I must say that Wilson is an absolute blessing!!! It's hard enough to find a honest mechanic and even harder to find one when you've just moved to a new city. Wilson is honest, thorough and will speak to you in terms you understand. I'm so grateful for my dead battery that led me to Wilson and his crew!!!

Rafael & Willis have fantastic customer service skills! They solved my check engine light problem efficiently! I am taking my car back into them next week to fix another issue when the part I need comes in. I'm so happy ti have found this shop!

Recommended to me by my son-in-law, I brought my vehicle to them today, suffering from an emissions failure and an on again, off again check engine light. Shop Guru, Wilson, did a code diagnosis , explained to me what was needed and said they could repair it , once the parts arrived. I happily agreed and availed myself of one of their comfortable waiting areas. Once they were done, everything looked good and Wilson explained that I should operate it for 50 miles or more for the system to relearn itself before returning for another emission test. I haven't returned yet for another test, but the dreaded check engine light is off and I'm feeling confident that it'll pass. I can even feel the engine feeling more youthful as i drive it.Very pleasant experience, I look forward to bringing them more business whenever needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Don t let their size fool you, best auto repair shop I have EVER used (20+ years on the road from coast to coast).Everything was smooth, simple, quick, no errors.They know their trade and their customers.5/5 stars, coming back for all my auto related business.

Modest Automotive is a great place for your vehicle service and tires. The owners care about their customers and are very knowledgeable about Automotive repairs. I don't go anywhere else for service. I highly recommend them for your Automotive service needs.

So our truck was making a noise, thankfully it was still making the noise when we brought it in. I know nothing about cars, but they tried to explain it the best way possible. I am always scared to go to a mechanic, but felt so confident coming here! They definitely have our business now!!!!! Even before they got their own space, we've been working with Rick and Wilson for years! They have always been fair, dependable, honest and reasonable. I've never doubted their integrity or what they've told me needs to be done, and if choices in repair or maintenance were available, they've always made sure my family and I have understood them. You'll be hard-pressed to find somebody more friendly or conscientious than these guys. Their waiting room may not look like much (yet), but trust is worth more than any cushy lounge - they've got mine!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Saying they offer honest, reliable service is the truth! Loved brining our vehicle to them for service. They were efficient, charged a very fair price and...the best part...they didn t try to up-sell me on a bunch of other services that I truly didn t need. Not only will we be returning, we ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family going forward. First things first I am born an raised in Arizona. I have been to many mechanic shops in Arizona. These guys are gold mine. I wanted to keep them a secret they re so good. LOL But they deserve the credit 100% But right away i new this was my shop. There communication and willingness is fantastic. I ve never had a shop show me my parts and give me a breakdown on what s wrong. But I have had many of shops make replace parts that I don t even need to replace. The Modest team Has no hidden agenda s and specifically just want to make their customers happy. I am thankful I found them and will always bring my vehicles to them. Thank you so much guys for doing a great job my truck literally runs like it s brand new.ThanksJosh

Rick replaced the 4 motor mounts and the front struts on our 2013 Honda Pilot. The work was done in a timely manner without any issues. Rick and Wilson's knowledge of the work needed to be done was superior. They also checked over the vehicle for any other items that needed repaired and discussed them with me when I picked up my car. I would highly recommend getting any service or mechanical repairs done at their shop as they have fair and competitive pricing with all warranties included.Service: Steering & suspension repair

What an amazing experience. Took my 2015 4runner here yesterday for general maintenance expecting to have to replace multiple things at the 100k mile mark. Excited when they called and said most maintenance doesn't need to be done for another 20k miles(factory recommendation and inspection). Wow an honest mechanic. Also the vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Both on time and honest, this is rare today. I will always use them in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are Honest, Dependable and Affordable!It s so hard to find honest mechanic shops. I read horror reviews all the time from places all around town. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles to these guys from now on. Legitimate people you can trust who are not going to over sell you on work you don t need. They will provide you with options instead of just trying to stick you with an inflated bill.They also have a secondary mobile tire and battery service that can come to your work, home or even grocery store to replace your tires while you are taking care of your business.I wouldn t go anywhere else!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I went in totally at a loss cause I live in AZ and my AC went out. These guys treated me to respect, honesty and explained every detail of what was going on.
