I brought my 99 Suburban C1500 in September 2023 for an alignment as I had the 3 year free alignment deal with them. They spent about three hours with the car up on the alignment rack and the tech told me "well, we've got it pretty close but we can't get it 100% because something is binding in the steering gear." So I had to make a minor repair to the idler arm bracket before bringing the car back in to attempt another aligmnent. This time they said they couldn't get the wheels aligned perfectly because I had excessive wear in the upper control arm bushings. The car was still pulling to the right. Over the next weekend I replaced both upper control arms and once again returned to Goodyear for an alignment. The tech spent about four hours struggling to align the wheels before finally telling me everything is OK. I drove home via the 101 freeway here in Phoenix, taking the car up to about 70 mph only to notice immediately that it was still pulling to the right. The next day I took the car to Network Alignment and was told by their manager (Scott) that all the bolts used to adjust the car's alignment were loose and the cotter pins had not been replaced by the Goodyear tech the day before. He actually said that he might need to charge me extra labor to restore the front end to normal since the Goodyear tech never finished his work properly the day before. And to think I was driving at highway speeds after leaving the Goodyear place....if I'd had an accident or been killed you can imagine the lawsuit that would result. Scott also told me that the Goodyear techs had been unable to align my car's wheels because they had not removed the upper control arm "knockouts" which prevent the alignment bolts from achieving full travel during the alignment process. And Goodyear brags about how "thoroughly trained" their techs are!! After removing the knockouts, the techs at Network Alignment had my wheels aligned in about 45 minutes and the car drives nice and straight now. I'll never go to Goodyear for anything in the future. They clearly don't know their jobs and will lie to your face telling you, "You're all set," when in reality they have set you up for a serious accident......

I went into the Goodyear Auto Center located on the corner of Litchfield and Western in Goodyear Arizona to purchase a set of tires and I've got to tell you that I am completely satisfied with the service that I received. From the sales Manager, to the Service Manager to Store Manager.....true definition of customer service with a full intent of ensuring that I walked away fully satisfied!The guys out back that performed the work did an outstanding job on top of all of that. My car again rides as smooth as it did when I first purchased it.... meaning they paid attention to detail ensuring that each tire was balanced to perfection!Thank You Team Goodyear Auto Center #8242!

Definitely run the other way. Customer service is obviously difficult for them for one and they can't handle basic repairs without having to fix mistakes they make. Just save your time and money by going anywhere else.

Great customer service and super friendly staff! Stopped by to check on a tire that had a slow leak they not only found the leak and patched it up but also balanced the air in the other tires as well and free of charge! When asked what was due they said Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays a small gesture but a huge impact! Thank you again!

After a bad experience at Discount Tires I looked at yelp/google reviews and finally decided on Goodyear Auto Service at this location.��I'm glad I did, they were awesome.��Richard was super helpful and took the time to understand what I was trying to get done (swapping wheels, transferring TPMS sensors, etc) on my Tesla Model 3.��I was concerned about getting it up on a lift because the entire undercarriage houses the battery and I've heard some horror stories of damage when not lifted according to "Tesla's guidelines".��But Jose our installer did a great job all around.��He took the time to thoroughly go through everything (even double checking w/ the Tesla guidelines in the manual), did a test-fit of the front wheels to make sure I didn't have any clearance issues, and got everything done perfectly.��Couple weeks later I've had no issues at all.��Both Richard and Jose went out of their way to proactively communicate any issues/concerns while most shops would have just slapped on the wheels and sent me on my way.��During the short wait, Richard showed me on a set of Goodyear tires with a protective lip that will help reduce the chances of curb rash when my wife (inevitably) curbs my new wheels.��I'm definitely switching to these when the current Michelin tires are done.��Highly recommended, I'll have all our cars serviced here moving forward.

I stopped here on Monday for a free alignment check...alot of my specs were out not surprisingly b/c I had just installed new front struts...they were a little pricier than the shop I normally go to but I said what the heck I'm already here with my car on the machine so I gave them the go ahead to perform the alignment...so far so good...then about 15 minutes pass by & the guy approaches me & apologizes to me because he said my car requires a "special tool" to adjust the lower control arm bolts and that they do not have that tool nor will they be able to obtain one anytime soon because GM is on strike!?! He didn't charge me for anything thankfully & sent me on my way with a, "I'll call u if I can get that tool" As soon as I get into my vehicle & start it up to back out of the parking lot; I immediately hear this loud POP noise that I also felt in the floorboard underneath my feet; indicating to me that the technician had not properly torqued down one of my lca bolts! Then as SOON as I hop out onto the road & start driving straight down the lane, I see that my steering wheel is no longer "straight" but pointing towards the 10 o' clock position! And because my car has a steering angle sensor, of course it sets off the "service stabilitrack" warning message on my dash! I was furious to say the least because NONE of these problems existed before i brought my vehicle here for a free alignment check!!Long story short, I took the car to my regular shop (Brakes Plus) today and they performed a nice alignment for me, got my steering wheel straightened out again, reset the stabilitrack light, told me they encountered NO problems whatsoever with my vehicle; they didn't need any "special GM tool" AND they were even nice enough to take 20 DOLLARS off of their regular price for me because of all the trouble I had went through w/ THESE dimwits!

Great shop. Took my old 96 Ford in for an alignment, they did a great job for a good price.Took the 2002 FX4 in for an alignment.Both tie rods have now come apart since being there 150 miles ago. Beware, your life is in danger here.They used to be the best, the old man retired, now the kids working there WILL do more harm than good.

I was in a bind having had a flat on the far side of Phoenix. Nobody in Buckeye had my tires in stock. Chad at Goodyear went to the warehouse and got some. They were installed and I was back home the same day. This was a Saturday by the way.

Chad, Rich and Tristan helped me about 10 days ago. I needed an alignment, the AC system checked, along with all fluids checked on my 2002 Pontiac TransAm WS6. Tristan and Rich were my techs and treated me well. All three men were knowledgeable and took great care of my car. After I got the green light from them on the condition of my car, I drove it over 1500 miles. I d highly recommend this business and it s employees. Thanks!

The Goodyear Tire store in Goodyear Arizona replaced the RR tire on my Challenger R/T this morning and it was an excellent experience. Fast, courteous and pleasant people are what they hired at this location.

Richard Blatman was the service agent and he was able to get me in on short notice and get my slow leak evaluated. They showed me that the wear would not warrant a tire rotation. Checked all my tire pressure sensors for proper operation. Fixed the leak and sent me on my merry way. Great conversation while I waited. All around great experience.

Feel like I was ripped off in a way. Went in Saturday 11/05/22 for a routine oil change, first time there ever. Soon it was done check oil light was on and I thought it'll go away. Sunday noticed the check engine light was on, called Monday and guy told me to take it in. Same Monday turns out it was some camshaft sensor (I asked myself why all of a sudden from an oil change the sensors don't work). Decided to get few things done while there. Tuesday dropped it off early morning, got off work and guy inside I'm assuming was the front desk agent said they couldn't get to it because of call offs. Today I got it back, seen that something else was added to the bill that wasn't discussed. (Went from $1,240 to $1,393) I left the papers in my car when i dropped it off so I'm guessing they decided to take them out and add another part but no labor charge (part shows $175 with taxes) didn't bother to ask figured hey I need my car back so I'll just pay it. Literally just went for an oil change which I didn't do myself because I didn't trust the ramps I have, had I know all this I would of just bought a jack and stands to do it myself. Aside from that seems like they know cars and I'm just hoping their friendly wasn't a camouflage to sucker me out of more money.

My car had a horrible grinding sound in the R. Front tire. Richard told me to bring it in and they immediately checked it out and found a piece of metal lodged in the brake - they simply removed it and Chad the manager handed my keys back NO CHARGE!This is awesome service and I'll be bring my business to them when I need to again.Thanks guys!!

Wow! Fantastic experience!We are traveling and went to the local dealership in the area as their website advertised an express lane for an oil change. They told us we would need to make an appointment for the following week, leave it overnight, or come back when they open and wait a minimum of 4 hours and they MAY be able to get to it but no guarantees. Their "sister" store across the street laughed and walked away when we asked for an oil change in the express lane without an appointment.We use the local Goodyear in our area and called to see this Goodyear location could change the oil the next morning and they immediately scheduled an appointment for us! It was a relief to find them so helpful and accommodating.Goodyear found the previous oil filter used was an incorrect size and they went above and beyond to get the correct filter so that we wouldn't have any issues. Richard spent time to thoroughly explain what had happened when the previous filter was put on and gave us recommendations on what to do in the future, especially since our engine was new and there shouldn't have been an issue. They were were exceptional and I would highly recommend their services!

Had an awesome experience with these guys. Was looking to go out to California to visit a family member that just had a baby and knew I needed to get an oil change and my tires checked before heading out. They were able to get me in for the service in a out 15 minutes. Bob was really helpful and made sure things ran smoothly so I could get back out on the road in a timely manner. Props to these guys for their speedy service. Really excited to go out and see my new nephew.

STAY AWAY!! I went there about six months ago for a misfire. After they fixed it, several months later my car started to have the same issues. I then took it back there and they plug the diagnostic thing in and it says there was a misfire again. They said they would honor my warranty. After leaving the car with them, they came to a conclusion that it wasn't a misfire, that it was some type of carbon buildup. I paid them nearly 300 dollars just to not have my car fixed at all. So, when I took it to another mechanic, that's exactly what it was, a misfire. So, when I called them back about the issue, they gave me another story. My car runs like a charm now, thanks to Greulich's! I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I feel as if Goodyear took me through the ringer just so they wouldn't have to honor my warranty.

Excellent service! We were from out of town needed tires for our fifth wheel and at first a little panicked, we needed to get back on the road and knew we needed tires! We tried calling a lot of the local shops around and then Found this little gem! All the guys (manager included) really helped us out even tho they had other jobs they fit us in and had four guys working on it to make it quick! It was like having our own little pit crew we highly recommend, down to service and quality of tires they had to offer! For all our RV and trailer tires we use the Goodyear endurance they are a high quality and can handle the heat, weight and rough roads!

An excellent experience here with some major car trouble. Just visiting for the night, had major oil leak. Made an appointment and was in and our in 38 minutes. Very pleased with the service from the manager Justin Jennigs and his staff. I was thankful for the ease that the problem was an easy fix and the right price. Definitely a great place to take your car for all your service needs. I frequent my local Goodyear Auto service center and I am never disappointed and I am happy to have the same experience at this location in a completely different state. Nice to know this is a service center you can count on.
