I was referred to Mike's by a friend/colleague who shared her positive experience at Mike's. A local dealership had advised me twice of the need to replace my air conditioning compressor and the oil pan gasket on my 2007 vehicle. The dealership cost was going to be between $1,800 to $2,400. My colleague had also advised me that Mike is a Man of Faith and does business according to Kingdom Principles. As a Man of Faith myself I choose to keep God's money in the Kingdom and support Kingdom businesses. Mike assessed the issues with my car and advised me that neither repair was a crisis as the dealership had indicated. Mike advised we wait and monitor both if they became more serious then we'd deal with it. A repair that was needed was replacement of my air conditioning coolant hoses. Those were not available through local suppliers in a timely manner, so Mike had one of his contacts custom make the needed hoses. The repair was completed at a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership. If you are looking for an HONEST mechanic whom you can trust then Mikes Auto Tech is the place you need to bring your vehicle to. You can trust Mike and know for certain what he is telling you is the truth. Likewise for his staff, including his Son Josh and associate Frank.

I went to a seminar to get educated on the basics of car maintenance. It was an awesome experience. I have been a customer of Mike's auto for 30 years. Mike is a top notch mechanic. He is five stars in my book. *****. Thank you Mike and family members for everything you do.

I have been taking my vehicles to Mike for over twenty years. He is an honest guy. If your car doesn't need anything, he'll tell you that. That's hard to find these days. Super nice guy. Great work at a fair price. Can't ask for more than that.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Mike's Auto Tech since 1990. Their prices are reasonable but more importantly their work has been outstanding. Mike Draskovic, and his mechanics, are experienced and just as important they are honest with their customers.

Frank at the front desk was the nicest and most professional person I've had the pleasure to work with. Cars are not in my rolodex of knowledge, and he was very honest from the jump about the state of my vehicle. Super fast, communicated everything clearly, and was just a really nice guy. Only mechanics I'll go to in the future.

Mike ripped me off. He was paid by my insurance company to fix my brand new car that was hit by another driver 3 months after I bought it. When the paint started to fall off of it, I took it to Sanderson Ford where I purchased it, and the Collision Specialists showed me all the shortcuts that Mike's Auto Tech took in order to cheat me out of my money. When I confronted Mike about it, he refused to fix it and threatened me. He threw a stack of envelopes at me and said he has his own problems to worry about.My wife's family had been using the shop for a long time, but all of us noticed the decline in honesty and service, so we stopped going. I will be pursuing this matter legally with all the evidence I have against them. So unless you want to do the same, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Took my vehicle in and left it for an engine code went in a day later was told that it was my computer and they couldn't fix it but was charged $260 some odd dollars for the misdiagnosed it was not my computer took it down to another shop and was charged $130 to fix the problem it was my throttle body had a leakService: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I was referred to Mike's about two years ago after stripping out some aluminum threads, they did a great job. They don't come any better..people and workman(person?)ship.We've been going to Mikes since 2008, and we always will! He has never given us a price quote that changed when we picked up our vehicle. And he writes every single piece of work and equipment on his bills.My wife and I just cant say enough about Mikes Auto Tech.Go to him before anywhere else!!

I love these guys. Mike and Josh are two of the most honest mechanics I have ever met. They do great work and make sure you know everything that was done on your car. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days.

Unfortunately, on a recommendation of family, I took my vehicle a 2006 Envoy in for a tune up and oil leak repair. I received an initial estimate and informed the shop the vehicle was a V8. My bill was substantially higher with reason being they quoted a V6. Instead of cleaning clogged fuel injectors, dumped a bottle of Techron Fuel System cleaner at $15.99, which I could have done myself. Charged me $3.50 for windshield cleaning fluid I did not ask for, I have two bottles at home. Repaired a damaged area which may have or may not have existed prior to their removal of the oil pan with "JB WELD" and then called to inform me of the "preexisting" damaged area and their repair methods. I was astonished and knew I was in trouble. Of course, leak was not fixed and actually got worse. Mike informed me it was rear main seal not pan. Went to another shop and to have rear main seal replaced. They informed me pan was leaking. Returned car to Mike and he attempted to silicone the outside of the pan and bolts to stop the leak for two days. I told Mike he had enough time and his methods are not to industry standards. Mike agreed to give me half refund for labor by phone but when I picked up the vehicle informed me he changed his mind. He believed the leak had been repaired. Took car straight to dealer and they informed me "JB WELD" and silicone on the outside of the pan did not fix the leak because the pan was still leaking. What a surprise. Worse experience I have ever had with a shop.

honest, hard working, and actually listen to you! they are always happy to help you with questions, and walk you through each repair, as well as show you the parts fixed/taken out. they have complete transparency, and the staff are all incredible people. if you want it done right the first time, come here. i've never once had problem, and i've been coming here for three years now.

Awesome group at Mike's! Everyone is extremely nice and always lets me know exactly what's wrong and estimates are always within a few dollars if not spot on! FYI...get a discount if you pay in cash.
