I've been going to this store for years. Every time I get great service.This last time was no exception. Very helpful troubleshooting my problem.One young worker there, Cody, was very kind and helpful. Nice, nowadays, to see a young man that's smart with a great attitude.Highly recommend O'Reilly's

I went to O'Reilly today because the battery in my truck died last night. I got help from Rick, who was so kind and quick to help me diagnose the problem and get it solved. Turns out all I needed was a new battery, and he helped me get in all set up in my truck. Rick, thank you so much for the great conversation and such wonderful customer service!!

Went in to grab a bulbs for a blinker and a brake light. Elijah quickly looked up what I needed, grabbed the lights from the shelf, and he even helped me install both lights. I was in and out of there super quickly. Elijah was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Always very helpful and reasonably priced. I've been there a couple of times and they are willing to step out to my car and me help me solve a problem. Today, Cody was very helpful in giving me a hand to get me the parts I needed and get a stubborn and old part loose and replaced.

Walked in right as they opened, Dustin diagnosed and got me everything I needed, as well as fixed my rattling problem under my car! Dustin is the man! Would definitely recommend this O'Reilly's.

O'Reilly's customer service. My fender was falling into my tire and he got in there and fastened for me so I wouldn't have to get my dress dirty, then proceeded to make sure it wasn't going to scrape any more by having me turn my wheel. Going above and beyond!

Rick was Great! Went above and beyond. Tested my battery and alternator and determined my battery had a bad cell so he sold me a new one gave me a few options and his recommendations then installed the new battery @ no extra charge then retested the whole system and it showed all systems good. Thanks again Rick..

I had a amazing experience here with Misty. I was having a long day a purchased a battery from a bike shop. It came brand new missing bolts that were need to connect my bike to power. After visiting 4 other places this was my last resort. I called misty and she said that they have bolt left over from left over batteries. Misty made my day and this will be my 1st stop, for now on. Really appreciate the extra effort to help a customer. Thank you again

We stopped in on Saturday, 8/11/18, to have our battery checked. Rick, an older gentleman,a retired Marine vet, helped us. What a pleasure this man! He was so helpful & full of spunk. He tested/changed our battery, changed our cabin filter, and air filter. We already got a great deal because we had a warranty on the battery. The pot was sweetened when Rick took care of us. He is the opitamy of exceptional customer service!

A couple of weeks ago I went into this O'Reillys to get one of my headlights fixed. The associate who helped me (Eric K.) was very friendly and informative. He even offered to replace the light bulb for me. I'm so glad I went there. Eric was so nice to help me get my headlight fixed so I wouldn't have to worry about getting a ticket. I'll for sure go back the next time I need something.

These guys are great - very helpful! Have just about everything you need for your auto! Just had a battery installed and Gassam (sorry if i spelled his name wrong) was super helpful (even though installing the new battery was a bit of a challenge).

Was in and out. They found me what I needed instantly. I was happy with the price and they did my windshield wipers for me for free and took a minute. Will definitely go back here in the future

I've never been treated so poorly in a place of business. My car wouldn't start in O'Reilly's parking lot. It was hot outside because of course it's Arizona and I had my 7 month old daughter and 5 year old daughter with me. I went into O'Reilly's to see if anyone could help. From what I saw there were at least 3 workers. The store was not busy and not one guy offered any help. I explained to one of the guys that my car was not starting and if he could come take a look at it. He said he didn't have any equipment that could help me. How do you know? If you won't even come look at it. I would of bought whatever needed there. Then he said well I can't leave the store. Again, there was 3 workers and my car was literally in the parking lot! If it were Autozone they would of been so happy to offer help. Luckily, a stranger came and helped me and took a look and it was just my battery cable that was loose. Never will I go to O'Reilly's or reccomend it to anyone.!

Everything you need (almost) to work on your own vehicle. Staff will test your battery while still clamped in and change it out for a new one. Note to Corp....install coveted parking or st least a collapsible canopy so these guys don't have to work in the blazing sun! Thanks, Jack, 59th and Loop 101!

Dead battery, had a great expiricance. The gentleman that helped me was a hoot. Fixed my battery and had me on my way in about 20 minutes.

Excellent. Very helpful staff who will find the part you need and advise you how to fit it. Good range of parts available. I have never found them wanting. Easy free parking outside.

Immigrant manager wouldn't price match 5 qt oil jug . Another location I paid 7 dollars less. Had my receipt from other store. Still wouldn't.. I lived in area since 90. Store smells like cigarette smoke as well as the manager. Just order off Amazon..

Very happy with the work. They did a good job with the analysis of my car during the oil change and they never took advantage of me as lady.This will be my go to place for an mechanical issue with my car

Had a pair of 25 dollar rear brake pads purchased and installed by my father in law roughly a year ago. I wasn't able to verify his number because it has since changed, but was able to verify name, city and state of purchase and vehicle they were placed on, which all lined up with their record. After calling a Hispanic manager over who apparently did not speak English, and having a full conversation in front of me in Spanish which I couldn't understand, they declined the 25 dollar... Yes a whole 25 bucks without me understanding at all what they were discussing instead of speaking English where I could be included. Incredibly unprofessional and for such a large chain competing (and losing) to the other large auto part stores, it seemed quite absurd to behave and choose that decision when they were clearly from OReillys. Hopefully people read this and choose autozone instead.

They would rather harass you on a mask immediately entering store. It's amazing I get acknowledged faster during covid than when things were somewhat normal.

I would advise avoiding spending your money here.... I really had a bad experience and will not be coming back. The customer service is not friendly what so ever. The instant feel in the store was very grumpy employees.... I would highly recommend using a different store!!! Other then that products provided are good, Just really bad service.....
