Southwest RV did an amazing job on our Solar/Lithium install. The project was seamless; starting with Jeff and the estimating process all the way thru to Colt installing our 10 x 200 Watt solar panels and 3 x 270 AH Lithium Batteries in a small area in our 5th Wheel. The system has been flawless, and we could not be happier. Southwest RV is a great place for solar installs.Service: Electrical

Awesome! Super nice, and $10 for tanks.Just an update, still awesome! FYI they have all the plumbing parts and fittings you need, also latches, vent covers, all that kind of universal RV stuff. And the prices are close to Amazon, so I prefer to shop here.

Did an excellent job on the repairs on our RV. The staff was knowledgeable, listened to our list of problems and proceeded to resolve them. They also kept us in the loop on what they found and recommended solutions. We have another appointment with them to work on a problematic slide out and a couple other issues. We have also contacted them on our recent trip when we had issues and needed advice. Very helpful. Now our go-to place in Surprise for RV repairs.

Wow... Just great service. Jeff helped me through many questions and a few challenges converting my LQ RV from 6volt batteries to new Battle Born Lithium Batteries. Our rig has solar and inverters etc with a bit of a complex hook up. He ensured I could trouble shoot the system, that the price was fair and that I was satisfied.

Service: bearing repack, suspension check, grease, and bolt torque, etc.As full-time RVers, we are always on the lookout for reliable service facilities. Southwest RV was recommended by some friends. What a find! From our first contact with Summer, in regard to scheduling, to final check-out on the day of service we couldn t have been more pleased. This is a well-run family business that we will be pleased to patronize whenever we are in Arizona and need services. There is also a well-stocked RV parts supply store on site for most of anyone s general needs.Keep up the good work Southwest, and thank you!

Conveniently located in the northwest valley just north of Bell Rd on 63rd Ave. FANTASTIC parts and RV gadets available for customers to do own repair. Like all RV repair facilities, make your appointments weeks in advance of your trips. Propane prices are usually lower than surrounding competitors. Really nice family atmosphere customer service.

Dropped off my coach one day ahead of an inspection that was scheduled 3 weeks prior by a potential buyer. Left it the entire day for them to inspect and I arrived first thing the next morning to pick it up. Gentleman at the service counter took a minute to locate the paperwork and came back in to tell me they were busy the previous day and couldn't complete the inspection. They never called or reached out to anyone to notify us about this. I had to coordinate to do this in my schedule on these days and purchased a ride share to and from the location for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them

I had a complex problem with my electrical system, lithium batteries, and solar. Jeff and his team spent time with the battery manufacturer and researching the configuration on my 2016 Roadtrek. Problem resolved. I highly recommend them.

Great family run business. Jeff was awesome initially on the phone and helping me dial in the right hitch, Colt with doing measurements and weighing the tongue, and Summer with getting everything ordered and shipped next day. Amazing, highly recommend them. Only downside was I wish their labor rate was a little lower to have them put it all on, I'll figure it out to save $175/hr. Is what it is. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.

I waited weeks to get in here. Totally worth it. Got me in and out the same day. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would ask a question and they would go into a very thorough response. Fixed my furnace with a $27 part and did it under the min diagnostic fee. They offered multiple solutions to water leak. They offered different prices and timelines for each . Accidentally misquoted me and reduced the price to honor what was said on the phone

Summer was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. She taught and showed us how to do our dump and fill along w propane. We are newbies and it helped a lot. She was very patient when explaining. She even noticed a minor situation with my door and had the part available. The cost was affordable. Very clean and all staff was friendly. This will definitely be my (our) to go station for everything RV. I (we) loved our 1st impression.

The owner's son Colt, is very knowledgeable and expertly addresses solar issues. Unfortunately, the owners daughter Summer, didn't return my calls the very first time I tried to reach them for help. After waiting two weeks for a return call (I'd left 2 messages) I finally called Battleborn and asked them to call SW RV and ask Summer to return my calls. She called me immediately and sternly stated that she didn't call me back because she was busy?! This was my first experience with Southwest RV. She ignored me after I called Battleborn. The whole experience was quite upsetting. I gave them 3 stars because Colt is so talented and smart and deducted two because of Summer's lack of customer service skills.I found another solar installer who not only called me back within 24 hours, but is also about to add a lot more solar to my system. I no longer need to deal with Southwest RV. I wish them well.

I found this company when I was still home in Oregon as I was coming to Mesa Arizona and needed to have some work done on my RV. When I arrived in Mesa I went over to Southwest RV to check them out and talk with them. As I was pulling in I ran into a gentleman walking out and had asked if he had work done at Southwest which he replied yes he did and that he had been coming there for 12 years. So I went in and made my appointment and after talking with them I thought I had made the right choice to come here. The staff was very knowledgeable very polite answered all my questions. I had a number of things done including the hydraulics shade motor change and just some overall maintenance done which so far has worked out perfectly so I'm very pleased and will be returning next winter to have more service work taken care of. I later ran into another man and as we got to talking he lived by Southwest RV and has his RV service there and he's been going there for 11 years and he was also very happy with the service work he had had done. So thank you Southwest RV for doing such a great job. From OregonWalt

Bought a camper from an independent seller. Got it home and there were a few issues ... Brought it to Southwest RV and they fixed everything they could and had some unfortunate news about the broken slide. They of course offered a solution and we were left bummed and chastising ourselves for the independent buy ... And just as we thought we would have a custom slide and pay well over $5K for just the slide, Jeff called and said he had chased down a slide. There were only about 6 left in North America and Jeff found one!!!! Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe what he did and how he's helped us. No other place to go to get your RV fixed. Thanks again Jeff! Hope your holidays are amazing!!

Jeff and crew are fantastic. They prepared a detailed estimate, ordered parts, and will keep them for the repair when I return from summer travels. They also filled my propane tank. I will definitely return for all of my RV repair and maintenance.

Everyone at Southwest RV are the greatest. Their service and experience is like no other. They explain their pricing to you no hidden costs. They do what they say they re going to do. I personally had experience with my hydraulics being very pricey at another repair shop I won t mention the name. But I brought it over to Jeff and his price was amazing thanks Jeff and everyone at Southwest RV honest and reliable. No reason to go anywhere else. And family owned.

Southwest RV service is located just north of Bell off 63rd Avenue. This location offers a RV supply store and RV repair and Storage. The owner and his family work at this store. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do have a dump station but there is a charge of $10 to dump. They also do oil changes on the engines and the generators. They have a large storage area for RVs which is usually pretty full. They sell propane for your RV and will fill your tanks. If you need something for your RV or a slight repair this would be a good place to go. The awning above one of our slides tore in the wind. I needed an oil change also. I stopped by to make an appointment and when I returned on my appointment day I was told it may take a little longer then they first thought due to a large work load. Not a problem as I was not in any rush. Three to four hours later I received a call that my RV was all done and ready to go. The awning was replaced and the oil was changed. I am very impressed by there kindness and quick service.

After reading the reviews for Southwest RV, we went in to talk to the owners. It is a family run business and the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The storage area is gated and security cameras are abundant. The monthly storage prices are reasonable. They have propane and dump station available. We ordered a part for our awning lights and it was delivered quickly. We also used the service department for an installation. We are very happy with this choice for our RV storage

Summer and Jeff took care of everything I needed. They were both very nice. The invoice I received was clear, the work done well documented and the prices are fair.Turnaround time for work and ordering parts was fast.Southwest RV is family owned and operated. I feel very comfortable asking questions and I've always been given helpful answers.I'm not an experienced RV owner and Jeff gave me good advice on how to check my equipment and save money. No pressure to have extra work done.

Very happy to have found Southwest RV. Everything about our experience was great. We had a little communication error on the work order. Could have even been my fault. They made it right without question. The work was great and quicker than expected. They are a family owned and worked business. It shows. They genuinely want your business and to satisfy your needs. We will be back for any service our RV requires

Everything was great with the exception of my RV s batteries were dead when I picked it up, a little disappointed after I just paid $1200 for service and checkup. Had to use my own jumper box to start it. With that said will still be back to them for my next service, everyone deserves a 2nd chanceService: Oil changeService: Oil change
