I ve been doing maintenance on my own vehicles since I was a kid. This location is right next to my office. With my busy schedule I kept putting off doing an oil change. Decided to give this place a try. Making an appointment is best. They are friendly and they educate you on your vehicle. This is my second time coming in for an oil change and will continue to do so in the future. Keep it up the great work guys, your neighborhood Farmers Agent, Joshua Murillo

3/9 yet again satisfied with another car of mine fixed. It really sucks having car problem but Kaleb, Johnny and the whole team took care of it and now I m back on the road again. Great work fellas I greatly appreciate your hard work.3/7 Great team and great service. I can t thank them enough for their hard work. They will help you with any questions you have and give answers pretty quickly. I trust this team with my vehicles

My wife called and told them she needed rear brakes. Guy says come in at 11 and they can do them. She asks how long it will take to determine if she waits or gets picked up. Guy says 45-60 min. 4 hours later they finish. In addition she had oil changed a week prior and when i check it the level is a quart plus low. She calls them to see what weight oil they put in it and they tell her 0w30 which is full synthetic. I question this because a full synthetic oil change doesn't cost 40 bucks. Come to find out they used 5w20 and they tell her the correct level is anywhere between F and L. While she was there getting topped off another customer came in stating his car was a quart low. Seems like they are making money by not using manufacturers recommendations for oil capacity. Cars cost way to much to trust them to these fools. Go elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience. This Brakes Plus has very kind employees. They answer all of my questions and explain anything that I don't understand.I am very happy with my service. I am so happy that my family comes to get their cars worked on here.I recommend that if you need help with your car, come here. They will help you.

The customer service at the Estrella Parkway location is Superb! The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. They educate the customer on the vehicle s problem, and strive to deliver excellent service at a reasonable price.As I sat in the lobby waiting for the work on my vehicle to be completed, I saw that every customer receives the same attention. I commend Johnny, the Manager for the rapport that he has established with his team and the customers. Scott, a Service Adviser, shared that he has been with the company for the past 15 yrs and enjoys his job satisfaction. Caleb, one of the newer team members (1 yr), worked on my vehicle yesterday, explained the work he had done, and so I left with peace of mind.This is my go to place for vehicle maintenance.

I've deleted my last review to update. My 5 star dropped to a two star. Not sure how to start, but here goes. My 2002 Cavalier has gone in for alignment often. They never get it right the first, I ALWAYS have to take it back to them 2 or 3 times. Well, after this last time, my steering wheel still isn't set right and my car still pulls. Here's the bigger problem. One day, (weeks later) while driving 75mph on the freeway, I started hearing, (thud,thud,thud,thud) coming from the driver front wheel. When my husband checked the suspension, he discovered that the axle nut was lose, so much that he could turn it with his fingers. We called store manager Johnny, (we were indeed upset so tone was unpleasant) my husband asked how that can possibly happen since they were the last ones to work on the vehicle? Johnny replied, "you tell me?" (Instead of de-escalating, he added to our already mood.) So we told him we felt it was sabotage, since we've had bad experiences at another location in Buckeye, Az. The axle nut is easy to get to because the wheel has no hub center piece, aka hub cap and you can losen and tight the nut without removing the tire. If Johnny would've shown more concern, we would've probably been more satisfied, but at this point, I wouldn't TRUST Brakes Plus to check my air pressure or even put air in my tires.

I broke down around the corner from brakes plus, (dead battery). Eddie was friendly taking my call, and said they would be able to walk over and give me a jump. Johnny the manager walked over with me, jumped my truck, and we drove back over to the location where they changed my battery at a great price and got me in and out in 15 minutes.Scott, the service tech was great. Overall, amazing team and location!

Unbelievable customer service! From 1600 miles away, I was trying to help my son find a repair shop to have his brakes replaced. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was outstanding (wish I would have gotten his name). Great price on a complete brake job and oil change. Definitely recommend this Goodyear location.

So good to know there are still good honest people out there ! This morning while running errands I FINALLY realized that the had a severe flat tire - no I know absolutely nothing about cars !I pulled in just before they were opening for the day and they happily put my spare on and had me on my way - no charge !And to top off their kind gesture they even added a lug nut so it was safely attached!Stop in and experience for yourself the top notch service !

My window was stuck rolled down and I stopped at this Brakes Plus to see if they could repair it. Kaleb was great!!! He explained everything to me, I understood what was being done and my repair was completed in less than 3 hours! I highly recommend this shop!

Brought my car in for my oil change appointment and got an engine overheating sign on my dashboard. Kaleb was able to help me understand what my car needed to be fixed and repaired. Great service, highly recommended!

These guys at the Estrella location are just the best. I always feel like they all treat me like I'm their best friend. And they always do a great job on my whole family's cars. I don't even have to shop around because I know I'll get value and service every time I go to the Brakes Plus on Estrella.

I take my mini cooper here and they are amazing. Everyone is very friendly. They don t take advantage of the females that come in and will explain things if you have questions. With a mini cooper, some people won t even bother touching them but they do an amazing job every time with no hesitation.

Made the mistake of taking my car to another establishment for an oil change. This other company told me that I had a coolant leak and an engine oil leak that needed to be fixed immediately. I decided to take my car to Brakes Plus, to have them double check. Turns out nothing is leaking! I will only be going to Brakes Plus for my car needs from now on. They re super trustworthy and honest!

I really love the customer service here at the Estrella location, Eddie was more than helpful, and even though I was running a little late, they got me right in and took great care of my car. Thanks, Eddie!! Please check out this location first if you need a break job, alignment, a/c service, fluid service, and oil & filter change. Their service is impeccable!!

So thankful for the amazing team here at brakes plus I brought in my car in about an hour and a half before they closed they fixed her all up. Got me new rotors and breaks and she is just like new thank you guys for your amazing service. Super friendly!!

I don t know anything about cars. I ve only been here twice, but both times the employees have been very helpful and friendly, and are straightforward with my options. I don t feel like I m being charged for unnecessary add-ons and I find the pricing to be fair in comparison to other car services in the area.

Brakes plus, Goodyear on Estrella. Ladies and gentlemen, DO NOT waist your hard earned money taking your vehicle to these backyard mechanic bozos. I wouldn't trust them checking the air pressure in my tires.I shelled out another 1400 dollars to a reputable shop to fix what they attempted to fix. Trust me, I learned an expensive lesson. The shop should be torn down and replaced with an In and out burgers. I give a no star and 2 thumbs down rating!

Let me just start off by saying that I am clueless and my car is a hot mess express, okay! I took it a few places that took it around the block and tried saying prices higher than my rent for what it might be. I decided to check out Brakes Plus, and the reviews don t lie. From the moment I entered the building they are smiling and welcoming. Kaleb took great care of me, informed me of what he problem really was, walked me through everything step by step and quoted me a very reasonable price for all the alignment issues ol blue was having. They didn t just take it around the block and quote nonsense. They made sure to offer free inspections until they found out the problem! Kaleb, thank you so much for helping get me back on the road and for taking my concerns and safety seriously!!!!

Since meeting them and now bringing all 4 of my cars to them, I truly feel they give honest advice , service and savings opportunities when available. I always take my car here to get worked on they are always so nice and do the best work!! I had my 2 littles with me today and we waited awhile and they went above and beyond to entertain them, they were all very sweet!!

Always a good experience here at the Goodyear location. Caleb and Johnny is always helpful and willing to go that extra mile to figure out what s wrong with the vehicle. Been going to this shop for the past 4 yrs.

I love this Brakes Plus. My family and I have been going here for years and they take care of us so well. They do an amazing job at a rate you really can t beat. I have an older car and have been to many mechanics and they are by far the best. I will be driving down from Flagstaff to go to them. They are a honest, well-spoken, and caring car family.
