I went to M & Sons recently and they gladly sold me a set of wheels, however they were junk and I was totally ripped off. I am not a wheel expert, so I don't know what to look for in this situation, but they totally took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. I know this sounds awful, but they are a bunch of crooks looking to make a quick buck and they don't care who they screw over to do it. When I tried to return the wheels they accused me of switching out the "good ones" with the bad and then trying to return all four. I was unaware I had any others to switch with, even then, all four they sold me have the same corroded pattern on them, it would be amazing to find any others like them. Then, they reluctantly offered to give me store credit in exchange for the junk wheels I bought, but I never want to deal with these people again and there is nothing in their store that I would want. You could not pay me to go back to this place and make a deal with them, my experience there was really that bad. I seriously hope these guys go out of business so they cannot take advantage of other people they way mistreated me.

Don't waste your time here. Went for a simple tire patch. They couldn't even find the leak. And then tell me my tire fine. They charge me for taking my tire off and send me on my way. Went down the way and they found the leak and fixed it.

He didn't tell me that my truck needed alignment should or suspension work they were just interested in selling me the tires and rims they said I'll be fine when I took it back to let them know I'm on my way out I found a big 3/4 inch cruel in one of my back wheels

Had a great experience at M and Sons auto service just got a new ser of wheels and tires and a complete car audio system in my 2010 dodge charger. All personal was very profesional. I would recommend them to all my family and friends

I was nice to have them help me out with the tire that another store wouldn't .... big time crappy customer service (at Discount) M & Sons was very helpful and did a great job fixing my valve stem

So upset my wife spent almost 3000 dollars at this place. Fill they took advantage of her as being a female who put her trust in these people. All the repairs we now have had to redo. An none of the parts they said were placed on the truck were new or wasn't even changed.

Bought new wheels and sound system for my car and got a great package deal. Very happy with the services i received. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends

I refuse to even give 1 star, that's way too much credit but I have to in order to post this, WORST TIRE STORE EVER, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. REFUSED TO HELP, REFUSED TO OFFER ANY SOLUTION, I OFFERED TO PAY MORE MONEY JUST SO WE CAN COME TO AN AMICABLE SOLUTION BUT NOPE, HE SAID GO SELL UR TIRES ON OFFER UP, THEY ARE BRAND NEW TIRES WITH 100 MILES ON THEM. IT RAINED AND I WAS SLIPPING, FISH TAILING, SLIDING, COMPLETELY DANGEROUS AND HE DIDNT CARE ONE BIT. HE TOLD ME I WOULD BE PURCHASING HAIDA MUD TERRAINS AND NEVER EXPLAINED HOW THE TIRE IS A KPATOS FM523 M/T. These tires suck I am putting my passengers, other drivers' lives AND my own life in jeopardy and basically he laughed in my face. M & SONS is a joke, if the mother ran the business, then she would make sure all customers walked out satisfied, Carlos doesn't care about a dang thing except scamming every penny from everyone.

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ME AND MY FAMILY WILL GO! MAURICIO ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP OUT. THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD STAFF. EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY. THEIR PRICES ARE REALLY GOOD AND THEY ARE HONEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Walked inside and the workers were on therequest phones. Stayed there for about 15 minutes to see if they noticed me but they were to glued to the phones then business. Even on walked in looked right at me and sat down. You guys just lost my business lol. You can blame Jose and the other dude that was with him.

Shady pricing. Came in one day to get a price on a muffler was quoted one price, then came in a few weeks later the price had doubled. WOW!

Very bad service, took 3 freaking hours to put 4 tires on my truck. Didn't even give my lock for my lug nut

Spent alot Of time and money...i should say wasted...i got totally ripped off i actually had to take my truck somewhere else to get it fixed rightOh and they stole my spare key...totally shady and dishonest
