Jose and Kevin were awesome! Everything was explained to me and they were very nice.. I got 4 brand new tires and I was able to do a payment plan. The benefits are awesome. Going back for my alignment on Saturday. Check them out.

Returning customer for the 3rd time first 2 experiences were good, but that staff is no longer here...I got new tires this time, spent 7 hours at location to get them (not even busy, but had a couple unhappy customers in lobby) my total price was supposed to be $600 with a $100 tax credit (quotes elsewhere were $425, but came here because of previous experience) Paid off tires within 10 days and ended paying $700.Will not return.

From the clean store, to the friendly staff, to the amazing product and services, I will never go anywhere else for wheels and tires! They offer affordable payments as well!! You need wheels or tires, or both, these guys are the best!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kevin and Julian as well as the rest of the crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today to get my aftermarket rims placed on my ST. I had come with what I thought were the correct sized tires and hub bearings but weren t correct, they went beyond what I expected and found and got the right hubs for me and made sure my rims fit well. I could not be more happy with the customer service they provided. Beyond professional beyond kind. Recommend doing business here 1000%! THANK YOU

Terrible,Just wanted a simple rim swap they said 60.00then get there it was an issue. Then they call me in 20 minutes and want to charge me 100.00.The owner started arguing with me.The owner needs to learn some manners and go back to etiquette school.I called discount tire and they said they can do it for 20.00 bucks.

Very unprofessional shop. They have friends and non workers answering phone calls telling you different prices. They don t know how to align cars but will take your money no problem. They will say your parts are broken in order to spend more money when all is perfectly fine and not even align it. Took it to another shop and they aligned my truck no problem and no parts broken and didn t need to replace anything at all. If they scammed me I can only imagine how many people they scam a day. Be careful taking your car and truck here deff would never go back again.

Amazing customer service. Lashonda was very helpful when answered the call, asked for new tires and she referred me to the easy pay, I had a question, she asked the sales rep Kevin who was absolutely fantastically helpful. Gave me link to Acima and got approved. Went down to store and was greeted with kindness and was able to get new tires today! Very pleased with the service!

*update* Clarance the manager like i said is very helpful and caring, he personally reached out to me to come back in and he'd make it right. I went back at a later date and he balance the wheel and tire again and came back with 2.5oz and also patched a nail free of charge for all the hassle.If i could give less stars I would. This is an unsafe amount of weight on ONE wheel. The manager is very respectful and helpful but he wasn't there at the time. The "supervisor" said I would have to wait an additional hour ontop of the 2 hours i was already there originally, because "they had other thing to do". Claimed he already gave me a break on price..... which was never discussed. I had no problem with paying but he started to give me attitude and thats when i got angry and he told me its not his problem to take it somewhere else.

Why do you guys keep damaging all your used tires what's the big deal if people come and take the tires that you're going to throw away anyways. You guys continually damage perfectly good used tires don't you have to pay for people to pick them up anyways so if people take the tires you're going to throw away what does it matter why would you damage all those perfectly good used tires.if that is completely ignorant.
