Had the best experience. Changed all my lighting on my F-150 and it came out better than I expected. Randy was great with his parts suggestions and communication was super good. I would highly recommend this shop and look forward to doing more business with them A+!!!

These guys did an amazing job getting my Wrangler upgraded. I can't call out any specific people because the entire staff was amazing! I'm looking forward to round 2 of my upgrades.

Steve and his crew are amazing. They ave been my "go-to"" from any upgrades on my Wrangler from day 1. Their work is solid and clean. Most recently they upgraded my diff covers and installed a Rhino rack. I will never ask anyone else to upgrade my ride. Well done guys. Well done.

Jason was amazing. I had the infamous death wobble. First time I ve ever experienced. Needless to say I drove from buckeye all the way here. Not only was he professional but he did everything in his power to help me. Can t thank Jason and total off road enough. Customer for life! Will be recommending all friends and family and everyone that will listen.

I absolutely love this store, I've been here probably 10 times since September, every employee I've met has been so helpful, knowledgeable, if you need something and they don't have it they can order it, but that's the thing they always have everything, for example I went in today to pick up my order they have been holding for me for 2 weeks and I saw a shelf full of rotopax gas cans and water jugs, not only that but the mounts, and the ever elusive locking mounts you can't find online, grabbed 2 of each and 4 of the locking ones. Great store, great staff, always clean and cool inside, if you're unsure of this place don't be whatever your problem they can absolutely help you out. Highly recommended!

I called 2 times separate issues. Just got a jeep looking to go all out with it I get " let n e get ur # and get back to you".......... guess Business is good cause. Apparently didn't want any more money

Huge shoutout to Todd and the 4 Wheel Parts crews in Glendale and Phoenix. The service, communication, knowledge, and professionalism I experienced was A++. I needed help troubleshooting and upgrading my 1st 07 JK and Todd listened and gave professional help. I gave him my almost unrealistic turnaround time and he made it happen! Outstanding sales and service! The guys at the Glendale location worked an absolute miracle. My truck drives and feels amazing now. They went above and beyond what anyone could have expected from a shop. I can't thank them enough and they have more than earned my trust and a customer for life. I'll definitely be telling everyone about my experience at this shop for years to come

Steve, Ricky & Randy are great guys!I had a suspension kit installed last October and it failed miserably However I brought it in and after looking it over they credited me back all the previous parts towards a new Icon Stage 9 kit for my Tacoma and it s made a huge difference!Thank you to the New Team at Glendales FourWheel Parts! LMFAO. If you can't justify keeping ONE steering stabilizer shock in stock for a 2019 Rubicon how do you stay in business? From reading the reviews I wonder what their specialty is? Other than keeping Amazon in business.

Went there ready to buy a real lift after previously putting a level kit. The sales guy convinced me me to buy a new upper control arm and would be fine.I said ok.I also said if you find anything wrong let s just do the lift.I get the truck back and I don t even drive 3 miles down the road and both ball joints blow. So I returned back right away 20 min later and they tried blaming me for the issue that other parts were the reason for the damage. The installer even mentioned to the sales guys that I should replace the spindle that connects to the ball joint the damaged part but Sales guys told the installer to just grind it down and send it.After all this they then wanted to sell me a lift for another 2k when I was willing to pay that in the first place. Now I m out a 1000 already for just upper control arms. So total would cost me over 3k.Place is very unprofessional and should have told me other parts are damaged to prevent damage to new parts. I will never let 4 wheel parts touch any of my vehicles ever again.I also heard from 2 others after the fact that they damaged their vehicles. I don t know how this place still is open based on their quality control and customer service

Solid store to get parts and installation done. They have a lot of items they can order and fit perfectly to your truck jeep or utv. This place has it all bumpers lightbars wheels tires shocks and overland gear

There s so much to say about these guys. I feel a lot of these bad reviews come from impatient people and people that don t realize finding employees is tough right now .relax peopleOn to my review. Steve and his crew were absolutely amazing. I had a very specific wheel tire combo I wanted. Found a screaming deal and had them ordered. Unfortunately the wheels I wanted are super popular and took a week, they came from the east coast. They arrive at their shop a tad damaged. It sucks but here s where 4WP stepped up.They could have easily told me well you got to wait another week. But they didn t, they sent me a list of comparable wheels they could source locally and promised me they d have them on my truck in no time. After choosing very similar wheels Steve and the crew got them on and installed my 5100 leveling kit.I m not going to go into pricing because that s between me and the shop but Steve went above and beyond with the pricing compensation to fix an error that wasn t even 4WP fault. They have a customer for life. My truck is just getting started.So to all the negative reviewers, yeah sometimes they don t answer the phones, you re probably calling on a Saturday when they re swamped. Randy, Matt and Steve were all very welcoming and polite, I m not sure what rude employees you re dealing with.

The store is filled with customizable parts for your vehicle, but when I asked about retractable steps for an older vehicle the guy behind the help desk says they don't make them for a 1975 CJ5 and besides there's way too many wires to figure out. The wires all go to a big box. I told him you mean a module he said I don't know a box. Then to get power and you need to hook it up to an O2 sensor. Then another guy says no one makes them is impossible.These guys are on another level of being unintelligent. He said if you find them let me know. I told him you can run a toggle switch to turn it on and off. He said what's that . Save yourself a trip and find a place where they want to help you and not feed you bull about it not being able to be made or bought. Just be honest and say you don't know. I'm sure the part pictured from in the store is aftermarket and someone found out where it was made.

All I have to say is the Glendale store really took care of me.The parts came in on time, Randy called me same day I brought my Jeep JK in that afternoon and by the next day before 12:00 my lift was complete.Im very satisfied.

Randy was great. They did a good job on my truck, Leveling kit, wheels and tires.Being a business owner myself, the retail climate is tough with lots of obsticles to over come, Randy understands and gets it.Thank You!!

Absolutely unintelligent people that work here. I will mention by name, Jason Green, as he wasted so much of my time, it's not even funny. Went in to return a track bar, and buy a different one. Gave him the part number of the new one that I wanted, and he proceed to say that I was trying to return a tie rod, and then proceeded to sell me a different track bar, than the one I wanted, because he said it was better. The new one he sold, didn't fit, cause he didn't listen to a damn word I said, and still couldn't follow written directions in an email, to try to resolve this issue. The man literally suggested that I use washers, to correct the spacing issue. I would completely urge you not to buy from them, or have your vehicle worked on here. Waste of time, and serious loss of braincells.

This place is great ! Matt is a parts getting monster , he got my BDX tuner the next day , my suspension my tonneau cover and everything else is installed with a warranty .

Ordered 2 items on 09/11/2022, Fedex delivered wrong package; 4wheelparts store will not help, understood, its the Delivery guys fault, filed claim to FedEx. Second package finally arrived on 10/05/22, item missing screws, Scratches found on the awning s metal part without even taking it out of the box. Looked use but paid full price..will not recommend this store .

Very expensive but didn't have time to do myself. Taking my vehicle here did not save time. I had a 9am appointment and it is 6 and still not done. The same work took me 3 hours on another vehicle with less equity and experience. Was told everyone has 9am appointment but I was first through the door. I won't even order Fr m them anymore

I recently purchased a ready lift 4" lift for my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from 4 wheel parts in Glendale. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Ricky and his team. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was getting the right lift for my truck. The installation was done quickly and correctly and I'm extremely happy with the results. Ricky and his team were professional and courteous throughout the process and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a lift installed on their vehicle. Great job guys thanks again Ricky.

Four-wheel drive parts have everything that you need, and if they don't they will get it for you. I had something done to my vehicle at another shop. That they had messed up on installation. Four-wheel drive parts fixed in for almost nothing. By doing that they've got me for life as a customer.

Went in on a whim and were not impressed... took over 15min to get acknowledged when there was only 1 other person in the store. When we said we were just starting our accessory search, there became zero interest in continuing a conversation. Pricing is double what you find online for the same thing. Won't be returning.

Never have the parts in stock always have to order everything pretty much it is what it is. And just had one thing ordered a part waited one week like they said no one has called me tried calling three times over a period of three days no one answers the phone something that is a bad habit over there a lot of phone calls go unanswered so you pretty much have to physically go in and find out what's going on it is unfortunate must be very short-staffed
