I took the BMW in to get it fixed at Silver Star Motors. I had the car towed to their from the BMW dealership because they couldn't fix it without having to spend a lot of money on new parts but Chip started on it immediately. I was very impressed with his work. Will definitely come back! I have a new friend for life. Thank you Chip.

Need anything done? Come here. Great prices, and mechanics are very good at what they do. Mercedes, BMW, jaguar. Porsche. Any of the top of the line European vehicles they can assist with.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I've taken my 2000 Mercedes into Silver Star Motors twice now. Both times, Chip told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. The amount was really reasonable, especially considering it's a Mercedes and what other shops charge. Both times, they fixed it for the exact amount I was quoted - no hidden fees, no surprises! And both times, the issues were fixed entirely and in a timely manner. So glad to find a mechanic shop that is both fair and honest! Chip told me they could fix anything and I now tend to believe that's accurate. Highly recommend Silver Star Motors and Chip to everyone! Quite a find!

Great guys! They know what's they're doing. Took care of my 335i when other shops couldn't Chip was helpful and advised me what else I needed to replace down the road so I can maintain my car well. I would highly recommend them.

What a great experience! From the time I walked in, until I returned home with my BMW I felt like royalty. The team there made sure that I understood what needed to get done to get my car running and kept me informed at every single step. No mishaps like I experienced in other places, no strange charges, just good, honest, quality work. I am a customer for life! Thank you for fixing my BMW. I love my car and you fixed it when two other shops could not even diagnose it!

First of all, i would zero stars if I could, I went to this place bc I own a Audi and suddenly had couple issues going on so I thought since the reviews were good, so is the owner. I was completely wrong. Man charged me 120$ just to check it and took almost two weeks to do the job and as a result, nothing was wrong as he stated. Unfortunately I would ve took my keys and left, without paying a dime, but man would ve snitched me out and called the cops for leaving like that. I don t recommend this place at all. This happened recently.

I have been a customer of Silver Star Motors for about twenty years. I can honestly say that the only reason that I continue to buy Mercedes is Silver Star Motors. The dealership is a rip off. The first time they examined my AMG they pointed out several issues that the dealer had claimed to have fixed, but did not even touch. They have been extremely honest when diagnosing a given problem. They are prompt and very knowledgeable. Equally important is that they are reasonably priced and never try to overreach. I would not take my car anywhere else. I live in Scottsdale and tried a mechanic close to my house. What a mistake. It is well worth the drive. There are very few good mechanics who work on German motors so look no further- Silver Stars

Super expensive place you want take.your car to they charge 150 for diagnostic and he want to charge $2370 dollor labor it was my first time I go there and definitely the last time he told me the car needs oil pan gasket when I took it to another mechanic he fix the issues he didn't touch the oil pan or any other parts he mentioned he's scammer watch

Place is under New Management. The place has really cleaned up with new technicians and all. They have even put in a great waiting area for us customers. I took my Mercedes in and Joe had my problem figured out in no time. Had my car back very quickly and its running perfect its been a couple of weeks and its great. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

I would highly recommend getting your car serviced or repaired with these guys! They worked with me and got me back on the road sooner than I thought. Silver Star is under new management and what a huge difference. I was biting my lip if I should take my car there, and I'm so happy that I did. Talk to Joe, he'll take care of you. I felt that he was fair and reasonable and fully explained what they were doing. Reading the previous posts, definitely not the same place.

The guys are great! Efficient, fast when needed to be. They will fix your car at a great price. If you need car fixed this is the place. Honest, Clean. Wont give u run around. Thank you!

We've had our R class serviced there twice in the last 6 months. The new owner Joe is doing a great job cleaning the place up and providing solid customer service. He's very knowledgeable about German brands and probably other brands as well. Everything he said he would do, he does. I'll use them again.

i had my porsche and mercedes repaired at this shop. The mechanics had a very clear understanding of the problem, and a quality job was done on my cars. it was efficient, and affordable. great job guys!

Terrible mechanic. Straight up lied and charged my warrenty company. Said they fixed my berrings and i had An oil leak. Said they fixed the berrings but i still have an oil leak. They never fixed the berrings and lied about the oil leak to cover the fact that i was actually leaking power steering fluid

my father in law joe sr brought a few of friends cars to silver star were joe jr was able to fix what others couldnt its been a huge change since joe took over all the new techs are ase and mercedes certified through universal tech inst phx they are licensed and have dishonesty,bonds and insured the place has cameras and hi tech security the past is just that at silver star
