We brought our car to the Dysart location because we had a check engine light on and she was running kind of rough. Your employee Steven took great care of us! He was able to identify what was causing the issue and walked us through which materials we would need to fix the problem successfully. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. I went to this Advance Auto Parts, first time ever inside of one and was greeted by Blake. He did everything he could to make sure that I could get the best parts for the best price! I was very happy to have someone help me who seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. Definitely recommend this place and ask for BLAKE!!!

I have a car battery that very clearly shows a purchase date of June 2021. This is out of car that I recently purchased. They will not honor the warranty because I don't know which store it was bought at. Go to any other parts store that will honor their warranties.

First time in the store, and had the worst experience with customer service And employee! Tried calling and ordering parts for a messed up system and nobody in the company caring! Don t do business here
