Was able to return the extra bulbs my wife bought from another store though with a little difficulty. Think the guy was new but nice demeanor. Also got a Febreeze car freshener that finally gives off an aroma in my wife s car. Nothing else did before not even Bath & Body Works expensive one.

I just had to shout out my dude but I forgot his name . It was last week when the storm hit and I really needed some new wipers he helped me out and I appreciate him for his dope customer service. I really hate that I don't know his name but he is a shorter Young handsome dude. Keep doing what chu do my guy.

My daughters went down today for a new battery replacement. Jose was amazing, and an excellent service advisor. Not only was he fast acting and precise but he also gave them an excellent experience for their first time as young adults. Thank you Jose!

Great place I use them at least 2 times a month for parts or chemicals. The counter help is always on point with answers. If they don t know they ask an find out. If they do t have a part they locate the next closest store. I recommend them for your needs in the parts and chemical department.

Make customer purchase part before using free delivery service. O'Reilly's didn't.Phone rang 6 to 7 times before answered.Part was 20$ more than O'REILLY auto parts. Derp derp employee that hung up on me.

The employee offered to look up the oil filter model number for my car and saved me from purchasing the incorrect one that I already had in hand. Definitely appreciate that and saved me from that error that I wouldn't have known about until I'd be in the middle of my oil change.

Seth, at the Goodyear location, assisted me today with the replacement for my truck battery. He was knowledgeable, professional and respectful of my vehicle. He took time to explain things about the replacement that may need future care or looking after. He treated my vehicle as if it were his own and this is so valuable to me. I appreciate this type of attention and work ethic, as it is very rare.

I purchased a battery from the auto-zone in Goodyear. When the manager went outside to install it. He realized it was a lot bigger job than he anticipated. It was 115 degrees outside and instead of sending me on my way. The manager spent over 35 minutes installing the battery for me. I really appreciate the up and beyond amazing customer service I received.

As of late, some of the employees seem very irate, particularly about having to be in the clock past their scheduled shift end time. I've had good experiences here with some good personnel though. Frank deserves some praise. He's been helpful and well-mannered every time I've encountered him.

I happened to pass by this AutoZone while on my way to a different one, so I quickly turned into this one and I'm so glad I did. I spoke with Eldon and he was so nice and very professional. Btw I went in to buy a battery for my vehicle and Eldon helped my find one and also put the battery in. It's so nice to know that good people still exist. Thanks Eldon I really appreciate you!

They made my day! My mom s car stopped working about 2 miles away from the store s location and Eldon went all they way over there to help us out! This guy has such a great heart and very knowledgeable not everyone would go out of his way like that. Great customer service.

Went in because my check engine light was on. The guy at the front, David G, STORE MANAGER, gave me the tool and basically said do it yourself. At least he was kind enough to tell me where the plug was in my car. I get that it's hot outside and it's cool inside, but seriously dude, isn't this your job? This is the first time and last time I'll ever go to AutoZone for my check engine light again, O'Reilly Auto Parts comes out and does it for me every time.

Ordered a part online because it said they had one in stock. Got halfway there and they call to say they didn t, but we re kind enough to direct me somewhere that did. Since I paid online, they assured me that I d be refunded. A week later I call and they say I have to drive down there in person to prove that I didn t pick it up from their store and that I bought it somewhere else. O Reilley s just gained a new customer.EDIT: I called customer service, who said to wait 5 days and it'll be refunded. I waited 5 days, no refund. Went to the store and the person at the register took down my info to give to the manager ensuring I'd receive a call whenever they do their banking stuff on Wednesday's. Didn't receive a call. Waited 5 days, called again and they said to come back into the store the next day when the manager is working. I've jumped through way too many hoops to get back my money for a product that I never picked up. If it's the fault of an employee who is no longer working there (Butch), this should be very easy for a large company to handle. Penny wise, dollar foolish on their part.

David, the store manager has amazing customer service skills! I came in angry and he was able to bring me down very quickly and deescalate. I had called the store on Lichfield before calling David and with great understanding, David took care of my needs. I will only be coming to this location moving forward! Thank you David!

Best experience I've ever had at Autozone. My associate went out of his way to help me on a battery return. He made sure to tell me about his survey which he should because he knew his worth and knew he was doing a great job. I had called the Buckeye store which was where my original purchase was and got no help with a side of attitude when I called. I went to Goodyear and I'm glad I did.
