I had them look at my door locks. I didn't have the money to do the replacement right away so I told them I would have it done in the future. I noticed that they didn't replace the door panel properly so I went back inside to tell them. First they told me they didn't remove any panels. It works be impossible to tell me what was wrong with the locks without removing the panel. Also, when I first talked to them on the phone they said they WOULD BE removing them. In any case, when I went back into the shop it was near closing so they needed it another day. A bit inconvenient, but I left work early again to pick up the car. When I got into the car and pulled on the door, the lower I realized the lower part of the door panel was no longer attached. Because didn't want to take yet another early day from work and my frustration level is beyond measure, I just left. I will not be going back for another repair.

I googled an auto repair near me and chose the place for its good reviews. I am glad I chose them, quick friendly service. Mike was upfront about the price of the work that needed to be done on my car and detailed why. He was courteous and very knowledgeable! I ve been going to Litchfield Auto for almost 4 years now. They have earned my hard to get trust with my two vehicles. Ive had several different repairs done on my 03 S-10 and my truck was always fixed right the first time. The mechanics are thorough.If there is a problem other than what I brought my truck in to fix they let me know and I choose what to fix and when. They are open, honest and fair in their pricing. I m retired Air Force and they offer a military discount on certain items. The only place I will take my car. Friendly, fast, trustworthy service. They explain everything clearly and never make me feel stupid. They point out issues I may not have seen but never try to upsell me and they offer a military discount.

Have not had the service but am not impressed by the driving. Saw this SUV around Thunderbird and the 101. He first turns left even though there was a pedestrian in the crosswalk, then swerves into the other lane (it was a double left turn), then swerves back into his own lane. When I got closer I saw the driver was on the phone, and he continued to be on the phone for as long as he was within my sights.

Greg is fantastic! i called a few days prior and explained my battery situation and he was able to stay passed 5pm to help me replace my battery after telling him i was coming from tempe. Greg i appreciate your kind heart and i definitely want to see the progress pictures with your sons z!

UPDATED EDIT Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them as highly. (Originally 5 stars) Our mechanic left, and the new one missed something vital.We sold our 2002 4Runner we were "babying for just a few more months" until I could buy a new car. It was becoming unsafe going across busy intersections as it had "zero to 60 power in 3 mins" instead of 30 seconds. I bobbed up and down at stop lights like an old jalopy, "due to running on 5 cylinders, instead of 6". This was untrue. Found out from the guy we sold it to that the cylinders were great.I sold the 4Runner, which had 260,000 miles, to a mechanical friend. He started at the spark plug wires and found an exposed wire that was arcing. $100 fix, and it now runs smooth. He felt bad since he knew we were thinking of dropping a new engine in to keep it for my daughter and offered to sell it back. On a positive note, his daughter really needed a newer car. Sadly, it also shook our faith in Litchfield Auto and their thoroughness on repairs. I hope they get back to their old quality. Old Review We have been coming here since late 2016. They have always done quality work. Our car broke down unexpectedly yesterday and Litchfield Auto did an amazing job. We dropped the car off around 4:00pm yesterday. They were ready and waiting for us when the tow truck arrived. We had a diagnosis by 8am and our car back by 11am. I highly recommend them.

Spoke with Phil, he & his wife are the owners. He was so friendly, took the time to explain everything to me answered all my questions & being a female its hard to get good, quality, reliable, trustworthy automobile work done & not feel like they're blowing smoke up your rear or totally taking advantage of you. Phil new exactly what he was talking about & saved me from purchasing a lemon. He even guided me on a few cars that are great cars & good on gas. I will recommend everyone I can here with no hesitation. My dad was my only mechanic all my life until old age hit & he could no longer get under the cars to fix them. So I know a good hearted genuine mechanic when I come across one & that is not often in fact its rare! Small business great business.

My Camry is 16yrs old, I had given it to my daughter for her first car and 40k miles later it was needing more repairs than I would like to admit at 144k. Mark had it looked over and was brutally honest that the repairs would be more than the car is worth possibly. We discussed the used car market and that despite all the repairs needed the engine and cosmetics were in great shape. knowing how good the shop is, I had them do all the repairs that they had found in diagnosis. I was wanting the car done before driving it back to Pennsylvania within a few days of dropping it off. Not only the final price was within 20bucks, the owner of litchfield did the work since they were short handed, and the car drives better than when I got it at 40k miles. It was worth every dollar I paid litchfield motor to repair it. Again thanks for the great service from everyone at the shop!

They looked at my 2010 VW Tiguan and spoke to Mike. Turns out they found a major gas leak as well as other unknown problematic codes coming from my engine. Gave his honest advice and said to not put any more money into this vehicle based on the condition it was in, when asked how much money I owed him for diagnosis, he said not to worry about it, asked me to tell him when I could tow it out of his shop and call it a day. There are honest mechanics out there after all.

They are hands down the best shop I have been to.They were up front, honest, and took time to really discuss my car issues and did an amazing job.They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and the work done right.When I called about a question on my new tires the owner drove all the way to my work to make sure they were done correctly. Now that speaks volumes about a company and shows they care not only about the quality of work they do, but also the customers safety.thank you for being a shop that cares about your customers safety and satisfaction. It means so much to me!!We will be using you as our new family repair shop.When I brought my car in I stated I didn't feel safe driving it. So thank you I felt safe and happy when I drove it away, as well as home tonight. Thank you and your amazing team.

My husband just picked up our family Jeep and it is perfect!! Phil and his crew came to the rescue!! This isn't the first car we have taken to him. He has fixed my 350z when I crashed it, he got my Nova running perfect to pass emissions, and he's worked on my husband's truck. I have never had any issues with his repairs. I feel bad for not writing a review sooner. We always shop around and find the best deal and Phil always wins. He always diagnoses and reviews the estimate before continuing. Very trustworthy man. We have referred people to this auto shop and will continue to.

I couldn't be happier with Phil and the way he conducts his business. We had extensive work done on the car. After looking at the car he called with the details and said he would like to have me come in to look at the car up on the lift so he could explain everything in detail. Wow, no shop had ever done that! Phil quoted the price for all repairs but gave an option to do some now and some later if I preferred. We did it all at once, easier this way! I also inquired about tires from Phil and he gave me a smoking deal on them, installed them and had an alignment done as well. When the car was finished I was very pleased with the price as it came in under his quote for the repairs and the tires also came in considerably less. Again, that has never happened to me before! This is a can't miss shop in my opinion. Phil has earned a customer and I will spread the word to everyone regarding his business etiquette and quality of work. And yes, the car runs like new again!

Tamara and crew at Litchfield Auto are amazing. The first time I used them they called around to a bunch of different places to get quotes on the parts I needed replaced. Not sure if this is common or not but I was amazed that she spent the time to find me a good deal on parts. I dropped my car off in the morning and by the afternoon they had replaced the entire AC system and I was ready to go. Could not believe how fast they fixed it. Took my other car in a couple weeks and again I was back in my car same day for another great price. These guys are fast, smart, honest and affordable. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can rely on.
