I went 2 Maaco on 51st Ave & Glendale to get 2 quotes for my white 2014 Nissan Rogue Select S & met Shad. He's an auto body expert, very professional, super easy 2 deal with, & very nice.I had already been to several auto body shops prior to Maaco to get quotes. I did some more research & saw Maaco had good reviews, & unfortunately went to Maaco,WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!!!Shad & I went out to my car & I explained to him what happened, & what I needed.EXCLUDING the vandalism & the rear end damage, my car ONLY has 2 micro mini dents when I bought my SUV.I needed 2 quotes, one for vandalism, & the 2nd because I was rear-ended by a truck.The vandalism quote:The vandals keyed my car, broke my antenna, stole 1 hubcap, stole driver's side front door chrome door handle key cover, & they dented my driver's side front door, (dented around the left side of the door handle, & a long verticle dent below the door handle). I myself purchased a new antenna, hubcaps, & the chrome door handle key cover.I explained to Shad I want my car painted a non-metallic dark grey.I chose their top tier paint option, 5 yr warranty included.I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE'M REMOVE MY ROOF RACKS (I'm painting on my own), HUGE MISTAKE!!!They dented around all 4 roof rack openings, & dented around the openings, they broke the clips on all 4 roof rack end covers, which I found out you can't re-use once they're removed. You must purchase new ones. They know this & failed to tell me that they can't be re-used. Shad stated he would pay for 4 new roof rack end covers. THEY'VE FAILED TO PAY FOR THEMMy window belt trim looked terrible due to age & outside elements & I purchased 4 new window belt trims & brought into Maaco to install themI PAID EXTRA FOR REMOVAL & TO INSTALL, the only things they DIDN'T damage.Long story short I picked up my car on 10/03/23, right before they closed, @ 5:30, & the car looked good from a far, & after Maaco I had an appt right after Maaco. When I opened door 2 leave I was hit w/a tsunami of paint odor, that's bcuz these clowns failed 2 mask off the inside of my car, & they got paint all over everything fabric in my carMAACO U DID SEVERE DAMAGE 2 MY CAR WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION! The paint jobs horrible, orange peel textured w/debri in paint, & u failed to fix the 2 micro mini dents we discussed, instead of patching the rock chips on the hood & bumper, u just painted over them, u can still see all the key marks under the paint, paints peeling off the bumpers, u failed 2 sand the paint on all the door jams, so if u bump it, it chips off, & u failed 2 paint all the door jams, u only oversprayed them. U ADDED AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF EXTRA DENTS 2 MY CAR.U got white sanding residue inside of my headlights, my dashboard, the wiper blades, under hood, & clogged the the left part the wiper fluid comes out of, u failed 2 clean it off my car.U ripped the rubber moulding, passenger side mirror,U got black paint on passenger side of my headliner, & severly creased/damaged the hell outta of it by the left side of liftgate.U put sanding marks on my headlights, chrome door handles, & chrome door trim.U scratched my window tint on passenger front window,U closed the hood & all doors on wet paint,u broke 99% of the hardware & tried 2 reuse it. I removed all the broken hardware, & u failed 2 replace it. When I brought my car back 4 warranty work u failed 2 fix the damage u did 2 my car.U threw away my threaded screw that went 2 my skull screws 2 attach my license plate. Shad u said u were paying 4 them & didn'tU painted over & broke left license plate light.U cut in2 both front vinyl door panels, u chipped the liftgate window glass bottom right edgeU failed to connect the metal plate u damaged, located under rear of car that has 3 arms that u folded over & suppose 2 b bolted 2 the rear bumper cover, u painted all the door levers, hardware, & liftgate hydraulic arms, u put a severe amt of pry marks on housing of auto wndw bttns, ran outta of space 2 type more

Went in for a messed up touch up paint that was on my car from a previous scratch. Price was reasonable, but loved the fact that I was able to drop it off the next day and they finished my car so fast. Looks brand new. Recommend Maaco for any paint job your car might need.

I am very satisfied with the paint job and a good price. I was going to get the roof part painted but they recommend to paint the whole truck. Which lm glad l did.

I have owned this 2012 Chrysler 300 since 2016. It was metallic silver. I had the hood and doors and roofs repainted over the years that I have owned it. It sits out in the sun so the metallic paint fades. I decided to get my car painted at Maaco they had a nice package for under $3K. I decided to change the paint color to Red / burgundy. They sanded the whole car painted all the jams inside and out and they did a beautiful job in May of 2022. I get compliments on the car all the time. There was some large chips coming off on the front of the car and since there's a 5-year warranty they repainted the whole front of the car on 4/10/23 and did a beautiful job. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.Service: Painting

Dealt with Jeff and Charlie. Very nice folks. Brought in my white caprice. Needed a lot of work done from the police equipment such as antenna holes and spotlight holes and lots of dents. Hefty price but worth every penny. Had the whole car painted. New sexy color! I have nothing bad to say about this location. Great experience all the way around.Service: Body & Trim

Some horrible person decided to scratch my BABY! Jameson is a car I love to drive, and it was devastating to see someone vandalize her. The scratch was pretty bad, and MAACO reassured me they would make her look better than before. They are professional, prompt and fair. I m very happy with how my Jameson looks now! Highly recommend this place!

Walked in for an estimate and it was like the guy knew exactly what I wanted, very professional and quick. While they aren t great at communicating I am in awe of the quality for the price. I bought the cheap enamel paint job and only one spot with barely noticeable overspray but the rest of the car is painted to a mirror finish. My civic came in looking crusty and came out looking like it did when it was bought brand new 21 years ago.I got this paint job done in 2020, as of 2023 the paint is waxed 5 times a year and is in near perfect condition. I still get compliments on it. This location was recommended to me by an auto body tech who had 5 cars painted here and I will definitely be going back.

The paint job was 1800 from the color grey to something close to a candy blue and came out better than I expected pretty satisfied with how it turned out pictures don't do it justice

Beyond impressed with the speed, quality of work, and customer service I received at this location. I had to wait a month to get a paint estimate from another large provider in town (which was over 3x the cost of my estimate at MAACO). I called a different MAACO location that had a 3-week wait for an appointment. When I called the Glendale location, I was shocked to hear I could bring my car in THAT DAY for an estimate, and they could start working on it the next business day.Upon bringing my car in, I had an estimate within 10 minutes, and my car was finished two days later. The paint color is flawless, you would never know it was repainted. Do not hesitate to bring your car here. These guys are AWESOME. Thank you again!Service: Painting

I dropped of my car Toyota Camry on the 02/07/2022For the door and fender repair . Friday I called to ask when is my car will be ready to pick up and I was told would be ready by Monday 02/14/2022 because the door is getting installed and paint. Monday 14th I called to ask again and was told they have hard time fixing the door so I would have to pick it up on Tuesday 02/15/2022. Tuesday came and around 4:30pm I was told my car is ready to pick up . I went to pick up my car , after I paid the amount I was supposed to pay I notice the door isn t fixed correctly so they were hurry to just glue it and did a very poor job.I wasn t happy with the job they had done to my car at all.As I got home I notice there is a chip on the car mirror and the dent on the windshield and big gap on my car door .Service: Body & Trim

I went here. Took my son's car to get estimates for the damage the lady caused when she was trying to park. Said her weaknesses is parking the car that she ended up bumping onto a car nearby and this time, I happened to he sitting inside the car and witnessed it. She was about to take off but realized I was already approaching her while she was backing up to leave the area. Almost a hit and run.Hopefully she'll pay for the estimate that Maaco gave.

This is a great place to take your car. Charlie was very helpful and kind and I told him what I wanted and they did a great job they even replace the handle on my car door and it turned out awesome. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good paint job. Prices are reasonable and good service all around. I was so pleased with the pink they did I even went to go buy me wheels at another place.Service: Painting

Update:First off let me say a good job was done on the paint job, all was fixed and set correctly and very happy with everything now big thanks to management there for taking care of me this is a few months late posting but I would recommend this place.

Called and couldn t get a quote to get a bumper painted. I had the Vin # and paint color code but guy answered the phone stating he is with a customer and can t help me out. So much for a proper way to handle business.

I recently had my truck painted and the tail gate repaired. They did a very poor job of repairing the tail gate and drips of paint all over the truck. 1 with the tail gate they said if you have to look sideways at it to see the damage it's a good repair. 2 with all the drips it took them another week to redo all of the mistakes. They said it was ready and still had overspray which we had to go back again to have them buff again. 3 they never said that they were not going to remove my bed cover and sprayed paint around the whole thing. This ruined my cover and when I take it off Will ruin the paint on the sides of the bed. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Update. I called corporate and they never got back to me. It's been a year and I am out 2500 dollars fixing the issues that they did. Do not go here for anything!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service was horrible they took 1 month to paint and restore the body, came out with new scratches and uneven painting. Took it back so they can repaint it and it took longer to get it back for just touch ups came back with new scratches. I regret paying up front till the job was done would of preferred to do a down payment to see the quality of work first as was unsatisfied with how long it took and the quality it came back in.Service: Painting

Had my 04 Corolla Painted at this location. I dropped it off on Saturday and it was supposed to be ready by the following Friday. Turns out it was not ready until the following week on Monday. I understood since that Monday it was a holiday. The car is blue and when I arrived I noticed that the mirrors were painted black when they should have been painted blue like the rest of the car. Turns out they had trouble painting them so they left them a black matte, which is not the original color. This caused a huge inconvenience and had to drop off a week later on so they could repaint the mirrors. They also did some type of over-spray on one of the front head light which was not there before. I even showed them before pictures showing it was not there before. They still did not want to be held responsible or admit that they caused the lens being painted with a white tint which which I myself could not get out when I buffed the headlights at home. They kept telling me it was there before. Pictures do not lie. I understand you get what you pay for but keeping a headlight clean from any type of spray or paint is very important because it can potentially affect driving at night. John also had the courage to ask if I wanted a quote to replace the headlight, come on really? Especially since they caused the problem in the first place. Overall I do not recommend this location at all. I posted pictures to show this review is true. Please avoid this location. Now lets just hope it lasts at least 2 years and honor their warranty if something happens to the paint. Not sure why pictures are not posting but also left a Yelp review with pictures.

I had gone to 5 or 6 different places to get my aftermarket parts put on and painted till I came here. Not only did they put on my parts the paint job came out 10/10 in my opinion. Plus it includes 5 year warranty. The only thing I don't recommend doing is asking how long it would take because you should already know its going to take awhile not their fault but they're really great with communication. I would highly recommend doing business with them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were horrible, they never got the paint right. Took it in there for them to color match the front of the suburband they made it too white, so then they decided they were gonna repain it and blend it, and then they blended one door and then they started to blend on the other door and it was like too, totally different colors, so then they said they were gonna make it right by painting the rest of the car to match and when I got it went to pick it up. The cold car was 2 different colors completely and they would not. Do nothing about it, a complete f for customer service.

Love this place. So I'm new to the area and needed my right fender painted. And the quotes that other businesses gave me were very Outrageous! I came in explained my situation with just painting the fender. Honestly, I was bracing my self for the numbers. They were very nice and I felt welcomed and at ease.
