I recently purchased a new vehicle from Horne, and I was absolutely satisfied! Huge shout out to Kevin and Eugene for making it all happen! Kevin helped me get exactly what I wanted with no hassle, and Eugene was thorough explained everything to T and helped me set up my car before I left he made sure he covered all bases. I was absolutely pleased with my service I highly recommend!

I feel this company is nothing short of a rip off. They charge me $140 to plug my car into the computer that I could ve done it AutoZone for free they gave me no resolution only wanting me to schedule another appointment for diagnostics at the rate of $260, this is not feasible. This car was purchased February 15 of 2024 and less than three months later. It s already in the shop with the engine light and they don t Want to fix it up charges so that they can be profitable

All members of the team worked together to allow me to drive home in my new car on the day that I came to test drive it. Since I live two hours away, that was the best case for me even though loan docs were not completed (but pre-approval was in hand). Great follow up via email, text and phone call to ensure that all went well.

For a dealership experience it went relatively quickly with no haggling. All personnel were friendly and helpful. They even drove the new pickup to Mesa for a recall remedy so I didn't have to. I will use them again.

Unlike 2 Larry h Miller service departments in Tucson, Horne jeep/chrysler in Globe AZ ran scanner, explained results thoroughly, and even hooked up jeep to computer to confirm codes to ensure my safety on the road home to NM - at no charge. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff!!

I have purchased a dodge truck recently and all the folks that work there are incredible from management to sales to service. That's where I'll be going if I do a trade in in the future. Awesome folks.

I waited over an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, which is normally supposed to be around 45 minutes. I spoke to a sales person and I was told that this was normal and when I asked that employee to get an update I was told that they were unable to find any of the techs. I would not recommend the service department unless you have a lot of free time to sit around and wait.

So far it's been a good experience but haven't purchased yet. Just be aware if you go there be ready to get bombed with emails from everyone. The sales manager, the sales director, the Internet director the general manager. I still waiting on the custodian and grounds keeper asking what I thought and how they could help.With a positive note the sales person has been great. He understand what his responsibilities are. Has been working hard to close the sale. Now if the others would just stay out of it, it might get done

Wonderful staff, wonderful experience. Too bad Nissan corporate doesn't support their efforts.I have a 2013 Armada that is basically unusable in the extreme temperatures of the White Mountains of AZ. Must have a/c in the summer temp 115+ F, and heat in the winter 20 F and snowing.

Always great service. Nice not to travel out of town to Nissan dealer for service when Hornets service is great. Dusty at the cashiers desk is always helpful and want to make sure you are satisfied with the work completed.

My sister encouraged me to go see her car dealer and I'm more than grateful! From start to finish it was a amazing experience!The whole team Kevin,Eugene and Dakota wow! I've never bought a car and had service like this! I definitely will encourage friends and family to go to Globe az for the best car buying experience! Eugene definitely made me feel like family i can't say enough good things about him! I'm never going anywhere else but here! I would give them 20 stars!

We previously had a very negative experience with Horne Dodge many years ago (see below) . A friend recently bought a truck from them and long story but the sales manager connected that he knew us and told him that he would like to make the situation right. So we took him at his word and went to see him.We are now the very happy proud owners of a 2023 Dodge 2023 Ram truck. Kevin made the process so easy and pleasant. We got just the truck we wanted - no extra dealer add ons that were not expected. Kevin delivered exactly what he promised.Johnny did a great job of showing my husband how things worked on the truck. Overall our purchase experience at Horne is absolutely 5 stars.PS rest of the story Kevin told us that the service manager has now been replaced so the situation below should never happen again. Way to go Kevin - superb customer service!Previous review......I wish there was a negative star. Horne has left me stranded in the valley because of their poor workmanship and customer service. I had my van serviced at Horne and they actually sent it out and told my husband to expect that it would happen again. Instead of actually fixing the problem after waiting 10 days to get the vehicle in - leaving me without the van for the 10 days because the problem is the check engine light and I was afraid to drive it. Now I am stranded in the Phoenix valley because guess what - same problem again. I just got back from an international flight and here I sit at another Dodge dealer trying to get this fixed - something that the standard time is 1.2 hours. Do not have your car serviced here.

Got my third vehicle from here, first was a car, last two were trucks, and I got them both off Big Dog Mike Perkins. I told him if I got what I wanted that day I'd be buying from here til I don't buy no mo. Well I got what I didn't even know I wanted!!

i made an appointment to come buy a truck from these guys. Drove 2 and a half hours. And they sell it out from under me! The salesman that I've been dealing with Mike Perkins, didn't even call to inform me. These guys don't care about their customers or providing good service. Instead they care about nothing but themselves. I recommend never using these guys.

Don't be from out of state and call here for help. They wont help you. We were heading back to Kansas on Hwy 60 through the mountains and something happened to my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. We called the service dept. at the Globe Az. Jeep dealer and he said they were 2 weeks behind. Did not matter at all that we were so far from home. He offered nothing but a little info on what it might be. Thanks guy. Come to Kansas sometime and find better customer service, and a solution.

Mine was not by appointment ... I just dropped in and they had the time and inclination to take care of my vehicle. The service was done properly and met my expectations except for one thing: The Multi-point Vehicle Inspection. Why bother when it isn't done properly and completely? According to the report, the vehicle had 33 psi in each tire, but the "Check Tire Pressure" warning was clearly showing on the dash (and didn't go out until I had the tires aired up properly [to my standing spec 35 psi] at Big-O up the street.) In addition, it appears that the regular "Air Filter Service" required was not done because when I changed out the filter myself, it had no evidence of handling or compressed air cleaning. I had changed it and the Cabin Air filter earlier in the year in accordance with Horne's recommendation at the time. Nevertheless, the Under-hood Cabin and Air Filters box was checked (for the routine 78,000 mile service). Un-noticed until this time around was the switch from recommended Nissan lubricant to Chevron Supreme Synthetic Oil. I've attempted to keep everything having to do with my Classic 2012 Nissan Sentra at factory spec, right down to the new set of tires, Center Console and replacement Floor Mats. (I even provided Nissan Fluid when we serviced the transmission, and the brake shoes when we changed them out!) I have to confess, I've been using O'Rielly replacement Engine and Cabin Air filters because of the huge price differential compared to Horne. Happy that Horne is still using the 15208-65F0E Nissan Pathfinder Engine Oil Filter. Let me say that Horne has a bad shop reputation for cutting corners and over-charging, but I have a certain loyalty to my Nissan Dealer and my friends on staff that will never take away from them. So I went in there for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Wrangler Jk. When I picked it up the service dept showed me the writeup from the tech which indicated that my rear brakes were bad, pads worn done, and that I needed rear rotors and my rear shocks were leaking. I later got a quote from them for almost $600 , just for the brakes. I took it to another shop in town, and imagine my surprise when they showed me my rear brake pads and rotors which did not need to be replaced, nor were my shocks leaking.

2nd purchase 2020. Horne has exceptional staff and management. Any concerns have always been met with exceptional customer service. Mike, Jason and the gm, thank you for keeping me as a long standing customer. I can't thank you enough especially in these ruff times. I am and will be a continuing customer. Thank you
