I happened to be on a road trip and decided to buy this van (in the photo). A lot of the work was done at this shop prior to purchase. The people here are so full of grace and are very knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible.I put my full trust in this shop as the van made it 3k miles through 15 states in less than a week without any issues. I recently relocated to the Glendale area, and had a recommendation for Reid's for a friend. I have a used 2006 Nissan Frontier that had a lot of deferred maintenance in the front suspension and other areas. David and the entire team were incredibly helpful in determining the best way to repair and upgrade the suspension, and unbelievably patient with me as I worked through all the options. In the end, I felt comfortable and confident in my decisions, and they gave me an amazingly fair price for the amount of work they did. My daughter s Toyota Prius had the red triangle of death warning. We recommended Reid s to her after reading reviews of their work on hybrid cars. She took the car in, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of days. Wasn t cheap, but it was a fair price for what they did. And they did a little extra for her, fixed her a/c. She was thrilled.

We recently moved down the road from Reid's and needed to find a new mechanic. We are so thankful to stumble upon Reid's! The entire staff is amazing. David the owner is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand his clients' needs. Norma is responsive on the phone and quick with estimates. They've done work on two of my vehicles so far and I've convinced my brother to take his car here. Cannot recommend them enough!

They finished everything I needed done (brakes, rotors, and a fix for my falling sun visor) in just a few hours at a reasonable cost. They also advised me on things I would need to get done down the road that did not require immediate attention. Everyone was very personable and knowledgeable. Our used RV needed a replacement catalytic converter and the seller had the wrong CC installed on the vehicle. Reid's Automotive worked directly with the seller to make sure that the proper catalytic converter was purchased and installed properly and made sure that we were treated professionally and fairly. The mechanic that worked on the vehicle took the time to review the work done and make recommendations for future maintenance that should be done at our earliest convenience. A welcome experience from a shop that I would definitely trust in the future. A good mechanic is hard to find. I found one. I drive a used 2008 Prius with 225 k miles and a second set of hybrid batteries. I have been taking it to this location ever since I bought it. Recently I took my Prius to them to resolve a stubborn check engine light. They never gave up until the problem was solved. When ordering necessary parts, Reid Auto tries their best to find the part without going to the dealerships and their customer service is top notch. I don t know how long I will keep my Prius but you can bet it will still be on the road as long as I own it because Reid s will keep it rolling. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

I been using B&A / Reid Automotive for more than a decade. Always received quality fair priced service. Had shocks replaced on my (tow) vehicle most recent. Fast service, on spot estimate. Honestly could not say enough wonderful things about Reids Automotive! Norma is great with getting services scheduled quickly. The auto team completed $6000 worth of work in a couple days and my car was wonderful!!! The team does quality auto work with efficiency and a great attitude. I love getting my vehicle service at going Reid s . I have been coming here since 2018 when I moved to Arizona.Their work is Awesome! They really care about you car. I had Reid's work on a issue on my van that every so often my 2000 honda van would not start. no crank at all. i had power but nothing. i would mess with the battery cables, put the car in neutral then back to park and try to start it. sit for a few minutes, then would turn the key praying for miracle, then boom, it would start! this would go on for a couple of weeks, off and on. then it would almost every day. i went to Reid's and they had it for about an hour and called me and told me it was a rely for the alarm. i didnt even know it had an alarm! from then on i bring my van to them for everything! recently had a timing belt water pump and radiator replaced. had it back same day. Norma is great and gave very fair pricing, but the best is they take the time to diagnosis properly, instead of just swapping out components. i highly recommend them!Service: Oil change

Dave had the daunting task of replacing an entire diesel motor in our older F350SD. He had to make multiple trips, spend much more time than planned due to issues beyond his control, but he never failed to be upfront and open in communication, beyond fair when additional unplanned work was needed, explained everything I asked about, and was very thorough and exacting with the work he and his mechanics completed. I needed my AC unit replaced along with the compressor and tubes. They absolutely went the extra mile to find me the right parts and made sure to provide me with updates along the way. No complaints here they were super professional and the prices were excellent just like their services. Have used Reid s Auto ,formally B&A, for about 8 years. Martin is a great and conscientious mechanic. He will even look at small problems or listen to noises that you hear even though that is not the reason you brought your vehicle to them. Bought a Cold Air Intake and had it installed by another mechanic, then got a "Check Engine" light. Took it to Ford =, they supposedly fixed it but again I got a Check Engine light, took it back to Ford and they said they had it figured out but as soon as I left the lot got the Check Engine light again. Took it to Reid's Automotive, had Frank look at it and he figured it out! Even the Injen instructions were wrong! The detailed ones they sent with the Cold Air Intake had 1 crucial part in the wrong place but Frank was able to figure it out.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They treated my wife and I like family, Mr Reid is now referred as the truck Dr.He saved me once before when I lost a ball joint in the woods on a elk hunt.
