Friendly unscrupulous fellow. Bailed on requested job, found a reason to do another probably unnecessary job, botched that, then blamed mechanic he just fired. Slim pickings for decent mechanics in Globe.

Mark Boyce is an awesome boss and a dear friend of mine, no matter what he has a positive attitude, very straight forward. I consider him family, customers come first and when he does something it's always done right first time. Just take the time and listen to him, he will never steer you in the wrong direction. I love the shop and Mark takes pride in his work he will get you down the road for years to come.

The kindness and fairness these guys showed me when I desperately needed help was amazing. They truly went above and beyond. It reminds me of 40 years ago when businesses really cared about their customers and showed it through concern and great service. Highly recommend this shop! So grateful to them for helping me, and fixing my car right.

Mark and staff were absolutely incredible towards the needs of my fiancee and I. We were traveling all the way from NY in my homemade camper and the transmission went out. At same time one of the rear brake cylinders started leaking badly. Mark allowed us to stay in the camper for the duration of the repair and even offered me full electric and water hookups. He was a joy to talk to throughout the time I was there and went above and beyond in so many more ways that made our time there an absolutely joy. His hospitality made the crummy situation very pleasurable. He even showed us all the best places to go sightsee and eat and told us many other things to do to pass the time. His labor rates are also the cheapest in town. Anything you need done, I highly recommend you give Mark a visit.

There's worse there's far better auto shops. He is fair and honest. Making up for lack of knowledge. Only a few repairing radiators these days.

Mark is amazing! We live in Safford and was traveling to Phoenix when our car started stalling and wouldn't let us go past 45 mph. We tried going to 2 other places but they turned us away. When we turned in to Marks and sons I was panicking and praying we wouldn't be turned away, with 2 toddlers in the car I wasn't sure what I was going to do if we were. Mark said he would be able to take a look at it but wouldn't be able to work on it. Which I understand because they had appointments first, I was just so happy he was going to take a look and see if I could make it to PHX. He found the problem and told us about a recall for our cars engine and was able to fix it a little to be able to make it to phx to get it worked on by a mechanic that our insurance took so we wouldn't have to pay much. That's not all though! He was going to head to mesa the same day and decided to go early to be able to follow us just in case we needed more help. We stopped to get more oil when he saw it getting low, he stayed at a pace we could follow at, stopped a few times to see how the car was doing and he even pulled over when cars got between us and I lost sight of him. Mark stayed with us the whole time! I am so grateful for him, he didn't have to do any of that! He could have said he was booked and turned me away like the others did but he didn't! Without him I would have probably broke down in the middle of nowhere with 2 kids in the car trying to get a signal to call someone. If you live in Globe or are driving through and need your vehicle looked at I definitely recommend Mark and Sons!

Beware. Overcharge overcharge overcharge. Charge my Grandparents over $800 to replace a radiator. Charged them $68 for a thermostat and an additional $12 for the gasket. Same thermostat at AutoZone that comes with the gasket $9.50!!!! I don't know how these places stay in business

Rip off. Will charge twice as much for parts. Sell you stuff you do not need. Doesn't always go by the book time. Don't leave anything there he will slap you with storage fee's that's how he now owns several cars and motor home there.

They'll get the job done, but it's a little expensive, even for a mechanic's garage.
