We had warranty repairs on our 2023 Ford Transit based motor home. There were issues as to whether Ford or the RV manufacturer was responsible. The manager Troy resolved all the issues and went above and beyond completing all repairs in a timely manner.

Literally waisted a week just for an estimate & still was awaiting. I was able to go to ford collision center and obtained an estimate within 1 day.

Huge thanks to the guys here at the Sanderson Body Shop, and James Portillo that helped me through everything and kept me updated!! Strongly Recommended, fast turn around time!! High quality work. They Treat you with respect and are friendly welcoming people. Will be coming back for sure down the road. Before and after Pictures.

Wouldn t use them at all ever again went in there with the simple task of just getting my headlights fixed. Told me there was nothing that could be done about just replacing the bulb which would ve cost me around $27 told me it was gonna be $2500 just to replace them both so I only replaced one not even a month later I go to another auto shop and they easily fix the other headlight by replacing the ball which Ford said was impossible they cheated me out of $1500 for the other headlight do not trust these scumbags.

They've had the vehicle since late December. They said 2-3 weeks after receiving parts end of January. No updates. Have to babysit. It's now April. No rental coverage when the insurance company gave up on them, knowing that it's our livelihood for both of us. No reason for delays, just excuse after excuse and only able to say sorry without any resolution. Gave a time frame of completion six separate times and failed every single time to do anything. Everytime you call the store itself every single supervisor mysteriously has JUST stepped out. The lady that answers the phone can't access any files apparently, which is absurd. Nothing about this shop works in ANY capacity. Steer as far away from here as possible. Also the owner Fred does not care about anything other than his inflated ego. He won't even bother to figure out what the problem is before taking the cowards way out of a confrontation to call the police because he doesn't like the fact he's being called out for him and his employees failure to do their jobs.

By far worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. Dropped my truck off for collision repair thinking it would be done in a couple of weeks. Now we're at 4 months and this has been an absolute clown show. My service advisor doesn't reply to emails or texts. The body shop continues to order the wrong parts and blames it on Ford for having "packaging problems". I told the Gm Mark Witthar of the issues and he can't even follow up or hold anyone else accountable. All I get is "Sorry" but no resolution to my problemsService: Steering & suspension repair

The customer service is ok and not outstanding. I booked an appointment a month ago to have a repair done to my car and was told that it would take three to five days to repair, that I would have my car back by or before the end of the week. The release form is not transparent and does not clearly state the terms. They had a problem because I was asking questions for clarity and being told answers that were not written on the release form. They had a problem because I did not agree to authorize them to sign checks on my behalf, which is my right. I took my car to this location because it was the closest Ford Collision to my house. I believe that was a mistake. I communicated several times that if they did not want to repair my car, to give it back to me to take somewhere else because at that time they had not started the repair. They did not communicate with my car insurance regarding damages not on my estimate due to being hit from behind. My car was returned to me without the alignment being checked due to being hit from behind, there were scratches on my left rear light due to being hit from behind, and there were scratches on my bumper due to being hit from behind. Do not take your car to this location. I do not recommend this location.

UNBELEIVABLY TERRIBLE EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER (MARK WITTHAR) CAN NOT FOLLOW UP ..My vehicle has been at Sanderson Ford since the end of January with an estimated $5-6K repair. Our advisor (DAVID BARON) has not reached out to 1 single time. We call them and are told the advisor is not available when we say we want a new advisor he picks up the phone and says "I will call you back in 5 min." and of course he doesn't call back. My insurance company has quit paying for the rental because Sanderson will not return USAA calls either. I even got the General Manager involved last month and still the vehicle has not been looked at. Every person I have spoke with has extreme confrontation attitude right from the start.Service: Body & Trim

I ve tried 3 times now to get David to give me an estimate on having a bumper painted. Seems pretty simple. Haven t heard back for 4 days. Waste of time, even though it s so conveniently close to me.

James Portillo was the best Service contact I have worked with in collision repair. My daughter was in many minor accidents over the years and we had a couple different vehicles at various body shops over the years. James was by far the most credible, honest, and communicative contact I have experienced. He was patient when we first met even when I was irate about my interactions with my own insurance company AAA. He walked me through the process, provided an estimate for repair within a couple hours, and contacted me every other day with an update on progress. When I picked up my Nissan Murano - he showed me the repairs and the shining new engine! They detailed my car - engine, floor mats, and more. James is extraordinary and made a frustrating event better for me - Thanks James!!!!

I recently had my 1917 Ford Edge in this shop to be repaired. I would like to commend James Portillo for the excellent job and attention to detail on fixing the dings I put in the driver's and passenger's doors. I am to glad I decided to take my car here to Sanderson.

The Only place I will take my vehicles and my family vehicles for any type of work.. Im very happy to tell you how much I strongly recommend you to take your vehicles here for anything your car truck needs... Alieen Estay she is the best person an lady I have ever had to work with.... she knew more about what was going on with my truck than the insurance company did I was totally Amazed with her professionalism And customer service that she had provided for me in this time of need Simply the best service I've ever had thank you so much.....Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Took my vehicle there for theft recovery damage repair. The staff was friendly and the work ultimately was good but it took almost 2.5 months for the repairs. For that reason I can not recommend this shop.

Great food, well made bloody Maria's and great service. Patio dining looks beautiful, just not today in 109� heat. Reccomend the enchiladas.

Very busy body shop, nice people but tricky to find off grand ave if not familiar with the area. Its actually off Maryland but accessible by grand ave.

Personnel that I worked with their actually lied to me they said it would take three days to get my truck when actually it wind up being 7 the gentleman was extremely extremely rude and I will never ever go back to your dealership again
