Havent finished the repair but my interactions with them have been great. In fact i choose the shop from two referred shops based on my phone conversations with owner and David. Will update when work is complete.

Better selection than most Best Buys in the valley. Definitely better than the one off Indian School and the 51. Staff was helpful when I was there.

So have not been in person bit bought a vehicle that these guys rebuilt the transmission in. I want to know if they will warranty it still it has the little tag that says sun west trans and radiator. Anywho I'm leaking from I guess front pump seal gonna go by today and find out what I need to do

I had a radiator leak on a radiator they had replaced 21/2 years ago. Not only did they warrant the radiator they gave me a $100.00 break on the labor to install it. How are you going to get better service than that. And on top of that even though thay were very busy they did lt in record time.Great shop with great guys. Thanks so much.

Had my daughters transmission rebuilt here. The guys were honest and fair priced. When the rebuilt transmission failed they honored there warranty no questions asked. Even covered the towing. I have only one mechanic that I trust and recommendand . And now I have a transmission shop to recommend also!

I live in Mesa, I took my truck into Sun West Transmissions because I have dealt with them in the past. I knew they did great work at a fair price, They rebuilt my transmission in 2 days and had me back on the road in no time. Greg was up front with me during the inspection, and the estimate he quoted me was the price I paid. I highly recommend them for any transmission service or repair.

they have had my car off and on for 3 monthsnow they say that they can't fix it after I have paid them. I had no problem as long as I get my money back I'll take it somewhere else. I was told that they wouldn't reimburse me. Now I don't have my car or money, I have to get a lawyer and go to court, now my holidays will be ruined my grandkids Will be disappointed. Great way to treat a disabled military man and his family!!!!

I worked in an auto shop for years, and we always brought our customers' transmissions to Sun West Transmission. When my transmission went out, I found out why. Sun West's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service is the best in Arizona. They fixed my Ford F150 transmission in 2012, and it still runs great 8 years later. Sun West does quality work, and they've also repaired my transmission in my Jeep Wrangler. Their expertise is unmatched in Arizona, and the best in the business. Thank you.

They were very nice. They explained what needed to be done and why.. Waiting room was decent. However I thought the labor price was outrageous .

The owner seems like a real good guy. I had my radiator replaced and then had a leak in it very soon after. I drove their and they fixed the problem in a matter of 20 minutes. It's been over a year and it's running great.

Greg and crew always ready to help . Transmissions these days are like grenades and sorting out what to do can be stressful. Sunwest always gives me accurate information on whether or not its worthwhile putting out the cash to fix a vehicle . As owner of a mobile Diagnostic and repair service of 25 +yrs .
