Christian did a really good job, highly recommend him we eventually got the deal we wanted. We just wish it didn t take 6 hours to get there lots of back and forth with the manager. He was a nice guy too just took a smidge too long. We are repeat customers of Sands and we will definitely be back in the future!!!

Jonathan Ruiz was wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond, professional, and provided accurate information. Kevin also was very helpful with logistics. Gerry in finance was great too.This is my third vehicle I've purchased from Sands and every experience has been great. I live 37 miles from Sands.

I had a great sales experience with Kenny today. He was accommodating and was able to work within my financial specifications. Damian was able to obtain financing in a very timely fashion. They were very accommodating and friendly. I purchased a vehicle and am extremely happy with their service.

Salesman seem to be very pushy when making a sales even when coming in to just look at vehicles, not much knowledge for new car buyers either. Had purchased a vehicle and 1 was told to bring it back due to miscommunication. Was able to get a refund but ruined my car buying experience from a dealership

This should read as a negative 1. I am so very disappointed with the past 2 years of dealing with repair after repair all caused by an initial poor servicing of a 2013 Chevrolet Volt.I do not usually do any review but I feel that this needs to be put out there for the whole world to see.1. Repair of the battery cooling system2. Left damage to the generator cooling radiator3. Caused damage to the engine to the point of needing replacement4. Subsequent damage to the heating system - not even discovered by the service center resulting in another trip to the service center5. Delay (months and months) in waiting for Chevrolet to make another electric heating module6. Only to discover the heat still doesn't work.7. Now being told that the "sitting" caused the issue with sediment being in the used replacement engine.The above has been thousands of dollars out of pocket that should never have happened due to shoddy work after more shoddy work with the original damage caused by the service department. To name a point when they did the repair they broke the windshield wiper fluid line and wanted to charge me another $300 to fix the damage caused by then replacing the engine.Now after almost a year since the original damage they are asking for more than $800 just in labor to replace the heater core because 2 times that the technicians should have completely flushed the engine coolant and didn't before allowing the vehicle off the premises. They indicated that it was my fault the vehicle sat and somehow sitting caused debris to be knocked loose.I will be calling another Chevrolet dealership to see if they can take over and honor the warranty on the engine and heating system.So, very, dissatisfied/disappointed that I cannot put into words without sounding like I am throwing a temper tantrum. It is completely ridiculous that it has to come to this post.*Edit-I guess it does help to put a foot forward and make public something that did not need to be made public. I have been contacted by Sales and they have contributed to the repair in a substantial way and have rectified this latest solution. Reserving other stars upon contact to the responder of this message.

Rogelio is the salesman we worked with. He had the best customer service and our experience was wonderful. I also get my oil changes here and work on my car. When you are looking to buy a car ask for Rogelio he will fight for a good deal for you!

Love my New Traverse! Great sales rep. Was there a while with my son but the staff was amazing towards him while we waited and made it as easy as possible while buying. Also they reached out and let me know when to start bringing my car in for service and care which was nice.

The best Chevrolet service department by far! They were so incredibly accommodating, set me up with a Lyft to my house and from my house, so I did not have to wait in the lobby, while my car was being worked on. Got done with inspection in a timely manner. Will only ever continue to go to Chevrolet sands. Thank you guys so much!

I'm very upset with your company. Jesus told me he would let me know when the 2013 Challenger RT was available so I could come buy it. I just got a text from him saying sorry it already sold. That's is horrible customer service at this point I have lost all respect for your company. I want this info to go directly to the owner. This is not the place to go if your looking for a vehicle they run your credit more than once dropping your score, they get you a vehicle and add all kinds of extra hidden fees upping the vehicle price so you stay in the negatives for a while, also they say that they give you warranties on your vehicle that are not there, and lastly if you want a vehicle from them have 5k ready because they only want to make deals with big down payments so you don't even think about trading in your vehicle or get a new one with out a lot of cash up front, overall I have done business with them twice and I regret not learning from the first time how dishonest, unreliable, and corrupt they left my credit and a overcharged vehicle. Best going to another dealership I have heard other not so good things about this place so I suggest to look else where with honest people.

Anthony Arvizu was our Salesman, he was great! We got the deal we had wanted. The only thing was we had a little trouble selling our other truck and I had told Anthony, I couldn't pick up the truck until next weekend and they understood. But then I got a call that I had to come in and sign the paperwork before the month was over. But over all, our Experience was great!

My experience with The salesman Tyler was outstanding! From the first phone call to the last handshake. He was professional, personal, and knowledgeable. He made my choice very easy. Needless to say it s a shame he didn t come with the truck to help me make all my other decisions that easy. Including finance dept was amazing as well. Only thing I suggest is upgrading your signing procedures and technology.

I normally don t write reviews but this warrants a review so that consumers stay away from servicing their vehicle at Sands Chevrolet on Grand. Last year 1/31/23 they replaced my cam shaft and did other maintenance of stuff they said I needed on my 2016 Tahoe. I originally went in because my fan kept staying on but only happened when it reached lower temperatures outside. They came back with this laundry list of repairs. Ever since they made these repairs my ajar hood open notifications kept coming on and my car alarm would randomly go off.My battery ended up going out in May 2023 so I replaced it with a new one at another mechanic shop. The battery only lasted for 6 months before dying again on 1/3/24. I had warranty so i replaced it and the hood latch to see if that was causing my battery to drain. Even though I fixed the hood latch the ajar message was still going off. I than took it to the dealership on 1/24/24 to help diagnose the problem and gave them all the information about what was happening. They informed me sameday that it was my negative battey cable that needed replaced. This cost me nearly $450 to fix. They said this should help resolve my battery issue. But as for my ajar hood open error that now I needed to change out the rear lift gate hatch.Here I am on 2/27/24 with a dead battery and car not starting. When I called them they told me I would have to tow it in for them to diagnose what should ve been diagnosed last month. So I am stuck paying a towing fee so they can tell me I need to repair another part. I don't think so they will not take me for my money again. I have spent thousands of dollars on service repairs at this location. Keep away from this location they are in the business of just switching out parts but not fixing the issue. Also, when they do switch out parts they end up breaking something else.I hope this helps save someone from making a poor decision to service your vehicle here.

Customer representative Landin was very professional and informative on what needed to be done with inspection of My vehicle.Landin stayed in contact with Me if any issues or problems arose during inspection.Landin let Me gave Me a time frame when work would be completed.Landin has been very kind when I had taken My vehicle in for service.I am very satisfied that Sands Chevrolet offers lifyt to and from dealership.I am also satisfied dealership offers high quantity parts.Thank You Landin and Everyone at Sands Chevrolet. My truck had 3,700 miles on it. They put a sticker in my truck saying the next oil change needed to be at 6,000 miles. That's only 2300 mi between oil changes. The owner's manual says it can go 7500 between oil changes. When I called the service manager he recommended oil changes between 3,000 and 5,000 miles. That's quite the scam wanting to service my truck almost three times more than needed. Very disappointed which is unfortunate because I appreciate what Buzz has done there.

From the time I pulled up in the service drive to the time I drove out in about and hour and a half, The service advisor and techs did a fantastic job in the oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area and all were comfortable the coffee was very good (Not dish water). Highly recommend Sands Chevrolet Surprise for your service needs.

The service department could not be more unhelpful if it was a guiding principle of their business! To call with a service issue and set an appointment up 2 weeks in advance (earliest they could be seen) to then get a call back and say we need to kick your appointment out another week. While not offering any first come first serve service availability. How do you overbook your schedule by a whole week? Either blatant incompetence on managements part, or continued extended repair times on vehicles in for service. Neither one bodes well for customer satisfaction. GM needs to look into this dealership and the way it represents their brand to consumers.

Showed up trying to find a Camaro, they told me they didn t have any. I was going to leave but sat down and talked to one of their salesman. He told me they d have a few in in a few weeks. I put $100 to reserve the car. Tried calling a few times weeks after for an update and kept getting sent to voicemail for the person I d ask for. Next thing I know the car I was waiting for is marked sold. I ve tried calling to get my $100 back and just get the same service and sent to voicemail. If that s how they treat customers without closing a deal. I could only imagine what other things go on at this dealership

Came here after a horrible experience at Larry H Miller in Avondale and was blown away by the professionalism and customer service here at Sands. Firstly I wanna thank Nick over in the service department for the thorough communication and kindness he provided. Secondly I wanna give a huge shoutout to Jonathan AKA Beetlejuice over in sales for going above and beyond for my partner and I. Not only was he clear in communication, but he was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of buying my new vehicle. Whereas before, it s always been an incredibly overwhelming experience. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend asking for BEETLEJUICE if you re going here to buy a new car.

I have never had a bad experience till now. I got there 7 minutes early and waited 10 minutes to get helped in the service line. Numerous other cars were helped before me. I was about to go to the counter when someone finally came out and talked to me. I patiently waited over an hour for my vehicle to finish, nobody came to update me on my vehicle. I noticed it was not longer up on the tracks so I assumed they must be done. 10 minutes later I see my car just parked out front. I made sure it was mine and had to ask if my vehicle was finished, which I ve never had to do before because they always told me right away it was done. I will not be coming back. You lost a good customer.
