I would not recommend this place. If you talk to three different people, you get three different rules or procedures or guidelines. Spent over $12,000 on 3 vehicles and they wouldn t warranty brake pads after less than 8000 miles and five months.

I went to Christian Brothers for the first time recently for an oil change and to get my brakes checked out because I suspected some possible issues.First of all, all the employees are all very kind and courteous. The building inside was very clean, and I love that they offer a free shuttle service that can take you home while your car is being worked on.After the oil change, they gave me a full report of the vehicle with pictures and videos of issues occurring in my vehicle and explained everything very throughly. I like this aspect so that I can actually see and understand what s going on. I also appreciate that they explained what was most important to get done on the car and maybe the things that weren t as pressing.I did end up needing work on my brakes and brought it back the same week. Again, I had great service. After picking up the vehicle I had some issues with a burning smell coming from the brakes. They checked it and fixed the issues free of charge.Overall, I had a really good experience and will be going back in the future.

Great service. They also provided pictures with any issues they found during their inspection. They were up front with work and fair on price. They also had great communication and kept me informed on issues with my vehicle as well as work being done. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Auto.

I rarely take my vehicle into any auto shop due to labor costs, nevertheless when I inadvertently broke a hose line during routine repair I decided to call Christian Brothers only a mile down the road. Great customer service. Great communication. Free inspection sent to me with detailed pics which highlighted issues recommended for repair along with my original request. Everything was awesome!! Except the price. So I look at it as: you pay for what you get. Excellent service and if you have the funds to spend then take your business to CB. They also guarantee their work for 3yrs and/or 35,000mi. Both!!!

Love taking my car here! Staff is friendly, courteous, & professional. They communicate with you all the way through your repair experience. Shout out to James: thank you for walking all the way down to Taco Bell to let me know you were running late with getting my car car!

On point, they did a great job going over my 2021 jeep wrangler. They were thorough and honest. The price for my brake fluid flush along with a full vehicle inspection was a great deal. James was super courteous and welcoming, and did a fantastic job going over my vehicle. They also had a shuttle to and from the shop. I was happy to wait for my vehicle in the luxury of my own home. (Thank you Jasmin). I will bring my vehicle to CB automotive in the future as well. Thanks guys!

These guys take full care of you no matter the problem. My jeep died on the high way on a Monday and this shop and it diagnosed and fixed by Tuesday absolutely amazing job and also fixed more problems that I had wrong. Great service and hospitality

They are amazing. They are honest and forthcoming. They don't try to upsell and they will let you know what work needs to be and if it is urgent. They provide photos and constant updates. I'm very pleased with this business.

These guys are legit. They go over everything with you step by step. They let you know what you may wanna get done the next visit and not push services on you. They're polite and courteous and well mannered. They play some good Christian music in the very clean and presentable waiting area. Free wifi and beverages as well while you wait.

While on the I303, my engine went in my car. Thank God for Christian Brothers! Not only did they accept my car towed there at closing but did everything in their power to get it replaced and repaired as quickly as possible and PERFECT! They let me know what was going on with my car DAILY. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ever again and the mechanic, Noah, was absolutely phenomenal, he couldn't have been any better than he was! I'd recommend this facility to the President!!!

My first experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was a great one. From the moment I walked in till I left they were nothing but professional and courteous toward me . Listened to my concerns about my cars check up and I was in and out in a reasonable time frame. I will be returning there for any future car matters. Top job!

Pros:-did my husband s car for 100k mileage maintenance with no issues.-kind and respectful staffsCons:-misdiagnosed my ac which could have cost us a lot of money (my car dealership was able to fix the car with a different diagnosis and covered warranty).-steep price compared to some car shopsThere s no perfect car shop but overall, this car shop was very disappointing. I suggest to always check various car shops for price and vehicle inspection differences.

I have to say that everyone at Christian Brothers was great. I got a ride home from them when I dropped my car off, and they deluged it to my door when the work was finished. Noah went above and beyond to help me. I like the fact that their work is guaranteed for 36,000 miles or three years that is very impressive. I will definitely go back when I need anything else done. Just a fantastic place. Great communication as well!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Took my wife s van in to get it aligned and diagnosed for some shaking during braking. They gave us legit reasons and listed everything out in their estimate. I appreciate the fact that they actually wait for approval to work or not on your vehicle. We decided to hold off on the work, but they were very cordial and polite when I went to pick it up. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

I called to get quoted on a clock spring replacement and was told the cost for the part was about $650, I thought that was high for this part so I found it myself online for $184. I asked if they could purchase the part and replace it for me and they said yes but would still have to mark up the price to roughly $600. How is it appropriate under any circumstances to charge 300% on a part that the customer found for you? Even with tax and shipping the cost would be less than $225. I'm convinced this company put "Christian" in their name to draw in people under the guise of being a trustworthy, honest, and community serving company while simultaneously screwing over everyone who walks in the door.

I had a great experience here. They are very communicative, make sure that you are taken care of, offer you coffee or water when waiting, make sure to ensure that you have a ride if you have to drop off your car. They make things simple and clear. Great environment too and kind employees!

They do thorough inspections with pictures and videos and give you price quotes before they begin working. They honor their warranties and are honest with the repairs that are needed. They also are friendly and offer quick service!

I'm giving a 5 star review because the gentleman who assisted me took time to put a battery in my car alarm. I've taken my vehicle to get oil changes to several places and no one ever considered to put a battery in for me. A small gesture as this means a lot. Thank you!

Called when they opened to see if I would be able to bring in same day to have a blinker light replaced and my tires filled. Stacy told me to come on down and was very pleasant to speak with. Every step of the process with the advisor James was quick, seamless, and transparent. He kept me informed through the entire process and explained thoroughly what to expect with each step. This place is professional and trustworthy. I even got a 12$ off coupon to the car wash next door.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Great service, awesome people. One of the fellas was prior service, able to relate and engage in some great dialogue, and they came highly recommended by members of my unit.My vehicle is being fixed as we speak and they are going to deliver it to me because I can't get back there to get it. Now that's some service.They are moderately priced, but the work from what I was watching on other vehicles was top notch. They also have many options for payment, ie.. financing options.They diagnosed and found the problem rapidly, also went through my entire vehicle and gave me estimates on other work and discussed the items that were a safety issue for me as well as others rhatbwerent as important and could be addressed in the future. This gives me the ability to have a game plan, rack and stack repairs, and execute a plan how I see fit.Since I moved from New England I have searched for a mechanic high and low.. after almost 10yrs here in AZ, I have finally found a good and reputable one.Trust is important and they have earned mine through honesty and being direct as well as not trying to force repairs.Great place. I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. First time at the Goodyear location, but have been going to the Tbird location for a couple of years.To be honest, got some bad news about our car that we weren t thrilled about, but these guys invited us in to show us exactly what was wrong and how they found the problem.Also love that they send the photos and reports and send a detailed estimate you your phone so you can read through everything before agreeing to it.We re so glad this location ended up being just as good, if not better, than the other one!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The third vehicle we ve had inspected, repaired, and maintained here leaves me with the unmistakeable belief that this is an excellent business.Frankly, we ve had very poor results with a number of the Valley Acura, Chevrolet, and Dodge dealerships and decided to try CBA Goodyear. The results have been excelling: no delays; vehicle has been done when promised; cost at or below what was forecast and no surprises! Has everything worked out perfectly? No but that can be expected when the symptoms of one problem have turned out to be caused by something else. Investigating one malfunction revealed that none of us knew what the problem really was and they sent photos as proof of the real cause. We ve saved money in 4 of 7 major repairs; costs in two cases were approximately what they forecast, and in one case, a malfunction turned out to be a worst-case issue that required more cost than anticipated. Was it CBA s fault? No. They did their work efficiently and accurately to determine the problem.The best thing of all, though, is their people. They went well beyond the call of duty in getting one problem fixed in getting my vehicle to me at the time promised finding out only at the last minute that there were other problems involved.The secret of their success is that they re top-rate people, easy to work with.

At CBA they are very courteous and kind. I do like how they send me text message notifications during the whole process. I do like the pictures they provide, showing the issue with the vehicle. I do think they are a bit pricey not sure where they get their parts from but at auto zone the same part costs cheaper. But for oil changes they are not too expensive. Never had issues with oil changes and we have done other things on our vehicles though them.Service: Oil change
