These guys were professional, mostly accommodating, and got my sunroof fixed ridiculously fast. I would recommend these guys if you need a sunroof replaced.

When part of my sunroof broke, my insurance sent me to Quality 1st and I am really glad they did! Came to my work, super friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the replacement SUPER quick! What happens when you're on your way home from vacation, driving, 4.5 hours away from home, and your rear glass shatters from a rock? Cry? Try a big corporate company (that the closest window in stock is back at home)? Panic because it seems like you're going to be extending your stay an extra day or two?! No. You call James and he gets you back on the road within hours. He came to us and was the most professional, kindest person!!! The timing happened to be perfect (if shattering a window is ever good timing) and we just so happened to be slid into his schedule. He even helped guide us to dinner since we stayed longer than expected in town! Shop small and support your local guy, James is beyond amazing!!!!! THANK YOU!!!Service: Auto side window replacement

I had a rock hit my sunroof and it damaged the slide for the separation between the glass and the car which caused a bigger problem than they expected. This made the whole installation take longer with more research and work on their part. I would recommend them highly for their great job and professionalism. I'll start off by saying I should've written this review a long time ago. I've only ever used the big guys with that catchy jingle you see all over TV, but they wouldn't touch the cracked sunroof on my company car. That's how I met James and Quality 1st Glass. Since then James has worked on my Jeep Wrangler (more times than I'd like to admit), my wife's Jeep Compass, and my company car windshield.James & co are always prompt, professional, and very thorough -- not to mention great to talk with! I'm always impressed with the high quality job they do and the finished product they leave you with. I can't recommend them enough!!Services: Auto windshield replacement, Sunroof glass replacement

Overall great experience. There was an initial communication issue but James called me, cleared everything up, and provided the best possible service. He worked quickly & efficiently and is very kind. He also fixed a chip in my windshield which I did not ask for and greatly appreciate. James was very accommodating when I had to change the location of where my car was being serviced last minute. I had to replace my windshield (out of pocket) due to a large crack and Quality 1st did so at almost half the cost Safelight quoted me, and with great customer service and efficiency.The woman who scheduled the appointment with me was also very friendly and professional. Overall, would definitely use again and highly recommend to a friend.

Father and Son from Quality 1ST Glass fixed what Lexus couldn't. Our 2016 RX 350 with 26,000 miles had a thumping noise coming from the headliner. 2 trips to Arrowhead Lexus, the first visit said the problem with fixed, NOT, and the 2nd visit estimated the repair would cost $1,200. Thankfully I declined the repair.I called Quality First Glass since they advertised sun roof repairs. Father and Son arrived at the appointment time, inspected the sun roof, test drove the car, removed the glass, made adjustments, reinstalled the glass, measured and aligned it. They road tested the car again and suggested I drive it myself. I did. The thumping noise was gone and has not been heard again. The bill was less than the cost of an oil and filter change. Being a satisfied customer doesn't really do justice to how I feel about Quality 1ST Glass.

JD and James were very professional and knowledgeable about the job. They didn't mind that I watched the job be completed as i was curious to learn the process for the replacement. While driving on vacation to Arizona the sunroof of our ford edge exploded. As we where far from home and desperately in need of a sunroof as we had a 14 hour drive ahead. We contacted James at Quality 1st Glass. He promptly and efficiently put in the new sunroof early in the morning to get us back on the road to finish our vacation.I would HIGHLY recommend James and Quality 1st Glass to anyone in need of a glass repair. Between their customer service and prompt quality work they where a vacation saver!

They made it so easy to do business. James arranged to come to my home, working around my schedule. My windshield had two big chips in it and you can't even tell now. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. And he walked me through the claims process with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them.

JD came to our home and repaired one windshield and replace one on another car the day after we called for an appointment! He did a great job and the price was more than competitive. We will definitely use Quality 1st Glass again!

When you use someone s services for the first time you never really know what to expect. Well let me take the guess work out of it for you. Promises made promises kept. So we recently bought a vacation home down in Arizona. And we left your extra car down there. When we came back a month later our window was broken. So we found the closest glass shop to us. We went through our insurance company and he took care of all the paperwork. His attention to detail is amazing. Since our car is a hybrid it had a special back window in it. And he knew which one it was. His phone number is stored in our phone now in case we have any problems in the future with glass breakage. Thanks for your prompt service James.

I called for information about either repair knowledge or a quote on receiving a repair and what i got was so much more! James assisted me with an outstanding amount of knowledge, way more than expected. If that wasnt enough he then offered to help with assistance on the repair on his own time. All over a phone call. I will be a customer for as long as i live in the valley. This is how you do customer service.James actually cares about his customers. What more do you need?

Quality First Glass is by far one of the most uncomplicated service organizations I have ever had any dealing with. Each time I've needed glass work, the owner of the company handled all the details for me so my time was free to do what I needed to. He set the appointment at a time and place for my convenience, showed up promptly at the appointed time and completed the work quickly with professionalism and courtesy. I recommend this company to anyone!

A friend referred me to Quality 1st and I have never been so happy with having my windshield replaced! Not only were they prompt and efficient but as the name states Quality is first and they proved it. I will never go with any other glass company. Great job!
