Entire team at Midas have worked on just about everything I own everybody over there super kind super smart very reliable You're not going to get better service from anybody else and you're definitely not going to pay dealership prices They recently put air bags on my wife's brand new Toyota tundra had it done in record time and fully operational.They've done struts brakes you name it they've done it and it always comes out great I refer them to all my friends and family They also give a military discount.

Misty and the Midas crew were unbelievable. Needed new brakes and not only were they accommodating but also had me and my truck gone in 3 hours . I have a new forever shop and these folks are amazing. A mus if you need honest quality work and great customer service.

I absolutely love all the employees that work here in the Sun City location. Misty and Paul are gems, are always honest and upfront with you about what's going on with your car. They make sure you understand everything so you leave feeling confident.

Midas took care of everything for us! When my AC stopped working they took us in right away and had the vehicle ready that same day. Initially I called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and they had given me a week wait to schedule. Midas did the job for a better price and immediate time frame. Very pleased with the work, and with the patience and courtesy Rob had in explaining what needed to get fixed.

This location does great work with amazing customer service. They always go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need and is well taken care of. You never try to pressure you into any services or repairs that you don't need and if you need multiple repairs they like to prioritize which ones should be addressed first

I had these guys do the replacement of the engine mounts on my 2004 scion xb. They did a great job as I could definitely feel the metal on metal sound from one of the mounts being cracked and vibrating the vehicle. They also did a couple more repairs on the house, i.e taking a crowbar to the custom exhaust and looking at the repair someone else did on the sway links which were installed incorrectly. I could have done the mount replacement myself and saved about $600 in labor but didn't realize at the time how easy it was. O well, good job either way.

I came to this Midas when I was nearby and my oil change light came on. I had recently divorced a mechanic so this was my first try going anywhere new by myself. It has now been 3 years and I will never go anywhere else. Rob who runs this shop is truly an honest, kind, and really good guy who goes above and beyond to help anyone who comes through the door. (Trust me I've spent alot of time in their lobby.) I've been to a few other shops closer to where I live for small things but the customer service does not compare. Thank you Rob!

This is probably the best location by far I have ever been too !!! Staff is fast efficient and friendly ! They don t play around here !!! Fastest ever. They even gave me info on promotions and very helpful to help me with scheduling for future work I needed done !!! will def be back.. I visited this place on June 24th. I paid for an oil change. The technicians LAZILY placed the screws in that they found for my skid plate, but failed to put in two of them. I went to California for three days, and returned to Phoenix on June 28th. When I returned and was driving to the grocery store, there was this strange, ungodly sound scraping at the bottom of my car. They did not put the plate back correctly. When I went back, the old white manager (not Rob) gave me the biggest attitude. He claimed I must have hit something , which is impossible as I was barely driving my car. Also, how hard could one have hit a skid plate? I have been driving for years and NEVER hit something so hard (also have had 4 vehicles) They opted to ZIP TIE my skid plate together.On December 26th, I went in to have my oil change done at AutoCorrect (a much better shop on 51st and Bell- please make the drive). They showed me that my skid plate is completely burnt off and it s held together by zip ties and it looks awful. At this point it is in functional. Now I have to pay $200 for MIDAS CARELESS MISTAKE to prepare it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Service: Oil change

We have been returning to Midas on 61st Ave and Bell for several years. Rob and his team have always gone above and beyond with car care and customer service. I really enjoyed the friendly smiles and clear breakdown of everything before they moved forward. I was given pictures of what they found and a timeline of when it should be fixed in order to plan for it in my budget. Thought I had finally found a place I could trust and recommend to my female friends but the lady that works front counter has pushed me away. She was rude when I picked my Ford up last time and seemingly got offended when I didn't want a service completed today. Also, their card reader could only handle $500 at a time when the did work on my Ford. I don t recommend and I won t be back a third time. I ll get my daughter s Lexus and my Fords maintenance work elsewhere.

I've been coming here for a couple years and had good service until recently. The first time I went there for an oil change in my prius, they tied my skid plate up with twisted wire. When I went back they said they didn't have the Toyota pop in hangers for my skid plate and that I should buy some and bring it back. I've been driving with no skid plate since that day. I overlooked that because of convenience to my work, and they were nice people. Fast forward a couple of years and them doing good work on oil changes and basic brake jobs (had no issues). Now, issue 1, I had them change my timing belt on my xterra and they forgot to put the final bolt in the accessory belt until I noticed it clanking and took it back (easy fix just forgetful on their part). Issue 2, I brought my prius in for a catalytic converter swap, and as soon as I drove it out of their lot, I heard banging from the muffler. I've brought it back twice and they won't fix it. Stating the catalytic converter is longer than the factory one and I would need to pay extra for them to fix it from banging. Unreal! If they would have test fit it properly the first time then they would have realized the need to either add or remove some exhaust pipe to make it fit like the original. They have unfortunately lost my trust, and I will no longer be recommending them to my friends and clients.

We take all of our vehicles here. The place is clean and the customer service is outstanding!! They always do great work and they don t try to rip you off. They are honest and they always get us in and out quickly!! Sent wife in for ac service and they say everything is fine when the AC blows hot. They tell her it's just hot out and it's a 20 year old truck. They had it 15 minutes when they called back to say it was fine. These people are trash.

My family and I have used mitis for many years mainly because of Rob. He has always been very honest and trying to save us money anytime he can. I have brought my vehicles in there, thinking they were things wrong with it and he was honest and let me know that things were not wrong. It was just the operator most mechanics out there trying to take you for your money, but Rob definitely cares about his customers and helps save the money and do excellent work. Our experience with Rob and his mechanic was great! They thoroughly explained the work needed to be done and communicated with us throughout the process.
