Kevin from Top Notch RV came to my house and did the following services to my 43 foot toy hauler.Added a third AC and thermostat to the garage of my toy hauler.Added easy starts on all 3 AC units.Pre trip inspection.Generator Service.Wheel bearings repacked.Replaced awning and LED lightInstalled under stair toll box.Installed 3 Camera system.If you are looking for a reliable, convenient and affordable RV technician Kevin is your guy. I called Kevin about help and service as I didn't have heat or hot water. My travel trailer was purchased new in May. He was so kind and knowledgeable, he asked my problem and told me what the solution.might be. Low and behold he solved my problems. I am still waiting for the dealership to call me back? He was so gracious when I asked how much I owed him, he said nothing. I will truly be his client when I need anything. Bless you for being so kind to windowed Koren War veteran.

I was looking for a mobile RV repair because of some damage we had on our Keystone. I got in touch with Kevin scheduled an appointment at my home. He was very punctual. Explained everything that needed to be done. I had two different insurance companies to deal with, one for the damage in my roof, which was my homeowners insurance then my extended warranty on my RV. I didn't have to do anything. Kevin got in contact with them & gave them the estimates. Then, once it was a go and approved, we drove our RV to his property because he needed it there for an extended amount of time to put on a new roof. I cannot say enough about how professional and personable this young man was. My advice don't bother looking anywhere else for a repair service. Kevin is the man. We will only be using him for our future repairs.

Punctual, fast, friendly and knowledgeable! So glad we called and got on the schedule. Our RV is ready to roll and we have peace of mind that everything will function as it should. We had some electrical issues that were repaired and got our slide-out maintenance done. Highly recommend! Don t waste your time waiting on the big shops if you don t have to!

My ac went out .. I called Kevin and gave him my warranty info and had a brand new unit installed and even fixed all the factory vent errors in record time ... I will be using him from now on...BRAVO. thanks again Kevin........ would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Kevin was a breath of fresh air... responsive and understanding of our broken AC issue, and the timing needed for us to leave on May 1st for our summer journey north. He arranged for an overnight of the parts needed and squeezed us into his schedule allowing us to get cool air on a hot day! Every once in a while you are fortunate enough to find a responsive, knowledgeable and honest person you just know you can trust. I recently had Top Notch RV replace a slide mechanism in my RV. The whole experience was handled very professionally and promptly. All appointments were on time and calls, texts and emails promptly answered. Beyond the scope of the work to be done is where I found Kevin to be especially good as he patiently answered all of my questions about features and devices on my RV that the dealer had so little interest in doing.Outstanding service, personable, knowledgeable and patient. All great attributes for this business.

I called about having my trailer wheel bearings re-packed. Kevin quoted me a price, and gave me an appointment. Kevin showed up on time, did the service, and the price was the same as he quoted on the phone. After he was finished and gone. I took the trailer from the storage area to my home. I noticed the brakes weren't braking as well as they should. I called Kevin. He said he could come to my home on his last stop of the day. He did. He re-adjusted the brakes. That was what they needed. Thanks for your good service Kevin. I'll call you next time I have a RV need.

Kevin at Top Notch is incredible. We just bought an rv and had her only 2 days before everything started to fall apart. Kevin came to the rescue and above all he was incredibly honest and forthright. He walked me through the RV and thoroughly explained how everything worked. Not knowing much about RVs myself he could ve really done a number on me and I would have never been the wiser. It was an incredibly easy fix and Kevin had us on the road within hours. He s now the only person I call when I have an RV issue. You won t find a more honest or knowledgeable Rv tech in the valley. We called Kevin due to electronic issues with our RV slide & awning. He understood that we were traveling and he fit us in to his schedule. He returned our phone call, he called before he arrived to let us know he was 30 minutes out. Once here he worked to problem solve the issue for us. He was able to figure out that our control board is bad. Although we still have the same electronic issues, Kevin was able to override the control board so we can move our slide in & out and open and close the awning. He was able to get us in a situation where we can keep moving until we can get to an RV dealer for a permanent repair. Kevin communicated with us every step of the way. He is honest and reliable. Thank you, Kevin, for the wonderful service.

Kevin was very professional and very proficient in taking care of my AC on my RV. I thought I had one problem but he discovered that it Was a Minor problem that he was able to handle quickly. Front A/C stopped cooling. Contacted Kevin at Top Notch and he was very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. He ordered a new A/C unit and had it on hand when we arrived in Phoenix. He had the new unit installed and working within 90 minutes. Fortunately for us he was available on the afternoon we arrived. He is knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, and professional. Kevin not only checked out my Class C RV from top to bottom after it sat for three years, but he fixed everything that needed fixing, and showed me how to use the different systems. He is extremely knowledgeable of RVs and is very pleasant to work with. Totally trustworthy and honest. There are still good guys out there.

Excellent work and attention to detail. Kevin was able to install a new AC unit on my 31ft rqs with a new wall-mounted thermostat, and fix my slide out in just a few hours. Highly recommend as he was Top Notch!

Called today was having a slight panic attack been working on my camper for weeks gettin everything all perfect and ready for my girlfriends first trip to the dunes with me was loading up to leave in the morning doing last minute checking and boom water heater wasn t working after just getting it fixed a few weeks ago checking everything I know to do seems like I was getting no power to the switch called to get suggestions on what else to do or have someone come out explained what was going on as it turns out having it plugged in to the house last few days it was running and hot already so when I unplugged and switched fridge over to gas and tried water heater water was already warm so wasn t going to light next time I have any kind of issue they will be my first call super helpful and saved my weekend by telling me more information then I knew

We had a problem with our RV fridge. I called and talked with Kevin. He was able to walk me through a diagnosis and I was able to fix the problem by resetting the high temperature sensor. Brian wasn't the first mobile rv repair service I've had come to my trailer, but Brian he is the only mobile rv repair service that did an amazing job for a very fair price. I needed my faucet to be replaced and after Brian finished that he also helped me with learning how to use my trailer. Example, he taught me about the thermostat and why I couldn't lite the pilot on things when there was nothing wrong. At the end I was so happy with his service I've already scheduled him to come back and help me on some less pressing issues with my trailer.I'd highly recommend Brian and Top Notch RV Repair Service for any of your RV needs. He is absolutely worth the wait, you won't be disappointed.

It s been hotter than than the hinges on hells gate in my travel trailer. I called Kevin, he gave me some great pointers and talked on the phone with me for a good 10 minutes. Unfortunately he is backed up and couldn t make it out to help, but he put me in the right direction to where I feel confident enough to attempt the fix!
