Can't say enough good things about the service Frank and the entire service department provided for me. My truck broke down between Safford and Globe and I got it towed to Courtesy Ford of Globe. I live in Colorado over 800 miles away, the team at courtesy Ford gave me regular updates on my vehicle and made sure I was taken care of and repairs were covered under warranty. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate me from providing rides to and from the dealership and offering to deliver my truck to Phoenix for me. Thank you all so much for your hospitality and help when I was in a tough situation, can't thank y'all enough.

Kristen is absolutely amazing. Even though i wasn t able to get into a vehicle, she was super nice and understanding. Did not try to push me into something that I couldn t afford. If you are looking for a vehicle definitely go see Kristen!

The sales department is always friendly and there is no pressure into buying a vehicle. McSpadden is willing to build a vehicle for you or try and find something. The service department is friendly and highly knowledgeable. Great Place!

This was a Service visit. Courtesy is not my local store, but as I was coming into Miami, my truck threw a check engine light. I stopped in and asked if they had time to take a look to see what that was about. The Service manager said they did, and my truck was moving back to the shop with 5 minutes. Then the fun began.What followed was a string of errors that had me past the point of being upset and just laughing. First there several instances of mistaken identity. Aren t you Josh from company XYZ? No. Is your truck the one with the flatbed . Again, no. Then, there was over an hour delay closing out the paperwork . Finally, the bill for what I thought was going to be a simple code-read was three figures. (Yes, I m aware this is *technically* diag. But I m a little spoiled by my local dealer, or even local AutoZone, and was expecting a nominal fee for the service. Or, just maybe a Courtesy).Now, the reason this isn t a 1-star review is I brought these concerns up with the service writer and service manager. They were understanding, apologetic about the multi-hour wait, and worked with me to come up with a reasonable (if not ideal) compromise.

Slowest service ever. To change a tire 2 HOURS and 20 minutes!!! Watched the tire technicians 3 of them standing around SMOKING and talking. Nicki the aervice writer was the only person who seemed to care. It took asking what the hold up was. I would not recommend this Ford dealer. Go to Tuscon.

When I was without wheels, Janet went the extra yard to help me buy a car fast and get back on the road. Adam delivered the car 200 miles away the very same day. I was very impressed with both Janet and Adam as well as the quality of the used car that I bought. Good folks, highly recommended.

Formerly McSpadden Ford. They make it even more better service. Friendly Staff are still there, Janet, Nikkie, Gus, and others. They keep my 2016 Ford Edge Sport, running smoothly.

After comparing prices among several Phoenix area dealers, McSpadden was by far the best. They stayed in touch with me to ensure they knew what I wanted. They made an offer and stuck to it, no unexpected costs and no pressure to add additional items. Globe may seem too far to go to buy a car but their customer service, prices, and entire buying experience was well worth the trip. It's also a nice scenic drive.

The service department at this dealership is useless. I understand you want to make money, but to refuse to answer any questions whatsoever about my vehicle is a disappointment. I purchased a Ford vehicle and should be able to ask questions about my vehicle without you refusing to answer and quoting liability reasons . Maybe that s how things are done here in Globe. But I shouldn t have to call the Ford dealership I used to to take my car to in Ohio to get help!

I had to get my fender replaced after hitting something on the freeway in the valley. I had bought this car here at McSpadden and I brought it in to be repaired here. They did such a good job you cannot even tell it was ever broken! The paint matches perfect. They even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. Most excellent job!

Fabulous Folks and Fabulous service. Lisa and everyone there were great to work with. I spent about 10 minutes in the dealership but everything else was done by text or phone calls. I didnt sit there for 10 hours waiting on BS lines from someone. Love my new ford and I will be back when the time is right for a new vehicle! Go to McSpadden!!!

Sorry this letter has taken so long to get to you but we have been without internet most of the time. On January 8th I made an appointment to have my Ford 2005 truck looked at due to front end problems. We have used your service department over the years when spending our winters at Lake Roosevelt. We have worked with Gus, your service manager, over the years and have always been pleased with the service. This time Nikkie took care of us and we were very pleased with her. She had your award-winning tech Isaac look at my problem and could not believe what he found. He asked if I ever had service on the truckI gave him the paperwork explaining what was done to the truck at Ford in Ohio just before we left on this trip. I have tried to get them to take care of the problems I've had with the front end for years and was told it was fixed. Isaac could not believe what they said. They (Ohio) checked everything, said everything was okay and did a front end alignment. My wife and I traveled 2000 miles pulling a fifth-wheel camper with our Ford with a front end that needed major work. Isaac got the front end put back together like new and we were very pleased. On the 17th of January our turbo was acting up and I came back with this problem telling Nikki and Isaac what my dealer back in Ohio said the problem was. They both looked at each other and said what?? I gave them the work order that my Ohio dealer gave me explaining what was wrong and how they supposedly fixed the problem. They were bewildered as to how that would fix the problem which it did not. Issac worked his magic and fixed the problem the right way and we were good to go. You have a great team at your service department and I would like to have them in Ohio! They are the best and they truly cared about us and our safety. We were so disappointed when our brand new F350 failed to start. Roger and Lisa were so considerate of our feelings. They sent a tow truck from Globe to northern AZ to pick up our truck and deliver a car for our use. Roger vowed to keep the truck until he was positive it was perfect. That done, he returned the truck. He's called several times to make sure we were happy. Fabulous service. The best.

I just purchased a 2020 Ford EcoSport Titanium at McSpadden Ford of Globe to celebrate my birthday. Love the vehicle and was very pleased with my experience. Lisa explained all options/financing so that I understood everything, and ensured the download of FordPass via my phone. This is my second vehicle from McSpadden (I bought my Ford Fusion SE new in 2015) and both times the process was pleasant and efficient. I appreciate the commitment to quality service and the focus on the customer; it means a lot when there are so many dealerships to choose from. The EcoSport's a lot of fun! I'm a McSpadden customer for life.

McSpadden Ford Inc. proved yet again why they keep earning my business and continue to set the standard for customer service! Our family s new Explorer needed to be serviced; Lisa Wielenga sent her team down to our home in San Tan Valley with a loaner, took our car up to the Globe service center; and brought our car back to San Tan Valley once repaired, delivering right to our driveway. During the COVID-19 crisis with myself working from home and being that we live an hour and a half way, McSpadden offered a level of customer service you would never find in the big city. McSpadden customer for life!

On Friday August, 14th 2020 I purchased the 2014 GMC truck. I'm 65 years old and lived here in Globe all my life. I've checked out vehicles at McSpaden Ford over the years but had never purchased a vehicle there . Most purchases were from the valley. Fridays purchase was very pleasant . Quite the contrast to the Phoenix experience. Janet Kleitsch was key in making the purchase pleasant. I have only positive comments for her and McSpadden Ford.Thank youMichael Thielbar

Can't say enough good things about the Folks at McSpadden Ford. My 2008 F-250 shut off while pulling my 14,000 lb toy hauler through Superior. I called and spoke with Nikkie. She was so helpful and gave me numbers to 3 tow companies and researched the symptoms my truck was experiencing. When I called her back she said I had a bad EGT Sensor and she had one in stock and could get me in, even though it was late Friday afternoon. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and the guys jumped on my truck right away trying to get me back on the road for my camping trip.Of course Murphy's law kicked in and the simple sensor swap wasn't so easy. The 10 year old sensor didn't want to come out and snapped off. Larry and Eric removed the exhaust and attempted to drill out the sensor and use an extractor to remove sensor. Issac provided tools and sacrificed his snap on extractor set he just bought. Of course it is after quitting time now, and poor Issac's extractor was returned to him in two pieces when the extractor snapped off in the exhaust. That's when Warren from Parts came to the Rescue. He had some spare EGT sensor bungs and a new sensor for a 6.4 Diesel. Warren is the Man and keeps plenty of sensors in stock.Larry and Eric got the new sensor bung welded on the exhaust, and reinstalled the exhaust. Warren schooled me on 6.4's and was there to assist Larry and Eric. Thank you Nikkie, Warren, Larry, Eric, and Issac for the awesome customer service. I was a nobody, out of Towner. You all Rock and got me back on the road Friday and allowed me to continue on with my camping trip. Thanks McSpadden Ford!

i AM THE OWNER OF A REPAIR SHOP IN MESA, WE REFERED ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO THIS DEALERSHIP WITH A ECU ISSUE.NIKKIE TOOK THE THIME TO LISTEN TO THE ISSUES WE WERE HAVING AND DIRECTED OUR CUSTOMER TO THE EXACT ITEM NEEDED TO COMPLETE THEIR REPAIR. THEY DIDNT TRY AND MILK OUR CUSTOMER FOR UNRELATED ISSUES, THEY WENT STRAIGHT IN AND WERE 100% UPFRONT AND HONEST WITH ALL AREAS OF CONCERN. WILL RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ALL! SERVICE DEPT IS 5 STARS!
