10/10 service and knowledge. I usually work on all my cars and don't trust anyone, but Mendoza auto went above and beyond for me when I brought my car in. They did a great job with diagnosing my AC issue and found some other things wrong with my car that I didn't have a chance to discover yet. They were super honest with all the repairs and did an amazing job. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here for service if you are looking for an honest place that will make sure and do the job right the first time.Thanks again!

Efren did a phenomenal job cleaning and servicing my fuel injectors. The service was prompt and very affordable. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic.

I was referred to Efren because the AC in my Crv was acting up. He quickly assessed the issue and gave me an estimate which was very fair! He was able to fix my car the same day the part arrived and explained what happened. I really appreciated that as a woman. Its great having referrals but even better having someone you can trust with your car and share the knowledge with you. Thank you

I stop by at this neat shop for some maintenance on my car. Efren was kind, helpful and also very knowledgeable, i will definitely be back again in the future if I have any troubles with my car. Spent over $13k only to get my truck back with more issues than originally. Diagnosed improperly, cheap parts, not honest, and denied warranty. Was told to vacate property and good luck in court. Bottom of the bucket!

They fixed my supercharged k series intake manifold and even replaced the pulley for free. Unlike other auto shops like Wilhelm automotive they do their work properly and don t cause more issues and they actually in q my calls 10/10 performance shop they have my full confidence

Worst shop in the valley. Incompetent amateur tech efren does not honor warranty. Do not go there. Even tow truck driver said I wasn't the 1st car owner to b upset this month. Cheap on parts and not honest.

I'll start by saying that it takes me around 55 minutes to get to Mendoza Auto Shop so I obviously value their excellent service. It's been my shop of preference for more than a year now even though there are many shops closer to home for several reasons. They have very prompt service with affordable and fair pricing which is obviously important these days. Also the owner Efren is very honest and does not make you feel pressured to do any work that you can't afford while still keeping you informed about any issues. Integrity is hard to come by in the auto repair industry and that's exactly why I'll keep making the drive from Gilbert.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

I was dreading finding a mechanic. And I struck gold finding Mendoza Auto Garage. Efren is a hardworking, honest mechanic. He fixed both of my cars and even found a major issue and fixed it for me at a very reasonable cost. I trust him implicitly and would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles back to him or send any family or friends to him. I have had a wrench in my hand since I was 4 years old. The last time I took my vehicle to someone else to be worked on was 10 years ago to rebuild a transmission. Everything else I always do myself because I cannot trust many mechanics here in the valley.That is unless your name is Efren Mendoza.I didnt have the time to diagnose my sons no crank issues on his S10 as he is older and out of the house and our schedules rarely sync. I commissioned Efren to check it out for me to confirm some suspicions so I didnt waste my time throwing parts at it. About a half hour later he tells me the exact problem and does not push me to go through with the service, instead tells me how to fix it, and gives me a choice to do it myself or have him repair the vehicle.That is not standard practice from mechanics folks. Efren is a rare breed and his diagnosis brought the vehicle back to life. I recently moved to AZ and Mendoza has been helping my family wonderfully with our car. He's great at getting it repaired quickly and in a timely manner. Both have been same day repairs thankfully, also he's very respectful about letting you know if there's anything that might be needed to work on and letting you know what the cost difference would be. Efren really helped me! I went in for an oil change & an inspection to find out what was causing a groaning noise on my car. After inspecting the vehicle, he showed me exactly what was causing the issues. I now know exactly what parts I need to fix my vehicle.

You wont wanna go anywhere else once you find him... I have used mendoza auto repair for many years for all of my vehicles and so has my brother, once you find somebody who is HONEST and will repair your car RIGHT... as in takes the time to find out what the actual problem is and doesnt just replace parts and hope the problem goes away, he also doesnt waste your time and money trying to sell you on things you dont need, he'll tell you truthfully what is urgent and what can wait to be fixed.
