The people here are always very helpful and are able to find all of the details I need for a successful repair of my vehicle! Jim has helped me many times and is always positive and finds information like what my vehicles coolant capacity is so I know how much to buy! Thank you!

This is a review for a person that worked here 4 years ago. This is not new.Nice clean store and friendly staff. Tim helped me today and he really took the time to make sure I knew what I was doing. He also made sure that I had EXACTLY what I needed to get the job done right the first time. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about the products and that knowledge saved me from having to go to a mechanic where they would have drained my bank account. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. It is nice to know that there are still honest people in the car parts industry. The transaction was more like getting help from a family member, not a business. I highly recommend Tim and O'REILLY Auto Parts. Thank you, Tim.

Good service. Nothing stellar. Happy they had my parts in stock! The employees are good at multitasking, waiting to check out is quick. I also appreciate how phone calls aren't taken as priority when a customer is there in store. Parking lot is large and easy to find parking. Sometimes a car show takes place across the street Saturday nights.

Evan was so helpful !!! He changed my battery in 5 minutes and that was great because I had 3 little ones in the car with no AC IN 113 degree wether. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and I don t see why anyone would go anywhere else!! Thank you !!

Helpful staff. Great selection of parts and accessories. Their tool rental service has saved me a lot of $ on one-off repairs that would have been too expensive to do myself if I had to purchase the applicable tools. I would highly recommend O'Reilly in general, but also this store specifically.

Literally the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. My car broke down and somebody helped tow my car into their parking lot and Patrick (employee) went above and beyond his job to help me out the most he could to fixing my timing belt. They said I could leave my car overnight and I was able to fix it the next day when I got off of work. They knew exactly what I needed to get the car fixed. Forever grateful to these guys.

Hey all, love you guys and gals, but I have an issue with your hours, I had an issue with a 6-7 month old battery in my car needed a swap out. And really needed to have my car early the next morning, Before 7am. And really needed a close location to me After 930-10pm on Sunday, I really, really needed later hours than 8pm on sunday. Autozone has a few closer locations throughout that have till 12am hours, why can't you? Not just down off camelback either, I live in Glendale/Peoria. We really need you to have locations with later hours that would work for all too. People do have car issues even after 930-10pm and for those of us that choose your stores as our preferred shop, well you should really consider later hours 7 days a week including holidays. I'll change my 4 star rating to a 5 when you change some location hours for us loyal customers. Thanks.

I was stranded here waiting for a tow truck and a ride and everyone was SO kind and helpful in everyway they could be. They truly went above and beyond to help make my wait comfortable while also attempting to troubleshoot my car troubles. Thank you!!

Person that helped us made sure he knew what we needed and made sure we knew how to install it . Most often younger guys are really not interested in helping older women, this young guy took the time to help us he was very kind and we were very satisfied. thank you

Misty is awesome every time I've had a problem or anything she takes the time and figures out exactly what I need. I had some old bearings I needed replaced didn't know the size or anything AutoZone handed me a tape measure, so I came here Misty researched the bearings and found the appropriate bearings that I needed , there were actually four different bearings that she found. This girl knows about vehicles if you have any problems with your vehicle or anything automotive I would say go here and talk with Misty. The kid with the 4Runner he's pretty smart too.

Just wanted to leave a good review for this location. The employees here have great customer service and helped me out when I was pretty much stranded. My fan connecter got chewed up, and a connector was nowhere to be found... However, these guys at this location helped me figure out a solution to get me back on the road. Thanks for all the help! Really appreciate it.

My boyfriend went into this store yesterday and experienced discrimination by an employee named Tim that made me sick to my stomach. He contacted corporate of the issue just be aware if you do not fit into a certain demographic Tim will find a way to make you uncomfortable if not try to have you removed from his store. Unacceptable.

Both employees working were not properly wearing masks. The lady just didn't have one on at all, and the man who checked us out answered the phone mid transaction to help a customer. Not the worst thing, but he then proceeded to chastise the customer for not knowing what he was doing. Upon hanging up he pulled his mask down ( which was already not covering his nose) to tell us exactly why the phone customer was wrong.Professionalism, I think not. And a clear health concern. I'd find a different location of you are an immunocompromised individual or living with one.

I'm very impressed with this store's customer service. My car died in the parking lot, and Patrick was able to help me out and get a new battery in pretty much right away! Thank you Patrick!

Long story short, they broke a piece when helping me tighten a piece. They paid for it and went above and beyond to ake it right! The professionalism of one of the staff members could have been better, but like he said...he's new. And he's young. LolGreat job O'Reilly's staff.

I like O'Reilly Auto Parts I bought Parts there the other day and they cost me a lot of money and it took me all day to put them in but now I have the parts to make my car work good and they know what kind of Parts my car needed the car parts I got from them was the best parts I ever got from a car parts place

Friendly, know what they're doing. I needed a part that they didn't have in stock so they called another nearby store to pull the part for me. It was waiting for me when I arrived a few minutes later to pick it up.

Everyone there is always very nice and friendly and they say hello when I walk through the door. They offer help right away and they are very knowledgeable. I appreciate going to O'Reilly's and will always go there.

I managed to find a point where I suppose only a single employee was working. It goes without saying, people have their own lives and hurries, DONT MARRY YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE SUPPORT TO DO IT. It costs you business as a store.
