Took my recently purchased gently used Mercedes for a complete inspection. This is my first Mercedes purchase and wanted the peace of mind that I made the right decision. The entire team at The Benz Shop were very professional and answered all my questions (thank you Anna and Nathaniel). The inspection was emailed to me with both explanations and pictures of any concerns they saw. They put my mind at ease and have a customer for life. This is a family owned business and you feel like you re part of the family.

I really appreciate being able to discuss the repair with the person that did the work. The Mercedes dealership has a service writer that you talk to so you never get the real scoop as to what the mechanic discovered. The mechanics at The Benz Shop were very knowledgeable and appeared to be straight forward with their assessments of the issues involved. They aren't the cheapest but I felt that they took the time to make sure that my car was getting the care it needed. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely stellar experience with this Mercedes repair shop! Despite my last-minute request, they accommodated me promptly and addressed all my concerns with expertise and efficiency. Their pricing is fair, and the impeccable quality and professionalism are evident in every aspect of their service. Tired of the mundane dealership experience, I reached out to these folks, and I'm beyond grateful that I did. Only regret? Not having more time to tackle the rest of my vehicle's issues. Without a doubt, I'll be returning for all my future needs.

I cannot thank the team at The Benz Shop enough!I was quoted, scheduled, serviced, and out the door before the dealership could even schedule diagnostics. Mind you this was all a few days later.Replaced alot of key components and performed a solid inspection complete with photos and options.If you want it fixed right, this is the place.Thank you again!!

Ana and the team at The Benz Shop did a fantastic job on my 2020 GTR Pro. Service was outstanding, communication was excellent and they provided a nice work environment for me to conduct business as I waited for repairs!! Had an emergency road event while traveling from Tucson to Flagstaff. Mercifully, it happened near this shop, recommended by a friend.They were sympathetic to my emergency and saw me the same day. They performed the repairs as quickly as possible and communicated with me throughout the process. They were super helpful in dealing with insurance.Everyone there I talked to (particularly Ana) was so great and had such a wonderful sense of humor during a stressful time. If I didn't live 100 miles away, I'd go to them for everything for my car.

I initially took my Mercedes to two closer shops to me, but after over 3 weeks and over $2,000 spent, the issue persisted. The Benz Shop diagnosed, communicated, and started repairs in less than a day. Not only is my car working again, but I also went ahead and addressed long-overdue repairs. I trust these guys reasonable prices and Benny, the owner, consistently exhibits his skill and knowledge.

Some suspension parts and brakes and rotors were replaced. Customer services excellent the inspection is very detailed with pictures included. Always get quality work. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable on Mercedes. The shop is always clean and waiting. Room is comfortable with snacks and drinks included.

My Mercedes Sprinter displayed some warning lights about the ABS system while we were far from home. I turned off the van and started back up and lights were out. Not a good feeling. I took the van to The Benz Shop and they cleared the codes, checked out the systems, then sat with me to explain what they think happened. They were really great to work with!

The team at the Benz shop where wonderful to deal with, from the moment I booked my appointment with Nathaniel I knew I was in good hands, upon arrival I was impressed with their professionalism, and the fact that there reception area was spotless and well-stocked for those waiting for the repairs to be completed.My vehicle required a number of repairs and was there for almost 2 weeks due to ordering parts from Germany and other states. When I was informed that my vehicle was ready, they dispatched an Uber to pick me up, and when I was reunited with my car, it was spotless, they have definitely gone the distance, and set the bar very high for themselves. I have been in the automotive business for 35 years and have been driving the brand as long, my expectations are high and most peoples standards are too low, I m happy to say that Banny and his team are consummate professionals, and I look forward to doing business with them for many years, I very rarely endorse, but felt compelled in this case, they have my gratitude!

Coming through Phoenix in our 2014 M-B chassis Sprinter 3500 based RV, had an issue accelerating onto I-17. Called them Mon am and they helped get it towed to their shop for in-depth investigation. Issue resolved and RV returned the next day. Great people, especially Anna and Nathanial, so were so responsive to our urgent needs! While I hope to not need their services again in the future, you can be sure that I will call them immediately should the need arise. They are the best!!!

A "deal" on an oil change so they can do a free diagnostic inspection on your car and quote you on THOUSANDS of dollars worth of things your car DOESN'T NEED. I was told my engine belt needed to be replaced along with the drive mounts being collapsed and several other overpriced filters that won't need to be replaced until my B service next year. The quote given on the engine belt was $500 over what another mercedes shop I checked with charges and on top of that, I had a second opinion on my car after I went here only for them to tell me my car was ABSOLUTELY fine and needed none of the work quoted done. It's insane to me people run a business like this. I'm sure there are a lot of people who don't question them and just pay the money...sad.

Our 2019 Sprinter was due for a service B. After much review of this Shop and those surrounding Mercedes Dealerships. Thought we would give it a try. All I wanted was an Oil change with an Air Engine Filter and Cabin Filter as all other fluids were topped off and brake fluid was changed when a previous recall was completed on the brake calipers. Presented a coupon on arrival for a $211.00 oil change special. Out the door in about 90 minutes with a bill for $143.32! Both air filters were clean so no need to replace.Thank you Nathaniel, we have found a shop for our future maintenance needs.

Went in today for Mercedes B Service. I called around and made all sorts of inquiries about prices. I chose The Benz Shop because of great reviews and a good price. I was absolutely impressed with their amazing service. I was in and out in under a couple of hours, completely happy with the process, and happy I went here. The price was amazing! Significantly less than the quotes from the various Mercedes dealerships. Thank you all for such excellent service!!

Brought my C63s for service B at around 40K miles last summer and was told that it was just an oil change which we had the shop complete. I came in to the shop this week though to schedule the brake fluid change at 45K miles and the service advisor recommended service B- oil change, brake fluid change, cabin filters, etc. This was confusing. I'm not quite sure why it wasn't completely done last summer like I requested, but I feel by not doing the full service as I requested put my vehicle at risk and jeopardized my extended warranty. The ASSYST system now in the car says the next service is service A, so that means the Service B warning was incorrectly cleared by the shop when I brought it in last year.Update:Talked to Nathaniel and he addressed my concerns. I will be bringing my vehicles back to Benz shop. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

We had a broken bolt stuck in our Sprinter van s oil pan that was in a really tough spot to get to. Talked with several other shops, including a Mercedes Benz Dealer. The Mercedes dealer refused to attempt to extract it, and offered they could replace the entire oil pan instead (a whole week in the shop & several thousand $). Other non-Mercedes shops either wouldn t touch it or quoted a crazy amount to extract the bolt. We took it to the Benz Shop at 8am, and by 10am, the bolt was extracted and everything was fixed. We couldn t believe it. This is our second time at the Benz Shop and we couldn t recommend a better shop to take a Sprinter. Big thanks to Banny and the Benz Shop team!

I was traveling thru Phoenix and my 2005 Sprinter had a check engine light on. I live in rural New Mexico, so I thought I better have it looked at while in a Metropolitan Area. The Benz Shop had good ratings and now I know why. They were able to get me in within 48 hours and did a thorough inspection on our van. The check engine light went off before arriving, but they still checked for stored codes and identified several areas on our van that needed attention. Since I was leaving town the next day I could not leave my van for work to be done. The repairs are necessary, but not critical so I was able to make it home no problem. The Benz Shop is professional and certainly know their Mercedes! If I lived in Phoenix they would absolutely be my go to team.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

As a full-time RVer and proud owner of a 2008 Sprinter 3500 extended body, NCV3 with OM642 diesel engine, with RV conversion by PleasureWay, I am thrilled to have discovered The Benz Shop! When I checked them out, I found the shop to be clean, organized, and well-equipped.Recently, while heading into Arizona from Mexico, our RV was behaving strangely when on auto speed control. I tried another shop for some other small repair, but I wasn't impressed and they didn't have a lift that would accomodate the RV anyway. Dealer service is always last resort in my experience - too expensive and sometimes dishonest. I do a lot of work myself but I'm too old for heavy lifting and, as a full-timer in a van, carry only the absolutely necessary tools.I was guessing that the issue might have been related to the motor mounts which were original with 170,000 miles and lots of bad Mexican roads. The Benz Shop accommodated our itinerary by scheduling an appointment around our needs ensuring minimal downtime for our lifestyle.They refused to do the motor mounts because they said it wouldn't fix the problem. A little drained transmission fluid they showed me was as bad as anything I'd ever seen. Right off the bat, they said they wouldn't service it either (oil, filter, etc.) because with that much metal in the fluid, it would only work for a limited time and that's not their style.I left with an unfixed van and a quote for a rebuilt transmission with a 2 year warranty. I shopped around and found it was a fair deal. The quote also included a new radiator because Banny, the owner with two Sprinter vans himself, said he can't warrant it unless he does, because in his experience, the integrated oil coooler will spit out all that old metal and just eat up the clutch plates again. (The radiator was due for flush and fill anyway, so plus one.)We're on the road 100% of the time - true nomads. We know that getting great Mercedes service is not cheap. But breaking down in a small town in Central America isn't fun either. This exceptional establishment exceeded all expectations with their top-notch service, fair prices, and honesty. Especially honesty. If you own a Sprinter or any other Mercedes, definitely take it to The Benz Shop! It's only the third shop I've found in the USA that I would totally trust.

Ultimately I came in because of a check engine light, they told me what they claimed was everything that was wrong with the car. Over 6000$ in recommended services. I asked which ones I should do first as I could not afford to pay that much. Over 3400 dollars later and the same issue I went in for was still apparent. Bad business, overpriced and overall untrustworthy.

The shop mechanics seem to know everything that can go wrong with the fan belt when installing a second alternator on my Sprinter. I came all the way from Albuquerque to take advantage of their expertise and they did a great job.

Took my 2016 GLC 300 because of a low turbo pressure. Unfortunately the turbo went bad and had to replace it. Banny and his team were able to get me in the next day and diagnose my wagon. They also performed a thorough inspection and found a possible oil leak they recommend we watch. A mechanic that recommended we watch it first tells me they are interested in a long term relationship not a one time money grab. My repair took several days and the team kept me informed and provided a great explain. I will be returning for my next maintenance where we can look at that oil leak.
