I think they are over priced for used tires, 20 dollars more and you can get a new one, they use the impact wrench with no torque stick and don't understand the concept of torque the lug nuts, they zap them on and pretty much over tighten lug nuts, but the service was quick

Went into quality tire today because I had purchased two tires from them that where dry rotted and hard as a rock, to se rid they could do a replacement, the gentleman was very rude to me and just kept on saying that they don t sell bad tires, I proceeded to ask him to go outside and look at the tires himself and he refused to, when I had asked again he had stated to me that I could either leave with the tires he previously sold me, I could buy two new tires or and I quote or I can just take the tires back and leave your car on the ground I then bought two new tires and paid even more money and when I went to ask to take pictures of the old ones and the pulled out a different set of tires trying to pull a fast one on me! Very poor attitude, I would give zero stars if given the chance.

Really like these guys. Normally I use Discount Tire because I travel so much, but passing through here there isn't one, so I stopped in at this tire place a few times now. Very interesting inside the store! Quite unique. And the guys here are informative and helpful. Definitely will continue to use them when this is where I'm at.

Excellent & beyond fast service, no wait called ahead. Worth the drive from the Phoenix area to get new tires, below average new & used tire cost.

They got me in immediately with no appointment, took care of my concern and had me on the road in approximately 30 minutes. The price was more than fair and they have a huge selection of new and used tires to choose from. Go see them!!!

I was there earlier this morning and told the young man ( I can't remember his name) I have a budget and I need 2 tires. He promptly quoted a price ( in my budget) 10 minutes later I'm rolling down the road.I will refer anyone who needs Quality Tires to You. I believe in supporting local Businesses. Thanks

These Guys are Great !! They are always very helpful and it's good to see guys that like there jobs. There always so personable to talk to . They just helped me out of jam, I pull in around 445pm just to buy another tire for my BMW and they find a cracking my rim and now its getting to be closing time but there doing everything to find another rim but don't have one. Then the Bossman, gets in his truck and comes back with Poxy and seals the crack, so I can get home. By now its getting close to 530pm and they are all working late for me, I want to tell them all thanks for the great customer service !!

Five star service! Pulled in and was greeted by a worker. Asked about price to remove and replace all four tires on my vehicle, with the new tires I had. Was given a quote and three workers changed out tires immediately. Less than 30 minutes wait time!

Good prices, always helpful and if they don't have tires you need they can get them for you. I wanted to move front tires to the back, but the cords were showing and they were honest and showed me that it would be a good idea to get some other tires, which I did. If they'd been good, they'd rotated them for me. Really happy with their service.

The tires are cheap, but they rarely have what you want in stock. I've been several times over a few years and it seems like they're always having to order what will fit you car. On my most recent visit, I went down there as soon as they opened and was told that they wouldn't have a tire that would fit my car until the next day. I waited until the next day, and they said it could still take yet another day. Then they called me back on that same day and said they were wrong; my tire was there. It's a lot to go through for little to no discount.

At first I thought this place was great! We came in right before they closed due to an emergency and needing to get back into Phoenix; but they welcomed us and eagerly took care of us. The reason why I took 2 stars off is because the tire that they put on wasn't fully checked when the guy finished because as we started driving away, it started smoking!! So we pull over again, and see that the tire was so close it was rubbing on the edge causing it to smoke and tear away at the used tire I overpaid $80 for. So I had to buy wheel spacers from AutoZone and borrow a jack from someone in the parking lot because of course, I also didn't have a jack. But I would have thought that after paying $95 at this tire place, they should have seen this 'precaution' and that I would not have needed to stop again until after I got home, definitely not 2 min down the road costing me more money and more time!!

I blew a tire 30 miles north in the Salt River canyon and rolled into their parking lot with my donut spare on 10 minutes before they closed. 15 minutes later I was back on the road with a new tire. I didn't get the name of the guy that helped me, but he was fast, professional, and courteous. Can't thank him enough!

First class service...we bought 2 pre-owned tires. These tires looked brand new!! The price was $100. Cheaper than Big O!!! The guys were professional and treated us like family!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this tire shop!!!

Presidents day 2018- I just popped a tire on a dirt road, managed to get a 1-inch rock right through the middle of it. Called Big O, they had a new one for $151 out the door, called guys, got a good used one, a little better than the rest of my tires and an exact match, for $64 out the door. No pressure, no upsell, fast friendly service. Thanks to Xavier and everyone who helped!Edit 5/27/18: I did it again, put another rock through the middle of my tire driving on a dirt road, pulling a trailer. Kevin and Shawn were super helpful, great price, so glad I already knew about this place from my last snafu. Thanks again Quality Tire!

I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone for ANY reason! My fianc� and I recently moved to the Globe area from the valley, we needed tires and needed them badly, after reading reviews we decided that this would be a good place to come get tires. We went in and spent almost 300.00 on used tires. I guess when they say USED they mean it! We are now having to replace them ALOT sooner than we should. Meaning spending more money on something we got fixed not even a MONTH ago! We honestly would of had better luck risking our lives driving back to the valley with the ones we had on before. Employees were lazy and rude, couldn t even be bothered to correctly use their fast impact guns to tighten the lug-nuts and make sure they were on correctly for the safety of their customers. Anyone who gave them a good review must be friends of theirs. I would give zero stars if possible.

We always get tires here. They really know their tires, what can I say. And they will take care of you. So make sure to Trust them. Prices are usually very fair.

Was camping near Roosevelt Lake and got a flat. Brought the tire in to see if it could be repaired. They took care of it in 15 mins. The employees are friendly and didn't try to sell me extra stuff I don't need. Definitely recommend these guys if you need tires in the area.

This place has the fastest n great workers with awesome attitudes even though got there almost at closing time they were able to help me get a tire man i recommend this piece to everyone hi n experience their great n awesome customer service they made my feel right at home

Checked out the competitors, then went here because if price and glad I did! These guys had a used tire to match up with the others I'm running, had me fixed up and back on the road in no time for less than $80 mounted, balanced, tax and all!
