I would highly recommend Kaizen. Eric provided the best customer service and went beyond his duties when dealing with the insurance company of the person who was at fault for my car accident. The work quality was excellent.

I had such a great experience at Kaiden Glendale. My bumper was falling off and I called a local shop who referred to Kaizen. I scheduled a free estimate appointment and Grant, who helped me couldn t have been nicer! They helped fix my car and got me back on the road so I can safely get to where I need to go with peace of mind. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto collision repairs

The people were helpful and friendly. The estimate was more reasonable than 2 other shops, that I got estimates from. I would consider this place as worthwhile to handle your body repair business.

Don t ever work for the company. Horrible management. Can t pay people on time. Always changing managers, terrible HR, no one ever responses. I still haven t received my final check. Been told they submitted my final hours to hr, I should of been paid by now then. This is illegal and ridiculous at this point. 24 days since my final day, still haven t been paid. Horrible establishment.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!My 2020 Model S was damaged last October. The Tesla Service Center in Glendale referred me to Kaizen Auto Collision in Glendale. In November, USAA (my Insurance Company) paid Kaizen $22k to replace the battery and fix the steering column and suspension. In December the steering and suspension parts arrived and were placed in the trunk of the vehicle. On January 6, 2023, the battery was installed by the Tesla Service Center. From January 6th to February 6th (2023). The car has been parked in the Tesla Service Center parking lot. The parts to repair the steering wheel and suspension are still in the back of the vehicle. The auto body shop is lying about the repairs (blaming Tesla). No work has been done on the vehicle since January 6th and Kaizen says it now needs a front suspension cross member (a $1375 part). USAA has no record of the request for the extra part. How would you know that an additional part is needed when the work for the suspension hasn t been completed? If true, that part should have been ordered a month ago when the battery was replaced. No work has been done to fix the steering and suspension; the vehicle has been sitting in the parking lot for the last 30 days. The car has not been driven for testing or anything. Less than one mile driven in the last 30 days (the Tesla app has diagnostics to prove the data). I understand that the Tesla Service Center in Glendale does a lot of business with Kaizen but no one is working on the repairs. I m very concerned about the trustworthiness of the shop. I've had no update or follow-up from Kaizen during the past two weeks (now Feb.10th). Thank you in advance because something isn t right in this situation. Oh, and by the way, Kaizen hasn t paid Tesla for the battery repair yet; this is not the Tesla Way !!!!!!!! I don't need excuses, the vehicle is way past the 30-day standard for repairs. I want my car fixed and returned.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We brought our car to this place for work after it was totaled in a car accident. We let them know it was being towed because it was salvage title from the accident. They kept our car for 1 month, not returning our calls for any information. Finally after one month- I was told they don t fix salvaged cars and we had 2 days to remove our car or be charged hefty storage fees. No concern for the month lost while they had our car. No apologies or concern for the treatment we received. Gave 1 because couldn t give 0!!Service: Body & Trim

Had the vehicle for 2 months and spent 4-5 weeks being told "it should be another day or two" After 3 weeks manager stopped returning phone calls and providing updates. Stopped taking our phone calls. Finally, when car returned. Shotty paint work in the door jam, speakers and door locks not working and car has a bad odor to it. Never an apology issued just excuses. Stay away from this location!Service: Body & Trim

I found Major league after I backed into a nice shiny pole. I decided to contact them for assistance on my repair. During my time of working with them they were very reasonably priced compared to other places I had visited. I worked with the owner and he was very detailed and direct about the repairs I needed and the cost associated. I will be sending all my friends and family here moving forward.

Stay Away, this shop is HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I took my Tesla in for minor repairs, when I went to pick up my vehicle I realized they caused a huge crack to my windshield. Michelle Wallace took photos and assured me that they would order the windshield right away after speaking to her supervisor. It's now been two months of back and forth that they would repair my windshield and I just received a call today that they were not going to repair my windshield because they claim my windshield "may" have been damaged prior when they have photos showing there was no previous damage.They tried to convince me to file a claim with my insurance carrier, and then they would repair.

I got into a car accident a few years ago in my brand new Toyota 4Runner and major league collision repaired all the body work and major damaged to my car and I have to say we have no issue with the car ever since. I totally recommend major league collision. They have all around amazing customer service and stand by their work, having a memorable experience with their staff is their top priority.

Awesome shop, they were able to get my car done quickly and worked great with my insurance company. So happy with the results, car looks like it was never in an accident. It was great working with them and if I know where my car will be taken in the future. Thanks!

I use Major League Collision for all of my commercial vehicles. They do amazing work. their staff is courteous, their building is clean and they're great at keeping me in the loop with what's going on with my trucks. I can not recommend them highly enough.

The initial view on this company would have been pleasant, However we received three quotes before choosing what company to go with. Major League was not the cheapest but I decided to give them a chance if they could come down a little on their price. Originally quoted $4400 and I asked them if they could come down to $4200 out the door. They agreed and we even shook hands on it. Everything up to this point was going great. After they had my commercial vehicle for a week, I got a call from them saying it was going to cost an additional $1400 due to additional damage that they claim they could not initially see. It seems odd that after they have my vehicle completely torn apart that they suddenly decide they need to increase their price. Not like I had much of a choice so of course I agreed. I mean they offered to charge me to put everything back together again but the was not really an option. So if you enjoy bait and switch techniques give this company your business.

I had to go back and forth with them about orange peel paint. It was pretty bad and very noticeable but they wanted to tell me that it was inevitable. I saw one of the employees treating others' cars poorly. He drove them as if they were race cars, not minding that they weren't his property to abuse. I don't recommend this place. There's other places that will take care of your vehicle and have their employees behave professionally.Edit: I was only inclined to write a review because I had a bad experience with the new team also. I asked for a file and the man on the phone told me that he had emailed it while I was on the phone with him. I didn't receive it until mid-morning the next day, he just told me that he sent it because it was close to closing time for him and he wanted to get me off the phone.When I got my work done, the mechanic had to move a couple cars and he absolutely abused them as much as he could in a parking lot.

I took my vehicle to Major league and worked with the owner. They managed all of my insurance issues, vendor management and I felt like the entire process was so seamless. I would highly recommend working with their team if you are ever in an accident or have vehicle damage.

I just want to say WOW, I couldn t have asked for a better experience with Major League Collision. I needed my vehicle repaired due to hitting debris on the freeway and basically my whole front end needed to be replaced. Not only did they make my car look BRAND NEW again, they even cleaned the interior for me which wasn t expected at all. I m so grateful for them making what was a stressful situation so easy. Of course I never want to deal with that again, I m happy to say that I know that if it does, I can count on them! Thanks guys so much. :)

I was in an accident and was referred to Major League Collision by a friend. I had never been in an accident before and was overwhelmed by the whole thing. I spoke to Christine and she was amazing! She answered all the questions I had, Ernie wrote me an estimate and his attention to detail was refreshing and appreciated, he explained the whole process from start to finish. My car looks better than ever! I'm so glad I came here!! Thanks Major League Collision!

I had my vehicle in for some work due to a car accident. It did not go well, even with my insurance company doing there best to stay on top of repairs. Once i received my vehicle back we found damaged parts that were just fine when it came in. When brought to the attention I got no calls or text messages back about the parts damaged or how they were going to take care of the situation at all. Every time i called in during the 8 days they had my vehicle i could never get a straight answer or even a phone call back from the owner/manager. They did an alignment and it was worse when I picked it up then when it went into their shop, also, still no answer on when they are going to fix this.

I am very satisfied with major league collision. They did a wonderful job on my 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche. I would highly recommend them. N Brenda n Jeremy were also very helpful in the process. Thanks again major league

Do NOT take your car here! Not approved by any insurance ,a Lawyer had my car towed here after an accident ,when I was able to gather myself I called to find out where They were located Ernie called me an idiot because I had it towed to his location ..the laugh is on me . What was supposed to take 16 days took 3 months. They knew I was going on vacation as we were on the road they called to say it was ready to pick up, I cut my vacation short by a week went to get my car .Get there the car is NOT READY.....15 MINUTES LATER GOT A CALL IT IS READY.Now my door locks don't work ,parts that were to have a well we're glued on. Run do not stop here...horrible PEOPLE SKILLS.

I bring my Jeep in recommendations of my insurance.When I was told I don't have to pay the full amount because there's an adjustment.But when I claim my car they let me pay the full price.It's been 4 weeks I do not receive my check which I am supposed to be refunded.I keep on calling and said I have to call the Corporate office I ask for the phone number and they can't give me.

Update June 21st 2019, Car was in for repair, insurance claim. Picked up the car in the evening. The next day notice the overspray on the car passenger side fender, windshield and passenger window. Major league was closed for the weekend. Called Monday morning, I was told I had the overspray already on the car. I bought the car new and was never in a accident. The overspray was not on the vehicle when it was taken in. Ernie said it was noted that there was overspray. Incorrect information and was not on any of my paper work. I will continue to share my experience that I had and the conversation with all. I had a choice to go anywhere I wanted, I was recommended to this company. Never again. If I could this company would not get any stars.Thank you.Wow, it has taken the company over a month to respond to the post! So for the bad experience I am supposed to call the owner to discuss! A professional business doesn't operate that way, you call the customer and take care of the problem. Second this vehicle was taken to the Glendale shop, for some reason they took the vehicle to the east valley shop. I was told that they could not say it was on there prior to receiving the car at the east valley location. I am being told the over spray was there before I took the car in. Well I would like you to post the pictures. Please show the work before and after! I have them. I find it interesting that I would purchase a vehicle from Larry Miller Dodge new and your telling me I bought the car with over spray on the windshield, passenger window and rearview mirror. I am not sure why your company would say the insurance would not cover the the overspray when there was no overspray and was not noted in my estimate. The insurance or money has nothing to do with this, I would like you and your company to take responsibility for your mistake.Regards,
