I was on my way home and my car's check engine light came on several miles from Globe, AZ. I pulled into O'Reilly's and the man who assisted me (I'm sorry I didn't get his name), did the free diagnostic check and I was told it was the Variable Valve Timing Switch. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix the issue (it requires a mechanic), so I decided to wait until I got home to get the part from another O'Reilly store. He told us he felt the car would be fine to drive home (approx 60 miles) But the man who helped me did so in the rain and was very nice and helpful! So a huge thank you to him - from the 3 women and little dog in the blue Honda Element on Sunday, 3/31/24! (We made it home safely!)

They had a bulb for my Mercedes hed light in the little city of Globe. That's awesome and we're open until 5 on Thanksgiving Day. Thank God!

Awesome staff, super helpful with diagnosing a battery issue. Their device can test battery and alternator! You kinda have to ask to have them do the alternator check

Nice store.... Good selection. I suggest going here (instead of AutoZone) since they price matched Walmart on a battery.... AutoZone would not.

Jared Hockaday was unbelievably helpful during our recent visit! We had a turbo issue as well as a radiator hose issue with our F-250 diesel while hauling a 5th wheel toy hauler and of course it s a Sunday. These are not parts O Reilly stocks but we desperately need to Macgyver something together to get us home to Tucson! He spent about an hour helping us, and between my husbands and his great ideas and experience we were able to make something out of nothing!!!! Thank you Jared! You make the world a better place, and restore faith in humanity!!!! ORielly is lucky to have people like you! Kudos to you ORielly for seeing the potential in this man and putting him on your team.

Driving from San Diego to Texas. Wipers broke off in a sandstorm. Stopped here and Jude took excellent care of us. Driving with a newborn and 2 kids and was about to hit a major storm. He picked out the correct blades and installed them personally to make sure they were good. From my family to yours thank you so much and keep being you my friend. Excellent customer service.

If it wasn't for Jared, I would give this place a lower rating. He was the one who saved the day for me, or I would have been stranded, alone, on a Sat. night, on my way home to Phoenix. He took the time and actually helped me. The older gent, was of no value whatsoever. Jared was my angel!

This O'Reilly store is fantastic! We blew a thermostat housing south of Globe and got towed to this parking lot. New thermostat housing, new sensor and 3 gallons of coolant couldn't quite put her back on the road. Long story short, more damage than we thought. Darrin, Eric, and Gary helped us for hours. Ended up leaving our SUV until we could get back and make a decision. Upon our return, Adam, Theresa, Clint, James and Darrin (again) were just as helpful. If you feel Customer Service is a dying art, as we sometimes do, come on down. You will see that Customer Service is alive and well at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Globe. These folks have a great attitude, are full of knowledge, and instantly instill confidence, even if you are at your wits end.Thank you all so much, we are very grateful for the time, the patience, and the laughs.

Talk to a guy name bob he's a nice an respectful guy to work with you on options an fast at finding out information on parts nor to get you BK on the road an the same with Jeff... They most generously have the parts in stock that we need. If not then they usually can have it the next day. Great service and friendly staff.

Had a vacuum proublm on older car. No one made the part. Anywhere. So the guy at OReillys said no problem. Lets make one. So with some tubes and tape in 10 minutes i had the part no one made anymore. Thats service. Thx guys

We roll into town with smoking rear break on my truck pulling a travel trailer. Not only do these guys find me an excellent mechanic they drive to him. The customer service is beyond my expectations. Thank you guys.
