Came in for an oil change and due to the free inspection that they included with the car I was able to diagnose and point a finger at some of the problems I ve been having.Service:Norman was prompt and friendly and the digital inspection was a nice extra. Called anytime the found something wrong or there were updates on the car.Although 2hrs for an oil change is a little ridiculous. But they did do all the other repairs in a day including sourcing parts (tie rods and bushings) and tires.The only critique I have is that they did not lock my car in the lot. I took all my valuables out but still Price:They are slightly higher than other shops but not so high that it puts them above market rate for parts and labor. 50k mile warranty though which is pretty good.I would recommend these guys for repairs but not oil changes. If I was in the area I would recommend them compared to other shops close by. Cars handles much better now.

Friendly, helpful, and informative. Stopped in to check the price on an oil change without an appointment. They were kind enough to take my vehicle back right away and do the work while I waited. I appreciate you identifying the areas of my car that need attention and taking the time to show me. Thank you Norman and the rest of the crew!

These guys are good people, plus good mechanics ...Norman and his crew took great care of myself and my car. They were honest and fair and went out of their way to save Mr money and repair what was needed plus a lil extra to help keep my family safe on the road. That's the stuff that truly matters. Also they were expedient on top of everything else. I highly recommend going to this Midas on 43rd Ave north of Glendale.Thank Norman and crew,...Carl B.

Went to get Uber /Lyft inspection and it took almost 2 hours . Guys seemed to be standing around goofing off and taking their sweet time .

For the sake of your wallet and mental health, I recommend you go elsewhere! I brought in my car to have them fix the outer lock on my door. They misunderstood the issue, as the manager rushes customers and does not listen, and spent resources trying to fix the inner lock control instead. They called me and told me the work was done, though I found the same exact problem was still there. I told them I did not want to pay for that, and they got upset. While doing the work and putting the door back together, they broke many components that left me unable to open my door and a janky broken lock cylinder, among many broken components. I then told them about this , and they refused to even look at the damage. THEY BROKE MY CAR DOOR AND REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, which cost me $1400 to REPAIR THEIR MISTAKES. I tried to call the owner, and he only called me back a month later when I filed a dispute on my credit card with him. they are unprofessional, and damage vehicles and do not take accountability. DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Body & Trim

I originally was going in for a brake check inspection, and then turn found out more detailed information about my brakes on my vehicle and the store manager Norman I. was able to help and assist with tremendous customer service and professionalism. Would definitely recommend this location for any vehicle services, I ll be getting my oil changes done from here on out.

I went in for an oil change and they got to work as soon as I arrived. Norman was extremely helpful and the shop gave me a free diagnostic and showed me everything I needed to get fixed in the future! I would definitely recommend Midas!!

I would never go back to this location again, so rude manager, he wanted to double charge me, and when I didn t pay the double charge, he wrote the vehicle s information in wrong spelling, and it caused me a lot of trouble to get accepted by apps, because of the wrong spelling. When I was leaving I said thank you so much, good bye, he said nothing , just looked at me with a serious face.

Got an oil change in the fly. I called right when they opened and Norman was awesome and told us to bring our car right in. Otherwise I would've had to wait until the afternoon and I had things to do. Again thanks to Norman for fitting us in, totally saved my day.

Absolutely amazing the general manager I think he is has always taken care of me, been very very straight up, honest upfront. I have a new car and I d rather bring it here over the dealership every time.

Tried to book an appointment for the oil change and norm the manager said I have to print out the coupon to get the price. This is why I take my cars to Kerry s car care down the street the price is the same with the coupon or not.

I had a really good experience at this Midas location. Good price for an oil change. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.I did have to wait about 30min to get checked in for my appointment, but the poor woman working in the front was definitely busy the whole time - multitasking with the phones and people waiting to check out or in. She could maybe use a little help.Got my repair recommendations and good explanations for why I should get the repairs done, but no pressure sales tactics were used and I was actually told I would be okay waiting to get them done - none were an immediate need. I would definitely return to this location.

I have been incredibly impressed by this Midas location today. The front desk was knowledgeable, understanding, and has been incredibly helpful through the repairs that I needed on my vehicle. This is my new go-to location for any work my vehicle needs. He worked with me on pricing and let me know what had to be done now and what could wait a bit. He had me in and out of there much faster than I anticipated. I took my car in for a Lyft inspection and found some major issues that needed to be resolved right away. It s not often that I am impressed with the service at a repair shop, and I almost never write reviews but the service I received prompted me to post as soon as I got home. Thanks for helping me out!!!!! Much appreciated.

This place is great. I m no car expert but when I say Norman will give you in full detail what s needed for your car, what s wrong with your car, information about parts, pricing, payment options available for those on a budget like myself. etc. you ll feel like one. These guys go above and beyond anywhere else I ve been to. Very professional, respectable, and kind. A big thank you to Norman and the mechanics who put in literal elbow grease to leave your car at the upmost satisfactory condition. You best believe I ll be back. On another note, take advantage of the easypay service they offer to help you with your car needs. Thanks again to the fellas at Midas!!!!

Called to make an appointment and was told I didnt need one. When I showed up I was almost turned away because I didnt have one. Despite using a coupon it still came out to the same price as it would going anywhere else. Also whoever's stuck the sticker on the inside of my car not only had terrible hand writing but left greasy prints everywhere.

Hey Midas, I should not be treated like it's a privilege that you service and maintain my vehicle; rather you should feel privileged that I choose your establishment. You're service writer at the 43rd Avenue & Glendale location needs to understand that basic skill; the last guy made people feel welcomed. This newer guy, needs some coaching and development in customer experience.I didn't give him any feedback, because it's not place - I just didn't say a word, turn around and walked out and will not be back...EVER!There are plenty of other places around the corner that will appreciate me spending my money at their establishment.

Great service, fair prices. I had a bad serpentine belt. Norman the shop manager got the belt right away and had it installed within an hour. I highly recommend them. I really like Midas... These guys let you know what is wrong how much the price will be and gives you options on do you need to fix right now or in a few weeks. Great guys... Fair price GREAT SERVICEOnce again, I needed some work done on my wife's car and they came through ... These guys are great. I really like this place because I came in for an oil change and not only did they not pressure me to pay for additional upsell items but the oil change was on sale so I ended up spending less than I was expecting to spend. The staff is friendly and courteous and work gets done pretty quick.

I went to use snap finance but was recommended by the manager Midas credit card best decision I made. I strongly recommend this location.
