This auto glass repair company is by far the best than all the other companies that my insurance recommended. Other companies didn't offer mobile service or I had to take time off work and travel 100 to 125 miles to get my windshield replace. And they also got in done within hours of me doing my research to see if my insurance would work with them.

Great customer service. Very professional. We needed a new windshield and Gabriel got us in quickly with a pretty short visit to have it installed. They were very accommodating to our schedule. They communicated very well, handled all of the insurance stuff from the get go. I felt bad because I am very hard to deal with and they treated me like I was family. Daniel came out to replace my windshield and talked me through the steps of what he was doing. Show me why he s using the better quality equipment he was using. Had to listen to me and my very we will call it vocal neighbor who talks and talks. They made this process super easy and I will only be recommending this company anywhere I go. I can t say enough great things about this company and Daniel was seriously the greatest. I have utilized Gabriel and his crews service for a couple years, not only for our business vehicles, but for my personal vehicle as well. Gabriel and his crew are always professional, clean, respectful and very quick at responding to any of our glass needs. I have had glass companies in the past either chip paint or bend stripping. Not with Crown Glass. They take pride in their work and respect the integrity of your vehicle. They are a preferred glass company with many insurance companies and billing is a snap with Gabriel. I was so benefited by Crown's spot-on helpful, able and happy to serve attitude and service which went above and beyond the call of duty. They trouble shot my very complicated front window remotely and serviced another tricky window problem I had on my RV with creative ingenuity, class and speed - far and above the competition. I highly recommend Crown glass for bringing the humanity and old fashioned customer service back into our reality. The phone call to set up my appointment was great excellent customer service. The windshield replacement technician that came to my house was also great and had excellent customer service. The recalibration was to be done the next day but i was never given an appointment time for it. Gabriel called me that next day. He called me three times nonstop in a row. I was unable to answer any of the phone calls because I was in my college class. He immediately texted me annoyed that I wasn't answering. I called and explained my situation after I was out of class telling him I was in thatcher for my class and Gabriel seemed annoyed I wasn't in town to come to the shop right away. We were able to set up time for me to come in later that day. As soon as I got to the business some guy, whom I assume was the recalibration technician immediately came to my vehicle staring at me while I was getting my stuff out of my vehicle. Completely rushing me as soon as my door was opened rudely asking to steal my keys. Then told me I MAY be able to sit in the waiting room next door. I will not be using this business again. They seem to only care about rushing things and not making a genuine connection with the customer.Service: Auto windshield replacement

My insurance had Crown as an authorized installer and they have replaced other windshields for me. The tech arrived when he said he would. Quick service, good quality glass, great install; what's not to love?

We were traveling out of state and a rock cracked our windshield. We looked up windshield repair and Crown Glass Solutions came up. We called them and went to there location and we repaired our windshield. Gabe was a total professional and replaced my door window the same day it was broken into. He even tinted it on site to match the other windows. Great communication, on time and speedy/ quality work. Highly recommend
