I stopped here as a last resort because my car started to break down as I was passing through town and none of the mechanics were able to fit me in that day. I opted to buy the parts and do the repair myself, and the associate who assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me get the right part for my car and pick out a good and reasonably priced socket wrench set. I was able to get back on the road quickly and affordably. Thank you so much!

I was driving thru heading back to Indiana from Mesa when I needed a fuel filter on my 06 Ford truck.. Lucky for me just as I was coming into Globe Arizona.I was having trouble getting the job done when your employee Steve was leaving work, having just clocked out. He came over to see if I was alright, seen I was struggling and saved the day by getting filter changed for me in 5 minutes and getting me back on the road.Having managed for years I have to say Steve is a huge win for AutoZone and has made me a fan of you guys. For now on I will only be buying from AutoZone. Guys inside who helped me get the part are all awesome also. Great service, friendly. Just a great staff all around...

I am a travel nurse, I found myself stranded in town with no tools and a dead battery. Cliff was so pleasant, reassuring and very helpful! He quickly found my battery, replaced it and recycled the old one. I understand that this may be a part of his job but in today s crazy world, he did it so pleasantly!!! I appreciate his hard work and dedication in making my unpleasant day a little easier!!!

Rude customer service from the evening parts manager. Not sure what the guys problem was, but I had previously ordered and paid for a part, when I went to pick it up he wouldn't give it to me because I didn't have my receipt. I am sure that was plenty of protocol for him to find out if I had paid for it but he proceeded to hold my goods from me and waste the other customers, mine and his own time. I will not shop here again, parts stores are a dime a dozen and I don't have time to waste on rude clerks who feel like they are in some position of power.

The customer service here is amazing. They're very knowledgeable about cars and how to diagnose and repair vehicles and they'll even give decent advice on what you can do remedy any problems with your car. Whenever I need parts or advice on a car issue, their number is the first that I call.

If you need automotive parts for a reasonable price you can go here. The computer system that the employees use to find parts you're looking for is very effective. Employees aren't incompetent if you need them to install the part you bought they will or they will show you how to if you're a do-it-yourself kind of person.

This is more of a thank you note than a review. My wife and I got stranded after my Jeep's serpentine belt came off because of a worn idler pulley. This happened 20 miles North of Globe outside of town. We got a ride to Autozone from two generous hunters that were scouting around the area. Unfortunately they had to leave and we thought that Uber or Lyft would be able to drive us 20 miles back to my Jeep when I got the pulley. This was not the case as Uber and Lyft are pretty much useless in that town. One of the guys at the register (Andrew) and what I think was the manager at the time let my wife and I stay inside the store with our bags because it was getting really cold outside. After explaining our situation, Andrew called his son in law and he was able to not only give us a ride back to out vehicle, but actually help me install the pulley back. We were about to spend unnecessary amounts of money on a hotel and towing, but Andrew and Ben saved the day. Thank you!

not enough stock WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE EVERYTHING!!! LADY WORKER AND ONE OF THE MEN WAS VERY RUDE AND PREJUDICE WITH ME!!! THIS IS NOT A POLITICS STORE!!!! JUST BECAUSE WE LIVE EAST DOES NOT MEAN TO BE RUDE!!! GIVE YOUR ADDITUDE TO THE DARK WEB. IM SO DISGUSTED WITH THEIR OVER THE PHONE ADDITUDE!!!

This guy is very rude and cusses at the customers he is also very demeaning, JUST AWFUL! Many many customers are complaining about him all over. This is not the first time! You have lost many customers due to his Cruel Intentions!

I'm a regular for my Frankenstein project builds. And get good service for tracking down parts I need to make it work..and if I get a wrong part I can always blame Taylor..hahah..cool place and staff...

Awesome customer service everytime I am there. Today I needed to get parts for my vehicle and I came up short and my debit card wasn't working so one of the workers was kind enough to pay the rest for me.

Awesome workers that know their onions n will give you the best lowest prices available in their store if not they'll order it for you n next day service shoot is you get your part ordered I'm the morning it'll for sure be there later in the day even by noon that's how awesome these workers are

They have most things that you would need in stock and what they don't have in stock can be gotten quickly. Staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful.
