I had the privilege of helping deliver packages briefly for one of the delivery services in the area. The customer service representatives were super nice and friendly. They make sure that the needs of the customer taken care of. I had a very positive experience the couple times I was in there. They're not very busy which makes it easy to shop and find what you're looking for. Fairly easy to get in and out of this store easily visible. Great experience for me all around. I would highly recommend this auto parts store.

Had a super weird and unprofessional experience at this store I applied and went through an interview and was told I got the job by the manager. Every time after that I would call and the manager refused to speak to me or there would be an excuse as to why I couldn t speak to him. I gave it 2 weeks and got a job somewhere else but if they can t even do a hiring process professionally I can t imagine how trash their customer service must be. DONT EVER GO HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Manager was very efficient, she asked enough questions so she could help me fix my truck.Btw one of the Cleanest Restroom I have ever seen on those kind of stores. Bravo

I come from a family of mechanics. My grandfather owned a shop, uncle, dad, etc. They only use NAPA. NAPA hands down has the best, most reliable after-market parts. This location in particular has spectacular customer service. They are always willing to put in the extra effort to help me find the parts I need. I would specifically recommend this location to anyone.

I really like this place they know what they're doing .my man pablo sent me in for a part for his rv so we can start our trip to miami. they're really smart and if you don't know something you can just ask them and they will lead you right to whatever you need to know thank you Jerry

The friendliest and most helpful parts store that I've ever visited. These gals and guys run this place like a machine! This particular one is open Sunday (see hours) but please be kind. If you call and no one answers, they are with a customer and probably the only person at the store. They will take great care of you!

Worst customer service ever, the lady behind the counter was more interested in visiting with her guest than helping me locate a part. Rude is the perfect word to describe this person. This is the second time I've visited this location and was treated the same way. What a shame...5/31/2023Lol... called the number below... turned out to be a waste of time. Hope you solve your customer service problems. I, on the other hand, will not be spending any of my money in any of your locations.

Just wanted to leave a review for Jeremy, he has always been a huge help now for 2 times in a row, very friendly and knowledgeable, bent over backwards to get me my CV axles that I needed for my truck in a hurry. Very glad that I went to Napa and saw Jeremy to get taken care of! Thank you!

James at NAPA is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. I do all my purchasing from here now because of him and his excellency in customer service. I've come in with car issues and he has helped me trouble shoot the issue which has saved me a lot of valuable time and money. Thank you James, you deserve a huge pay raise!

Mark from this location on 51st Avenue and bell rd was very very helpful and patient with finding the correct hydraulics to fix my camper shell doors. He ordered the parts and had them to the store within an hour or ordering and also helped me install them on my vehicle. Very helpful and good knowledge of the stores inventory! Great job mark!!

I recently needed to purchase some parts for my GMC truck. When I got to this Napa store I talked with Alonso and he was very knowledgeable professional and he quickly found the parts that I needed. It's very refreshing to find a auto parts store with a knowledgeable courteous person that has very good customer service skills. I look forward to doing a lot of business at the store because of Alonso. I always like to get the correct part and a good quality part.Thank You Alonso

The customer service here is great I placed an order online at about 4:30 PM on Friday immediately called and asked if I d be able to pick up the order since they closed at 5 PM on Friday they pulled the order when I was on the phone and I picked it up at 4:55 PM couldn t be happier with the service I got they were great I definitely shop here again

Have a bad battery that is less than a year old. It clearly states that its a Napa battery as well as its the best battery they sell. Because I didn t have my original receipt the lady said it s at her discretion and she made the decision not to warranty it out. Poor poor customer service. Well that s ok I ll never shop here again thanks to her discretion. If your too stupid to see that it s not even a year old then prob not smart enough to help with anything else. Just glad I learned this now since I just opened my shop up and cancelled any and all dealings with Napa. Sure I m only one person. But I have many clients and will put a sign up in my shop to not go to Napa cause they won t warranty their own products. Smh

I will NEVER-EVER experience "Customer-Service" quite like this again, for that I am certain...Because not only did I FIND the car parts that I couldn't even find at the competitors' stores(AutoZone, O'Reilly's, Advance, Penny-Pinchers); They had the parts that my Nearest NAPA didn't even have.

Had a fan clutch go out on my car. Bought a replacement from this location and have had to replace the new part 3 times. Each clutch has been bad. 2 of them were bad right out the box, fan clutch was locked up and making a squeal like a bad bearing. The other lasted a few months but ended up doing the same thing. Had to fight the store to get a warranty replacement, pulled up the account and found my purchase and said that wasn't my purchase and they wouldn't warranty it. Fought with them and got a replacement and of course another bad clutch. So now I have to pull it off yet again and replace it. Maybe the forth one will work correctly

this is a privately owned store that used to be corporately owned.Ive purchased thousands of dollars of parts over a many years for our customers from this store ,Since the private take over of the store they have refused to honor there warranty on the parts we purchased , leaving us to cover the costs of repurchasing those parts from other vendors .Poor customer service and questionable warranty policy, when the issue occurred they said they would make a call and get it worked out . instead i had to call them back several hours later to be told that they would not cover there warranty , the whole time the customer was waiting in my lobby all day ,
