Ali the service advisor was the sweetest, most caring employee I have ever encountered at a dealership. She went above and beyond to ensure my experience at Volvo was the absolute best. She was very knowledgeable about her work and very punctual with the updates about my car keeping me in the loop. I felt a huge sense of relief after my visit with Ali knowing my car was in good hands and that someone actually cares about what s best for their customers. Thank you times a million, Ali!! I will not bring my car anywhere else now.

I recently purchased a Volvo from Arrowhead Volvo, and I couldn t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. My salesman Ted, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Arrowhead Volvo and Ted, to anyone in the market for a new car!

I recently purchased a 'new to me' XC90 from Arrowhead Volvo. I was surprised that the CPO process allowed such low-tread tires and of very different tread depths to be sold on an AWD vehicle (eventually leading to transmission issues), let alone such different tread depths 5/32 & 9/32 be paired up on the front (safety concern!?) which primarily functions as FWD when the AWD is not automatically activated by the computer/brain of the vehicle. The main reason for purchasing a Volvo was based on their high priority for safety, dependability, and quality.The Volvo Arrowhead Sales Team and Finance really listened to my concerns. A HUGE thank you to Dillon, Rich, Dustin, and Ramiro. They set me up with the Service Department because when they called to follow up on my satisfaction I mentioned my XC90 jolting off to the right as the tire with more tread grabbed certain road conditions or slowly veering off to the left into oncoming traffic when I'm not constantly holding the wheel and the XC90 was autocorrecting the steering from the tire with less tread depth consistently. Once at my Service appointment, the Service Manager was prompt in greeting me for my appointment and directed me to meet my Service Advisor Ali inside. She was very caring and explained everything to me at the end of a very long 6-hour service appointment.All in all, Volvo Arrowhead satisfied my safety concern by meeting me in the middle and somewhat restored my faith in the Volvo CPO process Volvo prides itself in. I will follow up in 10,000 miles... see you then Volvo Family!P.S. The entire 'sales' process was fairly quick and smooth. I hate to use the word 'sales' in my experience with Arrowhead Volvo because it was a much more pleasant and personable experience than prior car 'sales' experiences I've endured in times past.

I can t say enough great things about this dealership, sales persons, and service. Literally everyone has gone above and beyond to make our experience great during and after the sale. Rich, Dillion, TJ, Ramiro, and Ali are all amazing. I know some of the reviews say there s no follow through but that has been the farthest from my experience. I bought a used car and less than a couple weeks after it had some pretty understandable issues but being a widow with kids I wasn t comfortable, they went above and beyond with repairs making sure I knew everything every step of the way and ultimately helping me find another vehicle that I felt would suit my family s needs better. Not once did I feel like I wasn t taken care of, heard, understood, and provided with excellent service. Volvo Arrowhead is everything you could want from a dealership honest, caring, and knowledgeable :) thank you guys!!! You got a customer for life!!

I bought a SUV back in November 2023. The first part of the experience was great until it wasn't. The sales portion was great, the following up and continuing communication. Finance portion was a nightmare... The person kept pushing to purchase one of their warranties. Then the SUV I purchased had some noticeable issues: bad balance, the seat is broken/loose, the A/C has a sound when turning on. After pushing and sending emails with pictures and screenshots, I was able to be reimbursed for the hard balance... The seat is not under any warranty same with the A/C. They hit my credit 2 times for inquiry. They took 2 months to pay my trade in and did not take my name out (which is unusual) so I have to do my diligence to remove my name from my prior vehicle and request to contact directly to Volvo Arrowhead to pay the remaining balance.Personally, not a great experience - hopefully after 2 months of back and forth resolving some of issues we should be in good shape.

For being a return customer to this dealership and getting my second XC90, I have never been taking advantage off like no other, I was forced to pay $800.00 dollars for window tint on just 2 front door windows that was never done!(TRINITY GAYAGAS) General manager would not refund me. Another $500.00 dollars for a GPS system that I didn t need because the car is already equipped with a state of the art GPS system!! Also I was forced to get a $4500.00 extended warranty that I didn t need because the vehicle has warranty already from manufacture for the same period!!! I put down a large down payment and was still penalized with a high interest rate!!!! This new management and finance people at this location are not very good as the people during my first purchase. Only Dylan my salesman was very helpful!! Please be careful and watch your self s!!!! They know that I worked for a dealership and i still got treated this way, imagine what they can do to you!! BBB & Social media is next to be informed.

A few months ago my father and I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing my dream car from the Volvo Arrowhead Dealership, and I must say that it quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. The dealership's lack of follow-through and abysmal after-sale care not only tarnished my car buying experience but also left me deeply disappointed in how they choose to represent the Volvo brand.From the moment I signed the contract, it became evident that this dealership was not committed to delivering on their promises. They provided incorrect quotes for wrapping my vehicle in the color I was promised and then lazily tried to cover up their mistakes. They promised early on in the sale that their sales manager Rich was actively taking care of setting up my car to be wrapped in a different color, once we learned of a mistaken quote we realized that this process would be delayed, the length of this delay however is what still baffles me. It took an agonizingly long time nearly a month for me to actually receive my car in the contracted condition. They went shopping around for wrapping companies after the fact to make up for their discrepancy. I was told one company would be taking care of the wrap one day just to be told it was being wrapped by a different company another day. It took weeks for Volvo to finally get my car wrapped by a now 3rd wrapping company they had found. This level of delay and negligence is completely unacceptable for any reputable dealership, especially Volvo.To make matters worse, the dealership demonstrated a complete lack of proactivity in rectifying the situation. They seemed utterly unconcerned about the mayhem they had put me through, offering no compensation or resolution, just empty apologies. It is deeply disheartening to see a dealership fail so spectacularly in addressing customer dissatisfaction.The overall experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and as a result, I will not be returning to Volvo Arrowhead in the future under any circumstances. I simply expected better. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction has shattered my confidence in their ability to provide quality customer service.In conclusion, buying my dream car quickly turned into a nightmare due to the incompetence and negligence displayed by Volvo Arrowhead. Their failure to deliver on their promises in a timely manner, coupled with their embarrassing after-sale care, has left me thoroughly disappointed. I sincerely hope that they take this feedback to heart and make significant improvements to prevent others Volvo customers from enduring the same ordeal I did.

My recent experience with the Volvo dealership was disappointing and frustrating. When I called to schedule a map update for my vehicle, I was told it would take 2 hours and that I needed a specific type of thumb drive. No problem, I arrived prepared with the recommended thumb drive, only to be informed that it was the wrong type. No Problem, after a trip to Walmart to purchase the correct thumb drive, I returned to the dealership. They downloaded the update to my thumb drive, when I tried to upload it in my car, it didn't work a problem I had explained I encountered multiple times at home.It was only after I asked for help from someone with more "map updating" experience did the manager, who had been present the whole time get involved. After all that run around he witnessed silently, he took charge, plugged in his own thumb drive, and completed the update in less than 20 minutes.I can't help but wonder why this efficient approach wasn't offered to me from the beginning. The lack of proactive assistance and the repeated setbacks during my visit were disappointing. I hope the dealership can improve their customer service and communication to avoid similar experiences for others in the future.

I am thrilled to get a volvo car with them. The sales team is great. Ted helped me with a great test drive and provided all necessary info to me. Ted is very responsive and kind. I am excited to be the brand new owner of a 2023 Volvo S90. On top of that, I have to say that this is the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Everyone at the dealership--Mark, Trinity, Dillon, Blake, and Rich, took excellent care of me! They made themselves available without appointments, answered all of my questions, and made me feel as if I was in a second home while engaging with me Something else I'm extremely happy to share is that this team was extremely patient with me. They never once showed frustration while dealing with my indecisiveness and inconsistent follow up. The professesnalism they displayed was unmatched and their personalities were as kind and unique as the actual dealership. I just cant say enough about this team. Every ounce of them spoke to the Volvo brand and I am sure they will continue to have success stories to share as great as mine. I'll be referring friends and family to this dealership and encourage anyone reading this to drop in too.--you won't regret it. Wow! What an amazing and positive experience we had taking our XC40 for the first time service in AZ. Ali Crissman in service was so full of Volvo knowledge, experience and most of all professionalism! Kudos to this Dealership to have a valuable employee like her. Employees who represent their place of employment like she does, are hard to come by these days. Thank you Ali and Volvo of Arrowhead. We will definitely be back for future services and maybe (?) even a new car!!

When the end of a Volvo lease was approaching, a visit to Arrowhead Volvo was in order to discuss the return of the vehicle. Took some time to look at used vehicles on the lot to find a replacement vehicle. The salesman was wonderful to work with; he was helpful and knowledgeable and made the search for a car enjoyable.Settled on a used Mercedes that had a 170-point inspection done, Carfax run, worn parts replaced (supposedly). Test drove the car and found that it met all expectations. When going through the purchasing process, purchased an extended warranty as Mercedes are expensive to fix; was told by the finance manager, that there is a mandatory treatment (required by the State of Arizona) on the car to protect it from the sun that is done at the dealership and that it would be added to the price of the car. In addition, a Lo-jack system was installed and that would be an additional charge.After some research determined that there is no Arizona law that requires a customer to pay for aftermarket add-ons done by a dealership. Red Flag #1.Took the car home and noticed a rattling sound. Could not determine if that was something inside the car (back seat, etc.) or if it was coming directly from the car. Took the car to a specialty garage that only works on European cars. They determined that the shock assembly was broken and needed to be replaced on the right side of the car and the brakes would need to be replaced soon. Cost of approximately 2K for repairs. Both were issues that Arrowhead Volvo should have discovered during inspection and prior to the car being put up for sale. Red Flag #2.Returned to Arrowhead Volvo to return the leased Volvo and to discuss the concerns about issues with the Mercedes. The Finance manager assured that the extended warranty would cover the shock assembly. Took the car to a Mercedes dealership where they inspected the car and contacted the warranty company in an attempt to have the car repaired. This was denied as this is a wear part and is not covered under the warranty. Red Flag #3Returned to Arrowhead Volvo and informed them of the results of the warranty company. The sales manager made assurances that the part would be ordered and then replaced by their repair shop in an effort to make things right. Sales manager was to make contact once the part was in so the car could be returned for repair. No call was ever received. Red Flag #4Reached out to the sales manager several weeks later to get an update on the status. Was told the part was ordered and should arrive soon, and once it was in, contact would be made. Contact was never made. Red Flag #5A month or so later, the salesman, reached out to ask how things were going with the car and to confirm that we were satisfied. Informed him of the assurances made by the sales manager and that no calls have been received about the part or the repair. The salesman did some digging and called to say that the dealership s insurance will not cover the repair so no repairs will be done on the car purchased from their dealership in good faith.The shame is that Arrowhead Volvo is perpetrating the well-earned stereotype that car sales is a shady business, even when purchasing from a well-known, somewhat high-end brand.Arrowhead Volvo is not a dealership that has integrity and does not look out for the best interest of their customers. Cannot recommend that anyone purchase any used vehicles from this dealership.

We discovered my husbands new car had dangerously low tire pressures - over 10 PSI below specification on all 4 tires and our spare only had 30/60 PSI. However, the vehicle never warned of this safety issue because its monitoring system's baseline "reference point" was set extremely inaccurately by the factory. Driving a car so severely underinflated, especially in winter, risks catastrophic tire failure or wear. This is completely unacceptable; safety-critical systems must be precisely calibrated. We promptly corrected the pressures but have lost some trust; newly delivered vehicles may require third-party pressure checks before assuming the factory settings are safe. This serious issue makes us question quality control, and we hope the manufacturer improves procedures to prevent unsafe conditions at delivery

I was stopping by in hopes of purchasing a vehicle and as I walked in I heard a woman that I believe works there yelling her lungs out, saying all kinds of rude things. Dealerships have a horrible rep and its associates like her that create that hostile environment that makes all customers on edge. The dealership is nice and prices are fair. I was excited about my potential purchase but her negativity ruined it for me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!!! Thoroughly disappointed :/

Bought the 2021 S60 T8 Polestar this week from Arrowhead Volvo. Pleased to say this dealership isn t pushy and was extremely helpful. I knew what I was looking for going in and Jimmy was super helpful. Knowing I have a very rare car on the road makes me happy and the warranty and all over technology of the vehicle is so superior to what is out there. I love driving this car. So far the my experience with their customer service is very amazing.

Yesterday my wife and I purchased a mint, 2014 Honda CR-V from their used inventory. Negotiating was painless and we came out very happy with the price and warranty. Ted Yont got us in and out in just a few hours. Will shop there again.

Let s face it, a modern car is a lot like a computer. It needs service people who understand the computer functions, who can help with tips on use, who can help when there are the inevitable computer bugs.I ve had three different Volvos from three different dealerships, including Volvo Arrowhead - 2020 XC90 T6, 2021 XC60 T5 and 2023 XC60 B6. All have been excellent, all have required help for me with the computer functions.It s not easy to find a service advisor who really understands the advanced functions. Service advisor Ali at Volvo Arrowhead is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful of anybody I ve dealt with. Her understanding of the advanced functions is light-years ahead of any other service advisor I ve had at other dealerships.We put a ton of miles on our cars and trade them often. I ve recently ordered a 2024 XC60 Recharge from Volvo Arrowhead. One of the reasons I have confidence in this dealership is that I know that I have an extraordinarily good service advisor to help me when there are questions and problems.

This has been by far my best car buying experience. I highly recommend asking for JIMMY in sales. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and goes above and beyond for his clients.Firstly, he explained every feature of the car and took me on a comprehensive test drive to help me feel confident I was getting everything I wanted.Secondly, he stayed 2 hours after close to complete the sale and he came to me on his day off to help me set up my phone app.Lastly, he helped me secure a great trade in price with his manager.I also want to say I had very friendly conversations with everyone at the dealership including Scott who delivered my car to my place of work, Jake and Brian in service who immediately took care of the initial maintenance issues, and Brandon who already has me convinced to buy another car.I am by far a bmw fan, but the service I have received so far makes me only want to buy Volvo's now.

I bought a car through this dealership and the experience has gone horribly. I had done all of the paperwork through the phone and scheduled a time to pick up the car. When I came at the time I had scheduled to pick up the car, the salesmen had let me know there was going to be a delay in the car being ready. The salesmen had been reassuring me that the car would be ready soon. Two hours later, the car was ready but it didn t look like it was ready. There were some broken pieces in the vehicle, and I scheduled a maintenance appointment. Both times waiting 2 hours plus for the car to be ready. There also seems to be a lot of miscommunication between employees and have had to take time away from work to deal with the consequences of miscommunication between all employees. I do not recommend this dealership for any of your car shopping needs.

We were hesitant going to a dealer to look for a new car because of the many bad experiences me and my wife have seen in the past couple of years but Richard took those hesitations and doubts right out of our minds with his kindness and transparency. He gained our trust and got us the best deal for our car. We told him what we wanted and where we wouldn t budge and he fought for us and even bought us lunch while we waited to sign papers which helped tremendously with our toddler being cooped up at the dealership. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted with ease. We love our Subaru. Thank you Richard!

Car dealers usually get a bad rap, but the team at Volvo Cars Arrowhead has been nothing but professional and courteous. They're a breath of fresh air in the car business!In particular, I'd like to recognize both Don in Sales and Nick in Service for the very high level of customer service that they've always provided to me. They remember me, my car, and offer a personal greeting when I stop in. Any time I've had an issue or concern, they've always made it right without argument...I've never left unhappy.The dealership itself is modern and has a comfortable waiting area and their loaner cars are always clean and ready when I arrive. I wish I could offer some constructive feedback, but these guys are just top-notch across the board and I look forward to being their customer for many years to come.

I am leaving this review because I want to give a shoutout to the great team at Volvo Cars Arrowhead. Specifically, TJ and Trinity were extremely patient, honest, and helpful while working with me to find the right car. It has been a while since I have purchased a car, but this experience was way easier than I remember and such a pleasant surprise. Trinity took her time to walk me through the car options available to me, and TJ answered my numerous questions and made sure the purchasing/ transfer process went smoothly. I highly recommend this exceptional and professional team if you are looking to buy a Volvo. Lastly, I cannot give enough praise to the Service Department. Jake has been my service advisor for years and he has always gone above and beyond to help me get my cars taken care of when either service or repairs were needed.

So glad I found Arrowhead Volvo! I started my search for a new car at a different Volvo dealership in Scottsdale. They did not have a large inventory, and their prices were much higher/inflexible.I then found Arrowhead Volvo via an online ad and gave them a call. I told them that I did not want to waste any more of my time hanging out at a dealership all day in the AZ heat to not leave with a vehicle. I was connected with Richard Toleu in sales who made the experience as efficient as possible! I told him what I was looking for over the phone, and he found the perfect vehicle and emailed me a video of the interior and exterior. This helped my on-site process move quickly, which I sincerely appreciated! Arrowhead Volvo also had a more robust inventory of vehicles and better prices than Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale and a different non-Volvo dealership I went to.Once I test drove the car and completed the finance process for the purchase, they had my new car waiting for me with a big red bow on top. Very nice touch!I am extremely happy with my new vehicle, and Richard has also checked in with me since the purchase and personally offered to answer any questions that arise.I highly recommend Arrowhead Volvo and Richard Toleu!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better crew or experience buying my car from these folks. Anthony was great to work with. He wasn't pushy at all. He listened and made the process about us. Jarred was impressive as well. The deal he pitched me was the deal we got. No surprises. And their finance director was good as well (can't remember his name, but he was smooth, but not in a "salesy" way). Overall, exactly the type of transaction and experience you would expect from a luxury dealer.
