Quick Lane worked out great for me, even without an appointment. James Poe did an excellent job of getting me worked into the schedule and out of there in less than 2 hours, again w/o an appointment. Very pleased with James and the entire crew

They ruined the quick lane by making you go through the service department, very unnecessary and takes longer , I will not go there again. I have been a loyal ford owner since I started driving almost 30 years now .I am starting to question my loyalty to a brand and dealer that makes things more difficult than easier and don t even get me started about the vehicle recalls where they want to keep my truck for 2 weeks which is very unnecessary and I have to pay for a rental out of my pocket really makes no sense, you guys really should rethink the way you are running your business, whatever happened to doing everything to make the customer happy? Oh well good luck to you guys!Service: Oil change

What happened to the world where you can go to a quick lane service and actually get service? I arrived here around 11:45 today to get an oil change, nothing more. The drive up area to check in was empty, I was the only person there so I thought great, it s not busy. The service advisor asks if I have an appointment, which I answer no. She tells me they can t accept walk-ins because they are understaffed and tells me I have to schedule an appointment. I said ok, well can I schedule an appointment for Monday if there s availability? She says, yeah you can call or go online to schedule an appointment . So this human being employed at Sanderson quick lane service not only can t accept walk-ins 6 hours before closing but also can t help me schedule an appointment for a service, I must go online or call them over the phone to do that. I left and reluctantly drove around the corner to Chevrolet s quick lane service because we ll it s Chevy and I have a Ford, it s like going in enemy territory (jk). Chevy had numerous vehicles in their check in line. Guess what? They too asked if I had an appointment, which I didn t, but they still took my car in for the oil change and said it would be an hour and half. Ford has great vehicles but why offer quick lane service if it s no different than your regular service department that you have to pre-schedule for??? Also, train your female employee working in the quick lane about what service is, she s dry and lacks the enthusiasm to be of service.

It was packed and I was there for about 2 hrs for an oil change, but I think they got me out of there as efficiently as they could.

Considering I had to make an extra trip because ur mechanic did a sloppy job changing my oil(leaving the guard to the oil pan loose). No explanation on my second trip.

Will see what happens the next time I bring for an oil change but 2+hours for headlight bulb replacement? it's a 15 minute job tops that could be done between oil changes. Quick lane no more might as well just be the service center.

Always a pleasure to get my oil changed here, drop off the car and head over to the Starliner Dinner right in the dealership. Food is great, service at both Quick Lane and the dinner outstanding. Just after I finish eating breakfast they call to let me know my truck is ready. As I have said many times in the past this is, by far, the best place in town to get your oil changed.

The service advisor was no good. He didn't follow through with getting a shuttle. I called several times and we were not on the shuttle board. It is very hard to fill Dan Zeh shoes. He takes very good care of his customers. Matter of fact Dan came to our rescue. He is the BEST!!

Made an appointment for the truck this morning at 8:20. The text that the appointment was with didn't show up. So now we're on a first-come first-serve basis. I'll let you know once we get the repairs done whether it was in a timely fashion, and whether the repair was done well.

I had nothing but positive experiences at the service center at Sanderson Ford. Anthony Alfieri, who was my service advisor made the experience very smooth and worked with me to get the items i requested for my car when i found out I needed new tires. Truly went through the extra steps and above and beyond all expectations. After other bad experiences in the valley, ill be coming back for all my servicing here as they ve shown to truly do the best for their customers.

They were upfront on the wait time, answered a few questions we had. Techs presented findings in a very professional manner. Not pushy about extras that add on to the cost like similar business. Very satisfied, I would recommend to family and friends.

I bought my car from the dealership a little over a year and a half ago, and have been coming here since. I feel so comfortable knowing that my car is getting taken care of. They do all the little things even filling up the window washer fluid. I have never felt pressured to do more work to my car than it needs. It's been amazing I will never go to another place.

Let's see if we change one star for more. I made an appointment online and wen I arrived the person who supposed had to be there it wasn't and the other guy who came to me was really rude. I spoke with the manager and he said he goin to check this situation. Let's give them other chance.

I always bring the car here for oil changes but can't give it a 5 star because Sanderson decided to bring all cars through the dealer side service which now takes hours instead of the 45 min service. Very slow and always trouble finding your car after you pay for the service.

Have been dealing with Sanderson for about 30 years. My husband took our truck in for oil change and service yesterday. Waited over 2 hours for the truck and was charged $145.00 for the oil change.Asked about changing the fuel filter as well and was told it was another $165.00. Mind you the fuel filter is only $30.00 at the auto parts store!.When my husband got home, he crawled under the truck and saw that it had NOT been greased or the gear boxes had NOT been checked. He called back there and was told to bring it back this morning and it would be taken care of. He drove all the way back down there this morning and ask about making sure the gear boxes and transmission were checked and then was told that if they had to add any fluids, there would be an extra charge for them. He then told them to stuff it and that he would check them himself. And that we know alot of people that own Fords and we would tell all of them NOT to go to Sanderson!!!!!!!!

We scheduled "The Works" for our truck. Oil change, tire rotation and checking multiple items. We sat and ate breakfast in the Starliner Diner on the property and they were finished by the time we were through eating. Very good service

There isn't anything quick about this place. Line is always long no matter the time of day. Also dont expect to be able to make an appointment, they don't do those.I took my truck there because my battery had died and had to be jumped just to get it there. I asked if it could be replaced real quick because if the truck was shut off it wouldn't start again. Nope I would have to wait in the 10 car line which most likely would of taken 2.5 hours. (previous experience) then i asked if I could just bring the battery in and exchange it and was told the vehicle had to be there to verify something. So I have 2 options: wait in line idling my truck for 2+ hours, wasting gas or forget getting the free warranty replacement and buy one from walmart where this won't be an issue. I suggest you get your batterys from walmart, they are significantly cheaper with same warranty and you wont have to deal with them squeezing every penny from you they can.

Service is great, had one issue sometime ago and thay fixed it immediately. 4 star only because the wait time can be lengthy, waited almost 3 hours last time.

Very disappointed. Today I came in to get an oil change and my battery terminals cleaned up and protected. I got home, popped the hood and found a screwdriver wedged between my battery and the hood of the car. Could of shorted and they smeared red terminal protection goo all over my recently cleaned plastic engine parts. If that s not enough, I noticed a drop of oil on my driveway. I climbed underneath the truck to see if it was leaking. They didn t wipe up the oil from changing the oil filter. I was told that someone was going to call me back to handle this 3 hours ago. I live kind of far away and to drive all the way back is a complete waste of my time. I cleaned my engine AGAIN. Took the screwdriver out and wiped up the oil and terminal goo. Usually you take a car to the dealer and it comes back in the same or better condition. Not this time...

They tried to force me to buy a new tire for over $300.00. The manager tried to tell me that a nail was to close to the side which it clearly wasn't. Its frustrating to be taken advantage of and ripped off. Not a good experience to say the least. After many phone calls and.... they finally patched the tire, it is fine.

Employees are all friendly and helpful. Time varies as to how long it takes to service the car. Sometimes are busier than others and today being Monday it took about 1 1/2 hrs for full service on my car.

Rather easy experience. They can get crowded throughout the day, but were pretty much spot on with the time frame of completion. Pricing is typical dealership pricing, but at least they are willing to price match the tires!

Sloooooow. Set aside a minimum of 2 hours for routine service. Employees are super but just not enough of them for whatever reason. Maybe if whoever is in charge of the company had some better insight of customers versus employees things would improve for service speed and more customers would stay or return for the QL experience. But whatever.

I like the fact that its is dealer ran and you feel that they are using OEM parts and Filters but unless you are going there for just a Oil Change expect to be there for about 2 plus hours.Had Oil Change and Filter,Upsale for Cabin and Air Filter and that is it and still there over 2 hours there are alot of techs on hand not sure why it is taking that long.

Still here, but second time i have been and its a pretty decent experience each time. Clean, polite, and my personal favorite... they dont try to fix things that are not broken. Or sell you something you dont need.

Service is always great. Time to go is late afternoon Saturday hour before closing in and out, because early morning long lines. Unless you drop off. But still have to wait.

My wife and I own two energi models, one purchased here at Sanderson and one purchased elsewhere. We love this dealership, and the Quick Lane staff is just as professional and committed to their customers as the rest of the dealership.
