Had a flat tire after dropping my daughter off at school, pulled into this location and asked kindly if I could pay to have some air filled in my tire only to be met by a very rude lady telling sorry dude our air compressor is down. Considering there is 4 garages with multiple air compressors I felt that the lady was very disrespectful. Not only was the air compressor not broken or "down" there were multiple compressors... Very poor guest service and even worse staff. The place looks run down every one seemed grumpy or rushed, loud music being played in the garage also made it hard to even understand her. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Made the drop off really easy. I loved the reassurance of them keeping my car safe especially over a holiday weekend. I found them through my vehicle warranty company. Which they also took care of contacting them and setting up everything with them. They called me and let me know exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. Amazing communication from all staff that I & my husband encountered. I will definitely be using them for any future repairs.

Quality service, informing the customer on services needed or recommended and why, guaranteed work. The staff went the extra mile to get as much work done within my budget as possible. I've been here before and will come again, its worth it to find a great shop that actually cares about their customers.

I have been taking all of my current and previous cars to Meineke on 51st Ave & Glendale for a few years and I can say with confidence I have not had any issues with warranty, craftsmanship, or doubt of the job was ever done right. I highly recommend them you seek out their services. I will continue to use them for all of my future vehicles.

Friendly people, good service. Only came in for an oil change, and they inspected my car too. I was pleasantly surprised at how I got emailed the report and an estimate on things that needed to be done right away.

I recently took my car here for an estimate on several things I needed done one of them was my air vents on the dashboard were not blowing air after their diagnostic that by the way is free they told me what it was and how much it was I decided to have it fixed by them after a day the vents were not working again so I gave them a call and they immediately told me to bring it back and they looked at it again and told me that the piece they had put in place failed and they were going to change it and so they did and now it works great! They also fixed the rear suspension shock on both sides! I did how ever still heard a noise again in the back so I gave them a call and I went today we took I took a ride with one of the technicians so he could hear what I was talking about and he said that the problem was my spear tire it was loose and yes it was so that was the noise! They were all attentive and nice heard all my concerns about the car they gave a full inspection and gave me several lost of things that need attention the service was great their prices are pretty competitive! I will definitely go back! Jose was the tech who worked with me today he is great! They are all great!

I went in there. They tried to tell me that it was my water pump which was a lie. I had just replaced it a couple months ago and I had my mechanic look at it again so that was a lie. It s not leaking anywhere and then they said it was a thermostat. I said I just replaced that in July and they said yeah but it looks like it s a crappy thermostat, so I trusted them spent $300 and my car was still boiling the reservoir so I did a lot of research I went to AutoZone got a radiator cap in my problem solved so they literally stole $300 from me. And another thing I never even gave them authorization to put that thermostat in. They just decided to take it upon themselves and put it in beware of this place.

Don t let the 1- stars stray you away.Experienced, affordable, and friendly.They won t sell you a bunch of nonsense, just what you need.If your tire is flat or need tires just go to a tire shop, just saying.

From top to bottom, this family of coworkers are Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at taking care of business and their customers. Good work on my vehicle. Amazing Service. Got me in right away, because the original place I went to didn't have the correct tools to get the oil plug off, to do my oil change. Meineke had the right tools. They got the plug off in just a couple of minutes and did my oil change for 1/2 the price! I'll definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

McKenna was so incredibly helpful. I got lucky that there were two of the battery that I needed and she gladly sold them to me. You guys also mounted a tire for my wife on her car about a year ago, and did it at no charge. I am incredibly grateful for that act, I was out of town and was unable to help her. I will recommend the shop anyone that needs work, and I will bring my vehicles there when I need work.

Meineke has been my mechanic of choice since I moved. All staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and will answer any questions at any time. Their prices are fair, too. Recommend!

Did a four system flush service and it took about 4 hrs which i thought would take much longer really expected to leave car there over night. Then it came out to $100 less than i was thinking it would cost. I first brought my car in for brakes after Firestone had told me I needed $550 in work done. Randall checked out my car and Gary let me know that the brakes were fine and at most needed brake fluid. I was blown away by their genuine & honest work ethic and have been back for every service since. Every visit Randall does something that reinforces my adoration for him. Both management and employees here are so wonderful, I'd be a fool to ever go anywhere else.

Worst of the worst no communication whatsoever I didn't have my engine light on when I got it back it was on they provoked it & scratched my car. Had a full gas tank I got back with half of gas tank.so I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone to take your vehicle to this location at all. Took my car there to get an inspection. I normally wouldn t choose to go there, but they were the closest one on the list I had to choose from. The place was an absolute dump and the professionalism was non existent.

I had an Lyft inspection and was charged l after the inspection was performed , I would of like to have an option if I wanted the service or not , that wasn't being sensitive to my personal.
