Been going to this place for years. The owner has lots of car knowledge under his belt and is always friendly. Probably the most bang for your buck automotive places in the area. Prices are affordable and service is always superb. I would highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. My whole family as well as my friends all go here for their car needs

I had been overlooking this place for a while, but I must say, the team here does an exceptional job. They have been able to diagnose and resolve the issues my vehicle had been experiencing for about a year, making the entire process seamless and effortless.After my car had been idle for a couple of months, it started misfiring. I dropped it off here, and the technicians were able to diagnose and fix the issue. However, when I drove my car again, another error surfaced. I brought it back, and the technicians discovered that a separate issue had triggered the check engine light - just one of the quirks of owning a car that s over 20 years old. They fixed that as well, and now my car is running smoothly.When I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, I could tell he was goal-oriented and committed to fixing vehicles in a timely manner. If you re looking for excellent mechanics nearby and are considering going to Midas, I would advise against it. Come here instead. The prices are reasonable, the staff is fantastic, and they will lift that burden off your shoulders.Following this experience, I ve decided to make this my go-to place for car repairs. A big thank you to the team for their amazing work.

Chose this garage on a personal recommendation of a family member despite our being a 30 minute drive away with a hundred different choices of closer repair shops After a phone call I took my car in to address some scratches due to vandalism on my hood Thai assessed the damage quickly advising that while respray costing upwards of $900 may be needed but believed it may be possible to polish out the scratches at a considerably lower cost. He couldn't be sure until work was started. Got a call the end of the next day to advise that scratches had all been addressed without repainting for $200.00. Obviously i was very relieved and collected my clean car the day after and there was no way to tell that it wasn't a brand new hood! Very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone one i met at Lee's Auto.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

Great service, and reasonable pricing. They are professional and they send you appointment reminders and they keep track of your services.I rarely go to the dealership now! Why pay double the prices ?

Absolutely above expectations! Mitsubishi tryed to charge me $8000 for new wheele bearings but here it was 1/8 the price! Highly recommended!!

I went in thinking it was going to cost over a thousand dollars to replace the windshield wiper motors, when they got into it they found out that the bolts on both motors were loose, they tightened them and both wipers worked again, total cost was $59.08!I really appreciate their honesty and integrity and they have a customer for life.Thanks again.

I have been going to lees for years !My 92 Honda civic98 Honda civic,Now my 2016 Mazda 6Tye is the man always gets straight to the point and straightforward. Not trying to upscale. Just quotes what s broken and what it needs to fix it. Prices always being reasonable.

Super happy with the work done on my car here. Got it towed to the shop on a Monday and the car was up and running Tuesday afternoon. Amazing service. Would do business again.

I took a used car in that I was looking to buy for a pre-purchase inspection and was very happy with the level of care and detail the mechanics showed. Would definitely use this shop in the future.

Great shop and even better service, they re not like other shops that try to rip you off! They get the job done fast and right. Talk to Thai or Albert they ll take care of you! 10 star service

First let me say that Ty not only knows cars but is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He and his staff always go the extra mile to be sure the job is done right. If you want a great mechanic and someone who actually listens to you when you explain what is wrong with your car, this is the place you want to be. I called them after seeing my check engine light come on and my truck shaking badly. They were able to get me in the next morning and diagnose the problems within hours. While I was not expecting the price they gave me, I believe in getting what you pay for. The mechanics were able to get everything done within days and it runs great. They were very helpful and excellent at communicating throughout the process.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I am real honest with my postings as everyone should be to help eachother. I took my Mercedes in to look at my suspension as it was making noises to get a quote on work. I believe the manager name was Thai. This auto shop is the most honest and trustworthy I've ever known. They could have easily chosen to rip me off instead they gave me honest feedback to make a choice. Just doesn't seem to be common in this business from my experiences. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I have had my wife take her vehicle (highly satisfied), will take my mother's vehicle and kids in the future.

Ty is very straightforward, no hassles included. If you have a car issue and are lost on where to go in Glendale or are near Glendale, Lee s Auto Specialist is the auto repair shop you want to go to. They fixed my car issue within 2 days. If you re like me and have a job to get back to, that s excellent service. Now, if you re wondering if it s gonna get fixed as good as the dealership, YES, it will, for cheaper too. My ignition cylinder and gear shift all needed fixed and is as tight as a stock car with no miles on it. Being from the Midwest, honest and caring people is who I do my business with, this is the place. Thanks, Ty.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.What is the point of making an appointment if you're not even going to work on my car? They told us the car would be ready in 3 days and that they would call between then to discuss issues/prices. They never called, never answered our calls, and when we called AGAIN the next day it took 4 different attempts. When they did answer, we find out they didn't even work on it at all! This really affected our family since we only have the one car.Haven't been able to go grocery shopping for over a week, let alone leave the house. I had to Uber my first week of school so that's more money we had to spend unexpectedly. Since they said it would be done in 3 days we never planned to use Uber. If that's not enough, we were told it would $700, We wait a whole week for them to finish only to fine out it's $1200 when we go to get our car. They " offered" to take all the new parts out and put our old parts back in for a kind price of $500. Why would we pay you $500 to have our car for the week and still have a broken car? He said he could put the old parts back within 24hrs which I'm guessing would actually be 3 days. So we paid the $1200 because we can't go any longer without the car. If the manager had originally told us the price was $1200, we would have made the decision to wait. The economy is bad for everyone right now but I hope you feel better scamming regular families who are trying there best. We just moved to this area so it would have been to nice to have a go-to place for our car repairs but obviously this place lacks integrity , basic communication skills, and customer service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Fixed blinker light, replaced break light, attached rear view mirror and checked if oil needed changing and other things. Also put air in my tires which was nice for me not to have to go do it. Replaced wind shield wipers. Put new battery in. I might have forgotten something. I was very pleased.Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

Great service and communication, respect the customers, shows appreciation and honesty. Took our vehicle in for an alignment said it wasn't needed after looking the car over. Worst case scenario could have said it was done and scam the customers. Thank you for being honest.

Had an appointment for Friday the 13th. They told me it'd be done by Monday the 16th. I called several times over the weekend to no response. When I got ahold of them on Monday they lied and told me they were still trying to find the problem (they hadn't even looked at the vehicle yet). On Tuesday the manager called me back and told me it would be $700. My vehicle wasn't ready until Friday the 20th. When I got to the shop to pay for the repairs the handed me a bill for $1200. When I questioned the bill the manager laughed and said "we can take the parts off the vehicle and put the broken parts back on if you're not happy with it". So they charged me $500 extra dollars, ignored me for 3 and a half days and laughed in my face about it. I will never come back and I will make sure to tell every last person I know that these guys are scam artists. They should not be In business. Do not come here.Service: Exhaust

I don t like car payments so I drive older used vehicles. Lees Auto has been a great asset for me because they help keep my cars in excellent running condition. They use high end diagnostic software that pinpoints areas that need attention and use the best available repair parts. Lee got the job done! I loved how honest and knowledgeable he was about what my car needed and what was best for it. He also gave good suggestions and pointers which gave me an impression that he genuinely cares about his costumers. This was my first time coming and it will not be my last when it comes to my car maintenance! I will definitely consider Lee first before going to my dealership.

Great service and communication with excellent costumer service. They are very straight forward and give you the best options. Not only that, but they give you results and even show photos of what issues you are having with your vehicle. Overall the best auto shop in the valley and my new go-to auto shop. Would recommend.
