This place overcharged me for my oil change they wouldn t even accept my coupon and then they stole my CD out of my vehicle I would avoid this place at all costs. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again.

The guys were amazing fast at changing my oil and filters and did a whole under care check definitely going to take my car here everytime for oil change

Went to the jiffy lube little over a mile away, east on bell, and they turned me away cause of "credit card troubles" with their system so I googled this location. Amazing customer service. Great communication. Fully inspected my fleet vehicle and told me and showed me the issues. Besides the 1.5 hour wait it was worth it for the outstanding customer service and thorough job they did. Will definitely return to this location.

Don't rely on the coupons for oil change for $29.+ It's going to cost $53 operator says the add is wrong it means a discount from standard price, better deals elsewhere

My timeline shows 6 visits since buying this truck 2018 deisel truck = more money so oil changes $89-109 over time. Today ...refused to say price other than "I do these for $180.00 minimum" this local repeat customer with 4 vehicles will not be returning. Not sure what happend at this store but CS is gone no attempt to id my returning truck he said he could look my truck up and give actual price but naaa..

We all know how customer service at Jiffy Lube can very from location to location. From the phone call prior to going over, to the experience while there (interacting with multiple techs), hands down the best experience I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube. Also, thank you for having the ability to do tire rotations. 5 stars!

my check engine came on last night and i went to auto zone today to find out that my spark plugs were causing a cylinder 4 misfire. i stopped by and asked Landon when they could take a look at it. one of the mechanics took it into the shop right away. during inspection, the mechanic noticed that a coil pack also needed to be replaced. the mechanic took it for a quick drive when he was done with the repairs to make sure my car was safe on the road. my car was in and out of the shop within the hour. i am very happy with the result.

30 minutes before closing. No one servicing or waiting and refused to do a simple oil change.Maybe they are just waiting to go home.

They did not put the undershield on correctly after the oil change and it came off and blamed me for bad driving or hitting something when it's a coincidence that it came off after I got the change done..this is bologna I will never go here again. Mind you it was 30 minutes before closing and the guy shook his head as I pulled up like it was my fault for going in 30 mins till close..now they won't replace the shield..Service: Oil change

I had been going to a dealership for my routine maintenance but they could not get me in today so I came here. I'm glad I did. These guys changed the oil, filters and ran a diagnosis all in under an hour for a reasonable price. Knowledgeable, professional people work here and it shows. Very good experience. I will be back every couple months.

I will probably come here again for all my oil changes. This is the best place that I've been to that got me in on good timing and they were super helpful, nice, descriptive, and fast. I felt like they knew what they were doing with my car and I had no worries at all. The 2 young gentlemen that were working the day I went in, did an amazing job and had wonderful customer service. I will be a reoccurring customer.

Freindly service. Of course that try to upsale you... but that's there job. they were not pushy, i had to wait longer than advertised 15 minutes... but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Called in, inquired about their signature service oil change which was around $50... I was able to pull up a $20 off coupon from the jiffy lube website... So pretty much $30, can t beat that! They said there wasn t much wait at the moment so I drove right in.Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I was in and out in under half an hour. They go through everything they ve done with you and tell you what your car needs without being pushy. I didn t feel like they rushed either. Thank you to Shane, Hunter and Keith. You guys were great!

Really great service! They serviced my vehicle quickly and called to ask before installing anything new. They even changed my windshield wiper blades I'd had in my trunk for weeks because I didn't know how to change them, for nothing.

I wish I could you now the service was like, but the day I went, they didn't open at 8am, as posted. It was the week of Dec 12, 2022. I showed up at 8am and saw an employee waiting outside. He said they normally open at 8am. I waited for an hour. Then I left when no one showed up to open.

I hadn't actually been to a Jiffy Lube for many years but when unable to find a competent or convenient garage, I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised and assured of the work and service. I will probably return again.

This is one of the best; the service is fantastic and they're always so quick. There is no pressure when you visit; only friendly advice.I arrived so very close (2 mins) to the closing time and they took my car anyways. Ryan and Sean were both friendly. Every time I've met the store manager he's been really helpful too.Keep up the good work! :)

The one thing about jiffy lube is its must you get there early. Do to the fact alot of people don't wanna work your wait tike can be alot longer than it should be. So for the most part ounce they get you in your able to get out within 15-20 min so orther than the wait time I give most jiffy lube a 4 star because now in these days just to get an oil change you should not have to wait for an hour that to get done.

Keith is an awesome manager for this store! The shop is occasionally overworked/understaffed, but patience pays off when the team is available to focus on your vehicle. They were very straight forward on wait times for me to decide if it was the right day/time for my LOF or best to try back. Keith does his best to make sure he has QUALITY TRAINED techs in the shop - sometimes that takes time to deliver.

This is my second time here. The first time was unpleasant and put me off to going again but I figured I d try again because they are close. Edward helped me with an oil change and I was done and out within 15 minutes. He was super sweet and even changed my settings to reflect my oil change on my Mustang. Last time I came they didn t bother to, nor take out the feet mat that they use in my car. It really is the little things and he made my night. :)Service: Oil change

Took in my truck for an oil change. They came back and said they couldn't do it because they were not able to remove the access panel on the skid plate and one of the screws striped out. It's a new truck in for its first oil change and these clowns used incorect tools, screwed it up and sent me on my way.
