Everyone was jovial & professional @ the same time, if that makes sense. The $$ was good for the mid brand. I also signed up for their cc, very easily, for the perks. (0% APR, rebates). Their rewards program automatically adds points w/ 1st plus all future purchases. They really want my business and I was happy to give it to them. Thanks All!

I went in to have a code checked, they found nothing and returned my vehicle. A good impression was made for me, they made sure I was taken home and picked me up to get my vehicle. First time I rode in an Uber. They told me my ticket will remain open just in case. Great job! Will definitely do more business with you.

Wilhelm auto was just wonderful with my recent Jeep repair. Everything was explained very clearly to me as to what was going to be repaired and they got the work done in a very timely manner. Great Job!! I appreciate all of their hard work and dedication!! I highly recommend them if you need a repair!!

I loved how quick they were at getting me in and how much they cared about my vehicle, as if it were their own families.Speaking of family, they treated me exactly like I was part of theirs.I appreciated their service and care and during my wait they were just so respectful and attentive to each person that walked in. They also kept checking on my part for my car due to me changing my mind on something and that was needing to be done and they didn t have the part on hand.Keep up the great work-

Wanted to reach and thank the lovely team that helped me when my car was going out, helped me with finance, programs that they had and was just great and understanding experience. Kept me up to date with everything through messages and gave pictures with updates. 10/10 if my car goes to poop I'm bring it here again :)

They are very nice courteous and get your vehicle done timely. I had an appointment and they said there was an emergency for a tire blow and I was still out within 1 hour. they check everything!

This is my favorite place for oil changes. Staff is always courteous. Waiting area, and restroom, is spacious and clean. Their prices are reasonable - especially if you have a coupon, and they don't try to talk you into unneeded services. Best part is they also support TheaterWorks, a wonderful community theater!(The only repair I've had done was a tire that had a nail in it and it only cost $25)

After my oil change, exhaust fumes were coming into my car. I took it back twice . They told me I needed a whole exhaust replacement at approximately $2400. I went to a different shop and was told they could not find any trouble with my exhaust. I then went to another place as the fumes were terrible. They pointed out that the oil cap was not screwed in and was causing they problem. The other place fixed it. I called Wilhelm and they paid me back the money I spent at the other shop for diagnosis. I won't go back to Wilhelm.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car broke down last weekend due to a coolant leak and I was able to get my car towed down there, Mike Litteton was absolutely amazing! He was super kind and very informative about everything, he let my car sit there until I had time to get it home. I definitely recommend coming to this place!

Julietta at the service desk is great. She explained things very well. I have had a couple of bad experiences with auto repair shops since moving to the area and had yet to find one I trust. Julietta explained the potential causes, offered free diagnostics and even arranged for an Uber ride home for me. I received a quote via text and a phone call to explain what was needed. Vehicle was kept secure in the shop overnight, parts ordered and repair completed the very next day. I believe I have found my go-to shop in Glendale. Be sure to check the website for an applicable coupons!

Mike is a stand up guy! Took care of my personal truck and my company vehicle. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and was 100% honest. Will definitely come back again!Addition- 3-30-2024 Mike again knocked it out of the park. Great place with a great team! Thanks

Disappointed is an understatement. My trunk would not open so they told me I could bring it in. I dropped it off at 8am and had not heard from them by 2pm so I called them. When I reached them I was told that they got my trunk open but the latch needed to be replaced and they could no longer close my trunk. They never called me to ask me if it was ok to break my latch in order to get my trunk open or give me a quote for the part they broke before breaking it. If they had, I would have never agreed and would have just picked it up. They then told me the part would cost over $400 and my total for the entire replacement would be over $1,000. My car is a 2007 and barely worth $1,000. I asked them not to do anything more and that I would come pick it up. Upon picking it up the trunk would not close and I had to purchase bungee cords just to drive home. On my drive home I discovered my left break light was also not working now which was not a problem before I brought it in. I feel completely taken advantage of. My car is in worse condition than it was when I brought it in and now I m out over $400 and still in need of repairs.UPDATE: Mike called me a couple days after and discussed my experience with me. He apologized and made it right by me.

Mike and his technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a synthetic oil change and inspection in under an hour. The price for the service was less than $55. I would highly recommend them to people in the Peoria/Glendale area.

Have oil change here. Tire rotation.Easy to make appointment online, follow up by phone call from actual location. They are a little pricey but like the office people we deal with. Thank you

We took our Jeep in to get fixed.. it never got properly fixed. Luckily for warranty on some of the work they did because our Jeep broke down for the same issue they fixed ..They charged us not one but TWO hefty bills for things that never even fixed our vehicle! Or didn t even resolve the issue. It was just unnecessary charges.On website it says 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed & that just wasn t the case.We paid over 4 grand for our Jeep to never get fixed, had to take it about 3-4 times to get looked at by then (same issue never getting resolved) we had to rent a car MULTIPLE TIMES since they d have the vehicle for more than 3days at a time and it s our only commute to get the kids to school and to work.When I expressed How unhappy I was And that we Should at least get a refund on the second time we took it since 1) the issue was never fixed & 2) we just felt like it was unnecessary charges, they said sorry can t help you there ?So you guys leave us with a broken car, debt of 5+ grand from shop fees and rentals during Christmas time ?(Mike, I will Say was very patient with us & did try to help us out with a loaner vehicle).Very disappointed how things were handed! Wasn t fair to my family at all.

My car came in with a cracked radiator that took nearly a week to fix. They DID NOT COMMUNICATE with me I had to call them everyday and ask wth was going on.(the only reason I brought it there was because they said it could be done same day.) They finally replaced the radiator and I picked my car up with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT I NEVER HAD BEFORE that they knew nothing about. They also didn t give me a full safety report on my vehicle like they said they were going to A WEEK LATER MY CAR STARTED TO OVERHEAT. I brought it to another shop that I trust and they informed me that these guys DID NOT BLEED THE COOLING SYSTEM and there were air pockets in my cooling system. This could have potentially BLEW MY MOTOR.This place is a ripoff. Don t recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love coming to to this location. Always trustworthy and efficient. I have gone here 3 times for oil change and my car always last a long time and passes check points. I will continue to do business with them as long as things stay the way they are going. Nice guys always helpful and educate me with any concerns and needs! Five stars hands down.

I called the Wilhelm on Thunderbird and 59th ave a few months ago to ask about service interval work the dealership insisted I needed. They spoke with me and told me they can inspect the vehicle however that it didn't necessarily mean I needed all of those items. They right there earned my business with their being up front. It was finally time for my oil change so I went today and that is ALL they did. They inspected the vehicle and did not try to sell me on something I didn't need at the moment. Rare in my opinion these days. I appreciate them and will be back. Avery was great, professional but also kind.

The quality of their work is fantastic, and there s never any surprises in the billing they always call and go over charges before the work starts.
