Just want to send a big thank you to Sebastian at this Auto Zone. He went above and beyond his duties when I came in with a non-functioning turn signal bulb. Despite it being cold, he came out and helped me replace the bulb and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Sebastian, you made my day.

Had an oil change done down the road at Valvoline and they were out of stock on the replacement air filter. I called up to auto zone a few minutes away and they put two on hold for me.Great!!!

I needed a battery replacement and Nory was absolutely amazing. Very nice and courteous. Helped us change our battery and we were in and out in no time. I recommend this Auto Zone!

The five stars is specifically for the employee who helped me. I unfortunately didn t get her name but she had cool dyed short hair which is what made me approach her. She helped me figure out which windshield wipers to get and was so informative. It s rare these days to have such great costumer service. I ll return here just for her.

They had the parts I needed in stock, and I just gave the associate the part numbers. When checking out, the associate asked what vehicle it was for to make sure I had warranty on the parts. That was very considerate!

I was in this store recently to purchase new wipers for my vehicle.I was extremely happy with the help I received here. Nicole came to my rescue as I couldn t decide which blades to get. She was so professional and knowledgeable. Her eyes smiled as she explained which blades she felt would be best.She made me feel very comfortable and not stupid for not knowing which ones I needed. She kindly installed the wipers for me.I m a retired snowbird who suffers with arthritic hands so her kindness was much appreciated.This will be my go-to store for my automotive needs while I am here. I will also be recommending you to all my Canadian snowbird friendsThank you!!

Stopped in for a battery check, Nicole helped me and was absolutely amazing! She was kind, professional and super knowledgeable in assisting me with the best option for my battery. Even assisted in installing! Thank you AutoZone and Nicole.....for sure a 5 star experience.

Closest autozone i have and everytime i go to this location its absolutely trash Ricardo either has a attitude or the customer has no idea what hes talking aboutor hes just usually wrong or just wants to be lazy just had a interaction yesterday with a female grey shirt trying to get my battery that i left charging, asking for a ticket they give you but i had left it ( knowing they can look it up my name and number ) tries to tell me im wrong telling me i need it then turns to ricardo to ask him and he tells her the exact thing i just said and does it right infront of me like i didnt just tell her you can look it up by name and number like why even waste my time ? Why argue?

I came to get a battery replace. I bought like 5 days ago. The store on Yuma was out so I went there. They told me I was wrong told me out get out that terminal stuff is wear and tear. Parts and assistant manger was disrespectful told me to leave.

Ricardo R. The store manager was very helpful!! He helped me find the right bulb for my head light and even came outside to make sure the bulb fixed the problem. He was Awesome!!! No complaints. Quick, Inexpensive and very knowledgeable.

I had an amazing experience at the Litchfield Rd store. I needed help purchasing a new battery and I wanted to get the best product. Nicole Velarde was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Her knowledge and understanding of my needs were very much appreciated. I will be sharing my experience with friends. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Honestly best customer service I have ever received! The one employee Nicole was amazing and I think the one employees name was Ricardo. 5 stars is not enough. 10 stars!! Above and beyond. They not only helped me out, but made me feel like I was welcome in the store which as a woman can sometimes be intimidating going into an auto store.

Lazy staff. Went to buy a battery and asked if they could help install the battery I JUST BOUGHT FROM THEM. and they declined to help. Drove to the dysart location and they had way better customer service. Wish I coulda bought it from them instead. Choose dysart over litchfield.

Best experience i have had hands down. Im never comfortable going into these stores or asking for help but the manager Ricardo was so kind and patient with me. He made sure i was taken care of and it honestly felt like i mattered there. If i ever need anything else i will make sure to come back. Thanks again guys!

They wouldn't give me a battery replacement even though I brought the receipt and the battery still had 2yr warranty, then asked me to proved a valid license racists.

Lazy employees. I went there to get a warranty battery replacement and was told they did not have my battery in stock and that I HAD to get the same battery and they sent me to the Dysart store because they said they had one but when I went to the Dysart store, no only did they NOT have the battery, it is NO LONGER MADE...all things they knew before sending me on a wild goose chase. They just did not want to have to do the refund and sell me a different battery and install it, All the things the Dysart store did promptly.
