This location has such a wonderful, caring staff... I truly appreciate them! I had an incident with Pep Boys (they didn't tighten the oil plug), so brought my car to Greulich's based off reviews. My first thought when I walked in was how clean the place was... that was a good sign. I was nervous because of my recent experience, but Miguel and Keenan really went above and beyond. My car was in a waiting game because of the appraiser, Pep Boys stalling on repairs, etc. When the appraiser wanted to put an older engine in... they pushed back to make sure the newer engine block was approved. When Pep Boys attempted to find ways to total my car, Miguel and Keenan said that was not what was right for me as the customer. They also communicated with me the whole way through and never once got frustrated with my car staying there (it took about 7 weeks for everything to be approved and fixed). It's so hard finding good, honest mechanics in this state. But, I believe my car is in good hands with this team... I highly recommend them!

This is by far the best automotive shop I have ever visited in all my years owning a car! They never try to give me a run for my money, are honest about repairs or services that are suggested, and are always fair in pricing and do a thorough job every single time. I always come back because the customer service is so good here. The team is awesome! Thank you guys again.

I didn't have an appointment, yet my car was served in a short amount of time. They honored the coupon for my oil change. I was treated kindly, respectfully, and professionally. My car runs smoothly and I'm glad I went to them. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Saturday August 5th. Greulich's did a great job on this FR-S! Replaced end links and absolutely nailed the alignment! Finally drives exactly how it was intended to be. Super clean shop and professional staff and super effective techs! Thanks so much for literally setting the car straight. Highly recommended. Comfortable lobby, water and courtesy shuttle if you need a ride. Also, I absolutely love the text communications with links to detailed inspection and diagnostic report with photos! It includes immediate concerns as well as future maintenance needs. No pressure to sell you services that are not needed.

I was able to have major repairs completed in one day. I was welcomed in early to have a diagnostic in under an hour also the day prior. The guys upfront were very upfront and communicated well.

Brought our F150 Laredo in to Greulich's on Yuma because they have worked on our vehicles before. We had flashed a engine code and it was determined the cam timing was shot and ready to self destruct, the 5.4 liter engine was toast, and it was time for a new engine. Far cheaper than buying a new truck for $60,000.00! The tech knew exactly what he was doing. They unbolted and disconnected the trucks cab from the frame and lifted it off the frame. Wow! Had never seen that before but it made a lot of sense and he knew exactly what he was doing. The job took some time because its a big job. In the end, my wife got her big Ford, which she loves, back with a brand new engine back with a 4 year and Unlimited Warranty. Nobody offers that! Engine runs smoother at idle, improved gas mileage, more power, sounds different at the exhaust (like new!) and we love it. Perfect installation. The customer service, communication and mechanical work to me on this job was flawless. Everything now works perfectly. This is now our go to auto repair center. Greulichs automotive in Goodyear on Yuma has been wonderful for me. They have been honest and the work has always been top notch. If something doesn t need to be fixed or not necessary and can wait they will tell you straight forward. The techs i speak with are kind and friendly. When you have to pay $3400 to get your car fixed right before Christmas, you want all the answers you can so you can understand why the work is getting done. When I went in to pay and pick up my vehicle, I was shown the part and my questions were answered. Again the work is great and I know it needed to get done. The techs make me feel comfortable and good about what needed to be done. I give their work five stars.

Greulich s, on Yuma Rd in Goodyear, is the only place I will ever take my vehicle. From their impeccable customer service to their attention to every last detail on your car, they are the only choice. Their prices are better than anywhere else, including coupon pricing and they never push unnecessary services on you. Their vehicle inspection is thorough, complete and documented with pictures and comments specific to your vehicle. They go above, beyond and then some. If you need an oil change, wiper blades or any other service on their menu, you and your vehicle are guaranteed to be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I will always recommend and refer everyone to Greulich s thank you Greulich s crew for being such upstanding, honest, capable and competent pillars of society and in this business.

Had it fairly serious oil leak on my Mercedes and the Dealer gave me a quote to fix it and I thought I could probably buy a new car instead so I called Greulich's and boy was a happy I did! I talked to the manager Miguel who said they could handle it and sure enough they not only took good care of it but they were very reasonable on their price and for all the effort they put in I felt very thankful and we'll go back again and again. I highly recommend this garage to fix any car especially after you get a big quote from your automobiles dealer. And another big thing is I only had to drive 2 miles instead of clear across Phoenix and mortgage my house.

Increased oil change price to $100. When I asked about it I was told no they haven't increased it, so they looked at my vehicle history and saw that the last few times I had my van in I was charged around $70. He said for some reason I was only being charged $5 per quart snd it should be $10. I told him I don't normally get the fully synthetic oil. This conversation took place before the oil change. When I went to pick it up they did the fully synthetic oil anyway and now say it is due back for its next oil change in 3000 miles instead of the 5000 they normally recommend for synthetic oil. I have been servicing all of my vehicles at this Greulich's location since they opened. I am not sure what happened here but feel very unsatisfied in the service this time. I am not sure if its under new management but I didn't see any of the regular crew that is usually there. In addition I feel they overcharged for the battery but I did do some shopping around before I told them to do it and they were middle of the road in prices for that.UPDATE- Manager called me and we discussed this. There were some mistakes made and he is taking care of it for me. Thank you Greulich's for making things right.

I am thoroughly impressed with Greulich s professional approach. To get service the same day is a fresh departure from what I have gotten used to. And to receive a thorough evaluation of the vehicle with photos where there were issues was something I have not seen before. All the guys at Greulich's Automotive Repair in Goodyear AZ were great, because they were super nice and really helpful and patient when my third party warranty company was being difficult and slow in approving the engine repairs that needed to be done on my Ram 1500. They even help me sign up with a finance company to help cover some of the work that wasn't covered by my warranty. I really appreciate all their help and support. I would recommend them to anyone. Recently I had to have some more work done on my Ram 1500. The rear differential on my Ram 1500 was having trouble and the shop was even more patient, because the warranty company took two months to approve the work. But, when it was all said and done the guys at Greulich's took care of everything. I'm very happy with them. Thanks .

I would highly recommend Greulich! I have had my vehicle repaired there several times. Keenan and the rest of the crew are always courteous. Their prices are very fair. I had my vehicle in for something I thought was a problem, but they went over my truck and did a diagnostic and it checked out fine. Keenan told me no charge! Most places charge $100.00 just to do a diagnostic. Very reliable !Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

Went to the shop because of my check engine light and was told my transmission went out on a 2018 odyssey replaced the transmission got the vehicle back then a week later the same exact issue came up I was then told that it was the EDM needing to be reset got the vehicle back and it did the same thing finally said forget these guys and went to the dealership who said the issue was the fuel pump I spent $6k to have my car fixed with Greulich s yet they never really found out the issue and was just happy taking my money!! I will NEVER use them again and their guessing system instead of actually finding out the real issue!!

I installed a 4 inch lift on my 2020 tundra and needed an alignment done on it. The lift manufacturer provided there own recommended alignment specifications that didn't work for my truck. But the team at Greulichs automotive went about and beyond to get my alignment done right. I couldn't be happier. They were very professional and friendly and I would definently recommend them.

Took my Mercedes Benz in to have the look at it. Dealership guessed and gave me an estimate of $1500.00Took it here and not only were they courteous but it was a bubble in a tube .No Charge! They have all my trust!

Keenan was great! I had been to a couple different shops and they told me I needed motor mounts done.So I scheduled it to be done at greulichs only to find out the mounts were worn but didn't need to be replaced. Keenan saved me over $800! And he could have easily just gone ahead and done it and taken my money but he was honest with me. As sometime who knows little about cars his honesty means the world! I'll definitely be going back and recommend them to anyone

I have been taking my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country for service for about a year now. By service I mean, oil changes, tire rotation, front struts, power steering fluid, fuel system flush, and tune up. I am extremely happy with the service I get from Gruelich's Automotive Repair on Yuma and Sarival in Goodyear. Miguel, the service writer, finds ways to save me money on my service. If I don't need it he doesn't recommend it. Another reason I chose Gruelich's for my service is, they report to Carfax.

Took my 2006 Ford E350 van to get checked out for the engine light. After not wanting to get my van repaired there found the dash panel that was removed was not installed back properly, and rattles as the van is driven. What else did they remove that they did not put back? I would strongly avoid this place. Not only did they want to charge more than 4 times for the parts for coils and spark plugs, but they wanted to charge a lot for labor to replace these items for a total of over $1900. I have a video that I will upload to youtube later today. The original code was P0430 "Catalyst System Efficiency below threshold (bank 2)". I let them know of a rattling sound on the catalytic converter that before the rattling stopped, then the check engine light came on with this code. The van never ran rough or gave any signs of misfire or anything like that. The van has very low miles on it with only 33K miles.

I have nothing good to say. Bogus recommendations and lots of them. They listed dirty floors under urgent attention but failed to list the reasonsi brought it in. Even if you know what's wrong they'll charge you diagnostics. Avoid if possible.

Extremely unpleasant experience. I came in to get a lugnut removed that discount tire had broken. At first I was belittled by the male receptionist who told me I needed a paper from discount tire. He called the manager at DT and after speaking to him, he said he couldn't help me, he said it would by 5 to 9hrs at $189 an hour in labor costs to remove a lugnut. He also told me the DT owner and the owner of this shop were basically in bed together, so he couldn't help me. And, this whole time he kept calling me by the wrong name although he had my ID in his possession. Never felt so discriminated, and belittled in my life. If you are a person of color, I would not recommend stepping into this place.
