Dave Harris is top notch. Ordered a 23 super duty and never was built from Ford. The day the banks opened for the 24 model he put in my order. If you know how hard these top trim trucks are to get, then you know. He pulled it off and it was the smoothest transaction ever. Thank you so much Dave. We will be back. Sanderson Ford is the only place 100%

Jonathan Vazquez was amazing. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to look and drive different vehicles. The Sales Manager Guillermo was helpful and got my payment down and made everything affordable. Erick in Finance was great too. Every time I've had an interaction with anyone at Sanderson Ford they have been helpful, polite and respectful of my time. I highly recommend Sanderson Ford to everyone I talk with. I love my new SUV and thank you Jonathan for all your help.

Excellent company, above and beyond any other Ford Dealership I have dealt with in AZ. They were able to make my dream of owning a Bronco come true. I would have been happy with any baseline Bronco, but they (specifically Jim Sommer) were able to hook me up with a 2024 Bronco Everglades!!! I am beyond happy. Thank you so much Sanderson Ford!!!

Sanderson Ford is a great place to buy your vehicle customer service is great and everyone is also friendly. I do highly recommend Ryan Mcdermott he helped me since the very beginning of custom ordering my vehicle until the end. He has great customer service, Very helpful with anything needed. I would like to thank him and the dealership for giving me such great service But also, if you guys need anyone, he is the best highly recommended!!

Jim Sommer was very professional and transparent. The process of buying the vehicle was smooth, organized, and easy. Everything was explained and every question answered. Facilities are excellent. Modern facility and no pressure buying. I would gladly do business with Jim and Sanderson Ford again. This is not a paid review but and honest experience from an individual who was avoiding dealing with cars salesmen due to prior bad experiences. Thank you Jim and Sanderson Ford.

Have been researching and looking for a second vehicle. Went to CarMax, VW, San Tan Ford, Honda, and Sanderson Ford. Liked Ford explorer, F-150, Honda Pilot Trailsport, Did not like VW, CarMax had to many possible choices that had flags. Hector Estay had gone on vacation [Sanderson]. Returned and sent me a text he was back. I texted what I was looking for and he had what turned out to be just the right ticket. The Sanderson experience was above and beyond anything my wife had ever experienced. Hector did an amazing sales job. Planning to work with him on our future vehicle needs. Thank you all at Sanderson Ford!!!

I worked with Dallas and he was amazing. I'm from Tennessee so everything was over the phone and he was excellent at solving the problems with selling a vehicle across the US. He picked us up at the airport when I went to pick up my new truck which was just so helpful. I would highly recommend sanderson Ford as well as Dallas.

Our salesperson, Dallas, made buying our new Bronco a breeze! Dallas is very honest, professional but personal, no pressure and we really liked him! Everyone at Sanderson Ford were very friendly and we felt at ease. I recommend this place...just go there first...believe me I called around in the entire tri-state area!

What a pleasant care buying experience! No pressure. Friendly but not pushing salesman. Everyone was very professional and respectful. Salesman took the time to find the exact vehicle we wanted and answered all our questions. They were upfront about everything - no surprises at contact signing time. So very different than our experience at other dealerships over the years. We drove 30 miles to visit Sanderson Ford and it was worth the extra time and gas! There is a reason they get good reviews - they were awesome.

Excellent experience all around!! I had to get a recall fix done on my 17 Escape. I chose Sanderson Ford over the 2 closest to my house because Sanderson's service dept consistently had way better reviews across a few different sites. From start to finish it went great- all the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. They have a 50s style lunch diner too.

This place was awesome! I was greeted by every person I was in ear shot of. Folks were happy to help with everything and extremely patient. Special shout out to Joe. He helped me reserve a truck so I could make the drive to the lot and from the time I got there took care of my every need. I loved this place and will buy my next truck here.

I recently purchased a new truck from Sanderson Ford, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I called the dealership, I was greeted warmly and felt genuinely welcomed. The standout of my experience was the salesman, Hector Estay, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.Hector was knowledgeable and never pressured me to make a quick decision. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and suggested options that were a good fit for me and my family. His expertise was evident, but it was his kindness and patience that really made the experience memorable. Hector even offered a thorough walkthrough of the truck's features and settings after the purchase was complete, ensuring I drove off the lot with no questions unanswered.Financing options were explained clearly, and Hector worked diligently to secure a deal that was within my budget. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for the outstanding service. I can't recommend Hector and Sanderson Ford highly enough.

Extremely disappointed! New Raptor and they damaged 3 of my wheels! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, for the actual service center. When they took my truck back for the oil change they, took it in on the quick lube side. Not what I wanted. When I got my truck back, 3 of my wheels were scratched and dinged. Service manager is being extremely difficult to resolve the problem.

While traveling from out of state I had a mechanical issue with my vehicle and was recommended this dealership. While the service department here was above and beyond excellent, the sales team was the complete opposite. The salesman did not seem to know about the vehicles we were looking at and at certain points couldn t even tell us what some features on a vehicle did. We were still prepared to trade in our current vehicle and spend 70k + on a new vehicle. After going through the paperwork process Guillermo from finance came in and told him that they did not want to do business with us because our trade in vehicle was a manufacturer buyback, that vehicle was also a Ford vehicle. Guillermo stated he wouldn t even tell us what they d give us on trade because they did not want to do business with us. He then stated that I should take my current vehicle to a local mechanic to get it diagnosed and repaired because it would be cheaper than having the work done at a Ford service department. This was the most unprofessional and by far the worst experience I have had at a Ford dealership. After that type of treatment I am actually thankful I did not spend any of my money with this sales team. The service department was the only positive part of the experience at this dealership.

Joe Powell and the rest of the team at Sanderson Ford were great to work with. Joe was a true professional and worked with me to get our truck deal completed. I had some pressing family issues and he moved quickly to help get the purchase complete. The entire group at Sanderson Ford were extremely helpful.

By far the best experience purchasing a vehicle. I initiated communication with Ryan McDermott February 2022 via email, he was recommended by my husband who had purchased another vehicle the year prior. I placed an order for a ford Bronco and while my vehicle was being built an entire 18 months Ryan was beyond great keeping up to date with changes and updates. On the day my vehicle arrived I came in made sure it had everything I had ordered, test dove it and went home. The next day I provided the financial institution info that I chose to go with and all the details needed to purchase a vehicle. That night I walked in signed paperwork and walked out within 45 minutes with all the details I needed to know and my brand new Bronco! Great, thorough and quick experience. Recommend Ryan 100% you wont regret it, Sanderson Ford will be my go to location for any vehicle needs.

I was initially hesitant of the dealership but they came highly recommended from multiple people that I know. I decided to reach out online I was promptly contacted by Austin who wasn't annoying and overbearing didn't keep calling and texting me multiple times. We set an appointment for me to come in to take a look at some vehicles. Upon arrival I was greeted he was personable and friendly we ended up looking at a couple of different cars and going on test drives. He was calm and didn't give off "pushy salesman" vibes. I did end up purchasing a certified used vehicle. Mike in finance was absolutely great! Even though the appointment ran late into the evening they didn't make me feel as if I was taking up their time or bothering them all in all would definitely recommend plan to have all my service done here and of course would recommend great job Sanderson Ford! Had to take away a star because I had to come back for detailing and it wasn't done well so a waste of time and I had to do it myself.

Really happy with the experience and customer service at Sanderson ford. We had horrible experience at the Surprise Ford a few days prior. I was told by a family member to go talk with Ryan at Sanderson Ford. He is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and made the car buying experience very easy and nice. I would recommend going to see Ryan he will take amazing care of you.

John M. at Sanderson Ford parts department is one of the most respectful and patient humans. His knowledgeable experience with parts is just unbelievable , how much he knows always blows my mind . Every time I called in (female mechanic) he always treated me with absolute respect. Which is hard to find in the industry. Ask questions and get clear answers with extra information that I wasn't even aware of is always appreciated. If you ever call into the parts department ask for JOHN M. You will not regret it. He won't waste your time because of the vast information he has.

Inquired about a truck, asked Thursday night if available, and asked about my trade. Was told it was available. The next morning, I once again inquired, was told it was available again, so I made the THREE HOUR drive to the dealer to purchase the vehicle. I arrived at 11:00 am, test drove the truck after waiting an hour for it to be serviced. Liked the truck, so we went to discuss numbers. By around 2:00 pm, we had agreed on numbers and I was ready to purchase. I was then told that they could not sell it because there was a deposit on it. Absolutely awful business practice, manager did not care at all that we had not only drove 3 hours there, but then proceeded to be at the dealership for 3 more hours before they said they could not sell me the vehicle. Management & sales person blatantly wasted my time for no reason and neither of them could ve cared less about it. 3 hours drive one way, 3 hours at dealership, & 3 hours drive home, and all for a vehicle that had a deposit on it the whole time. Do not give them your business. Completely disrespectful, classless, and unprofessional way to treat a prospective customer. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear. He was able to ship it to our home location and we could even track it on the Ford Pass app the entire trip. The entire process was easy, and we received an amazing vehicle at a great price.
