Stinks to see that people had some bad experiences here, but truly I never do. I ve gone to the Scottsdale one on Frank Lloyd Wright and they gave me bad battery that died in less than 10 months and the one on Bell near arrowhead mall, no thank you.This place has caught a lot of warranty issues and informed me, instead of pretending it wasn t so they can get a free charge. Every repair and oil change has gone smoothly. I can leave my vehicle and pick it up with no problem.I get how the timing works, each tech has to have a number of cars and work on all of them simultaneously, most shops are like that. I know some jobs take longer than others.Anyway, the staff is really friendly and the manager is great. I ve been going to them for a year, they always give a good deal, plus take care of the military veterans. They never hassle me or try to get me to pay things for no reason. They tell me everything straight up and even show me on my vehicle. They fixed issues that other sun devil auto shops messed up and even dealerships, I will continue going here.

I have always been very hesitant on who to trust with my vehicle s service. Have had a history of paying for services and either they were not done well or at all. So let s just say I came into Sun Devil Auto already highly skeptical and I even shared that with them. They were very laid back and to ensure I felt comfortable, they brought me into the shop so I could see for myself the work they were doing. After that first experience, I brought my car back again to have a belt repaired and I can say without a doubt that these guys do care about you and your vehicle. Sadly I m moving out of state so I won t get the pleasure of working with Sun Devil Auto again but for those in the area, if your looking for a trustworthy auto shop, I highly recommend these guys.

I ve been coming to Sun Devil for many years for only oil changes, which is what I did today. I had an appointment in the morning that started out smooth enough. About 40 mins into my appt time, an employee let me know they found a nail in my tire and that if I wanted, it would be an additional $35 to fix - I approved and was told it would take a little bit longer but then I d be good to go. Over 45 minutes goes by before I finally ask any word on that tire? as I just watched 4 other customers pay and leave, one of which was an oil change appt that came in 30mins after me. Employee looks over and says mechanic just got the wheel off and is starting to patch it now and it shouldn t be more than 15 more minutes. By the time I got my car back, it had been 2 hours. Then when I got to my next destination, I noticed my oil life meter had not been reset and the mechanic got grease all over the leather interior spots of my car. Usually I m pretty understanding but this was a frustrating experience.

Extremely satisfied! I appreciate them taking me in without an appointment! My engine light came on as I was driving in the area so I went there to see if they could check it out and YES!they were able to check on it! I needed an oil change and was low on oil and they did it! So thank you!SUN ANGELS! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Looked at my car quickly after dropping off, called with findings and fixed what I wanted done gave suggestions but didn't pressure I will be bringing all my business and recommending them when asked. Staff very friendly, great experience

Staff was awesome - gave me high level breakdown of wHt was needed from diagnosis to completion - gave me options - explained everything.Even while waiting - they were consistent with other customers and on the phone.Very impressed.

Great place for a quick and inexpensive oil change ...especially if you use their coupons ....they are all over the place when it comes to major repairs on pricing. Got a quote for $3300 from Sun Devil and ended up having the work done at Christian Brothers on 75th and Thunderbird for $1680.

I have been going to Sun Devil for many years already and let me tell you!!! They never disappointed! They are super friendly and take care of you as if you were family. They always provide exceptional service and are way cheaper than other shops plus you also get discounts on top of that!

Sun Devil Auto got me in and back on the road in two days before a holiday weekend.I'm very happy about the prompt service. I've had good experiences with this company before also and this location as well. One time I had things fixed that were under warranty which was really nice. The people there are courteous and friendly as well. They also have a handy night drop box to drop off your keys and car after hours and plenty of parking spaces. It's never cheap fixing a car these days but I would recommend this company for reliable service.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I was quoted over $900 for a brake job from Le Roy's auto repair. I chose Sun Devil because I remembered them from a previous experence when they let me use their phone in an emergency. Sun Devil quoted me 1/2 of LeRoys Price and showed me that my brakes were new and didn't need replacement.

Well we'll well. First I marked 5 stars ,but since I found out that they did me really wrong I would give a no star. They purposely put wrong light bulb in to my brake lights. So it just went out after a few days. I paid 100 bucks. They said of not the light bulb then the hole light concept. Whatever it's called. Try to make money. Do not go there

Had an an appointment at 12:00 for an oil change. They took a walk-in at the same time and the walk-in was in and out before my car was even pulled up to be worked on, an hour after my appointment time. It should be noted that this my first visit to this business and the walk-ins were obviously buddies with the crew. I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment is if I'm going to wait around for an hour before being seen and walk-ins are prioritized? And they charge $75 for an oil change? Ridiculous.

Truly an amazing business. So helpful and kind. I'm by no means super knowledgeable about cars and they were amazing at walking me through everything and explaining what I needed to do. They're very fair in price and were so helpful when I left a tearful voicemail after my car died on me and I had no idea what to do. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!Services: Auto battery replacement, Vehicle Inspection

Worst decision I've ever made. My car is in worse condition after those repairs. Got my car out of their shop Thursday night was stranded on the side of the road Friday morning. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. What they are doing is called "The endless repair"

I have used Sun Devil Auto for over 15 years for all of my auto repair. from the smallest item to total replacement of engine, transmission, transfer case . Fast and clean. i ve been to other sun devils and they weren t anything like this location. They told me I had a power steering fluid leak that was pretty severe . They quoted me 2000$. When i declined they kept pressing me to apply for a credit card. Well I monitored my power steering fluid and it wasn t leaking at all, also took it to a different mechanic and he could not see what they were talking about. They will try to rip you off. They are also extremely rude to customers. Saying things like do you want me to fix your car or not and just overall tone of annoyance when customers ask questions.Service: Oil change

Won't go anywhere else. They are courteous as well as very knowledgeableWill show you what's wrong so you can make a knowledgeable decision.UPDATE; Came in for a tune up and inspection. Be aware of using this place they did alignment on my car and created a bigger problem when I called them 2 minutes after taking my car they denied it my first visit to them I wasn't so happy but I didn't leave them a review this is my second visit absolutely the last

I took my car to them to replace my alternator I knew it had a small transmission leak nothing serious t get a text from the mechanic with a picture of the leak my transmission has and it's a lot worse now then it ever was in stead of having one place it's dripping from it has multiple I don't know what exactly happened but it definitely happened while they had my car

This location is very busy. I used to bring my work truck here for oil changes and maintenance.Nile was always able to get me in right away. He is the only one I've had luck with. The other counter guys are difficult to work with and won't really go out of the way to help. Been in a bind a few times and Nile is the only one that would take the time to get me back on the road.Appointments are kinda pointless because they will take a walk in even if they know someone has an appointment.
