Mackenzie greeted me a few weeks ago and made multiple phone calls to try and find nearby locations that could get me in for a quick peek at my car. Armando helped me with getting new rotors and brake pads as well as a free check up on my alignment. Cost was fair and reasonable. Staff is very personable and welcoming. They walk you through everything so there are no hidden surprises and will be honest about what they can and can t do. Was also pointed in the right director a great body shop since my car looks like a little blue hobo doing its best. I will be coming here in the future.

Amazing service and they were able to get my tires ordered and put on very quickly. They were very hospitable and worked around my crazy work schedule. Did everything I needed them to do and then some. Great experience and highly recommend if you need tires or general service.

I had a flat and drove into the store ten minutes before closing. Expecting to leave it over night. Armando was super friendly and said we got you. They made sure they fixed that night, Great service and very friendly.

Josh helped me greatly in getting the best deal for some new tires and alignment! The techs did a great job in taking care of my car and doing a great job. Definitely recommend!

I arrived a few minutes early and upon walking through the front door, they new exactly who I was and what my appointment was for. They quickly, professionally and accurately checked me in and showed me where the waiting area was. They gave me an update midway through the service and checkout was courteous and smooth. Walked out to no issues.

Worst experience. They couldn't find my online order when I went in and I asked to reschedule they said the next day should be fine, but they created a complete new order and was charged a second time. And no one seems to know where the original order has gone. Not the store, not the call center. And then after everything they broke my plastic wheel cover and said they would reimburse me if I can buy a single one. But they all come in packs of 4.

Had a great friendly experience at this location! I have a local firestone in my city but I drove a few more minutes because when I called in Josh answered and was very polite and was able to assist me. I appreciate great customer service and this location does that!

Did not like the way my fianc� was discriminated against and treated for just walking in asking about her flat tire that was in the next parking lot in the Walgreens. The guy working that day was very snobby, rude and full of himself. He even followed my fianc� out the store yelling at her in the parking lot as she walked away and left the store.

Rate a Zero!!! Very Rude and i recently spent 1,100.00 on a job here. Needed my tire changed in the parking lit next door and Guy at the door on 8/25/2023 @8am did blow t even attempt to see if he could help me. Did not say good morning when i walked in and after i said it he just stared. Then insulted my intelligence by repeating what i asked twice back to me. I needed to know if they had a universal key lock! He didn't offer to do shii. DIDNT say let me check or offer a solution.. you guys specialize in tires!? This location customer service representative failed.

Went to estrella location because I had a huge screw in tire and was losing air. I told them and they said all they can do is take the tire pressure??? No emergency services available they were booked?? Mind you they had no cars pulled in!!! And closed at 7 pm I got there at 5:30 pm. I could see if I had a slow leak but to tell me something like this needs an appointment is insane

Such a kind group of guys! Walmart cancelled on me last minute and I m supposed to head out on a business trip. I called so many stores. Luckily, Firestone saved the day and got me in without a complaint! 10/10 will come back! Thank you so much!!!

Every time I come to Firestone they make me feel great they don't take much money out of my pocket and most time they don't make me pay I do pay because I pay it on my card but I don't have to pay it in person but either way it go I love Firestone this is my card keeper of her I have been going to Firestone since I got my car and I will stay there until I get my next car and then start bringing it to Firestone as well thank you Firestone for being there for me at 8:00 a.m. in the morning okay is myServices: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had a flat tire on Christmas Eve,and Josh,Manuel,and Willie all took care of me. I was back on the road in 15 mins. I can't thank everyone at Firestone enough! They saved me hours of waiting,and saved me money

Thanks to Josh and Rocko I will never step foot in another Firestone, nor will I recommend the Goodyear location to anyone. The attitude from Josh regarding an appointment his counterpart neglected to enter into the system was down right nasty. If we dont want your money here was a person, his name would be Josh. Thanks for nothing Firestone. Meineke was more than happy to service my vehicle. The saddest part about this entire ordeal is no one cared to respond or apologize for the way I was treated. Smh...

Staff was really nice, went in without an appointment said they d start it at 4pm, took an extra day every time I called they said it would be done that day, so I was waiting the whole time to get my car back and never got a call. Tire seems good though

Scheduled appointment for today at 5:00pm today. Got an email confirmation, i get there and they say Im not in system, but yet he tells me what car I have. and say they have to reschedule me for another day.Whats the point of making an appointment?? Wasted my time driving here Very bad customer service. Should of known with that 3.8 star.

I was told two hours initially to swap TPMS sensors and balance tires. It turned into five hours. Then the sensors weren't actually swapped over. I came back to have them fix it and was told I'd need to wait an additional amount of hours, for them to fix a job they should have done correctly initially. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Made an appointment for 6pm on a Thursday. When I showed up for my appointment they said "sorry,everyone who does that job goes home at 5. dont trust our online appointments. You should call first. what's your weekend availability?" I get that mistakes with technology happen but getting me in 2-3 days after my appointment? Really? The correct response for this is "I'm really sorry for the mix up our alignment techs go home at 5, I can squeeze you in first thing tomorrow if that works?" Somebody needs to run some customer service training over here. I talked to the other Firestone 1 mile north of this one and they said the same thing about the online appointments. The system is broken and Firestone knows it but they don't seem to want or care to fix it. 1 star.

I made an appointment yesterday for 9 this more. Turns out, my appointment was not honored because it was made with the corporate office and they don't actually know the schedule at the actual shop. The shop is "booked for days". Guy at the counter said he's experienced this problem since he started working here. Apparently the corporate office doesn't care about how much of their clients time they waste or they'd of fixed it a long time ago. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the guy at the counter is actually making an effort to make it right. I won't be back.
