Booked last minute for tinted windows. Got a discount through Groupon. Fast and great service. Would highly recommend. Windows have a few bubbles but I ll wait for the 2 weeks that he told me to wait to see if it goes down.

We had a great experience. They got us in quickly for a car tint and it was completed in less than 2 hours. Gave great instructions to my son on how to care for the tint after. Professional customer service. In and out w/ no issues.

Put your hand in this box and push the button the man behind the counter said. Feel the heat? As he slides the plate across, he asks, "Feel it now?" This tint will cut out 70% heat. The next upgrade will cut 80% heat but is more $ and the next 90% but is more $$. Your Groupon only covers the 70% and 3 years warranty but if you want to upgrade $-$$ you'll get a lifetime warranty. I got my coupon off of Groupon. Entire Beetle $80. When driving off I noticed that the bottom of the window had wrinkles. I went back and it was redone. Total time about 2 hours. Good job. Just check over before leaving. Professional.

Before and after of my Jetta. Super nice and professional, after looking around for a good price I came here because he was recommended by a friend and was super competitively priced. thank goodness because their work was impeccable, no complaints

Manny the owner is one of the last straightforward guys left in the service industry. He has been doing my towing packages and several lift kits along with Flowmaster exhaust. But his shinning above all is the tint packages he offers. My cars have all been tinted by this shop for the last 15 years. My car is much cooler temp wise because of the tint job from az Hitchman. I highly recommend using this shop Check out the before and after pictures. Also they replaced my Cadillac converter after someone at home depot cut mine off. They replaced the cat and did it for 80% less cost compared to the Toyota dealership. Ask for Manny & tell him Bobby C sent ya for a friend's and family discount.

Took my car in to get tint on the windshield. I have had it done on two other vehicles and it makes it so nice to keep the heat off your hands while driving. It was not dark tint on the other vehicles, you really could not tell it was there. I told them I wanted clear and they never gave me a choice. They put the wrong one on, way too dark. That night I drove to Prescott and arrived after dark. I could hardly see and hit a curb. It was like wearing sunglasses at night. When I talked to the owner Manny, he said if I had wanted the other one that it was going to cost $400 to remove the old one and install the new one. He accepted no responsibility for their actions and when I said "You are blaming me for this", he hung up. I called the company that referred me to him and they are trying to figure out how to make amends for referring me to such a poor businessman.

I wouldn t recommend this window tinting company ! November of 2019 I had an appointment to get all 5 of my windows tinted. When I arrived I had to wait approximately a hour because their machine stopped working while doing a job on another vehicle. Bad start... should ve known then!Now it s July of 2020 and my back window is already peeling... I am the only person that drive my car and no one sits in the back. I called the company and was told they do not schedule appointments to fix the tint on your car. Instead I was told to leave my car at the shop any day from Monday-Friday and hopefully it ll be fixed when I pick it up later that day. There are people still working (I am one of those people)... and you want them to leave their car there.. find a way to get to work and then find a way to get back to the shop and the person s window tint still may not be fixed. The only time you can schedule an appointment is on the weekend and that s for new tint only.Then I was told in order to speak with the owner to explain my situation.. I would have to call Monday-Friday between 8am-9am... I did that... but what do you know... the moment I call... the owner JUST LEFT .TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP... There are way better places with quality tint and great customer service!!

When I went to pick up the vehicle the work was horrible. The tint was peeling and bubbling throughout. All the scrapping from the previous tint were left in the vehicle. The third brake light cover on the rear window was broken off and the wires left hanging and the windows, door panels and dash was left with fluid drippings, smudges and likely sweat. When I brought the vehicle back at the owners request, he looked at the issues and apologized and said that they were very busy and only had 2 tinters that day. He agreed that the job was poor and the vehicle was left a mess. I took the vehicle back, after the second day of the vehicle being there he requested third day to ensure it would be done right. After picking it up a second time, the vehicle still has the SAME issues. The tint is peeling, the he third brake light cover on the rear window remains broken off and the wires are still hanging and the windows, door panels and dash was left with fluid drippings, smudges and likely sweat. When I called the owner to address the issues, he told me he doesn't wash cars, he was done with me and hung up on me.

Bought a Groupon online & got my SUV's windows tinted for a great price! Staff is very friendly & made sure I was taken care of. Just be aware they are super busy right now since summer is here, I had to schedule my appointment 3 weeks out since that is all they had available. Well worth the wait!

PLEASE, please read this AZ Hitchman review to make an informed decision before you spend your money with this shop. It may may keep you safe from fraud, keep your vehicle from being damaged and without exaggeration..... it may save your life if they incorrectly modify your vehicle.Please take the three or four minutes to read-on and let me explain. Before I get started, you can see from my unrelated Yelp reviews that I generally only leave supportive, upbeat, five-star reviews. It takes a lot to have me leave a one star review. I waited 90 days to write this review, as a cooling off period, but now that I see others are also having similar, arguably fraudulent experiences, I may be saving someone's money or even their life by leaving this review. Sort AZ Hitchman's other customer reviews by date and see that they are mainly all one star reviews, alleging fraud, abusive behavior and general incompetency. (I suspect they will harass me for leaving this review.)In full disclosure , it is important to note that I filed a complaint about AZ Hitchman with my credit card company. My credit card company thoroughly investigated the issues. They even received a written response from AZ Hitchman, which had severable provable inaccuracies. After the lengthy investigation, (backed by photos and third-party witnesses, the credit card company agreed with me on virtually every single issue. My credit card company allowed me to get the vast majority of my money back, by issuing a charge-back and debiting money paid to AZ HItchman. I am still out a vast amount of money to correct the improper installation, body work, work etc. and likely will be taking further action.Here are the issues:1) the completely wrong brake was installed by AZ Hitchman. This is an undisputed fact. The brake they installed wouldn't properly brake the towed car, putting my families safety at risk. Imagine towing a car down a steep, wet, windy, mountain pass and NO BRAKES, with your little kids in the towing vehicle! Unacceptable.2) they took the bumper off my car to mount the tow hitch, broke it, put it back on wrong and what is worse, the tried to cover up the error on my white car with what appeared to be black screws in white paint and "white-out" cover-up! Yes, they painted my car, (which dripped onto the tire - see photos) without my knowledge or consent, trying to hide their mistake, and then lied about it (note that the shop perimeter is littered in beer cans - see photos, so I cant help but wonder if that added to the issues?)3) when I complained about the item above, they brought my Jeep to a "buddy" to fix it in a shop "off the books" and he painted it the wrong color. It seems like he painted the bumper from paint from the off-white car next to our car and not the correct "bright-white" factory paint color. The paint shop that did the work, (like the brake company who made the brake), admitted that the work was sub-par and not acceptable. (The brake manufacturer and body shop are both stand-up companies and this is not fault of theirs.)4) Not only was the wrong brake installed, they put the controller right where the passenger would sit and put muddy wet boots and damage the brake controller - see photo. Even if it was the correct brake (it is not) the wiring could short out with wet or muddy boots. The manufacturer was appalled when I sent them a photo of AZ Hitchmans installations work and the factory gave me the name of another installer...where I would have to pay more money to remove AZ Hitchman's work.

Ive been taking our vehicles to Az Hitchman for 20 years for tint on various vehicles that we've owned. They set up an appointment, Manny got me checked in and my truck looks great. Their tint installer did an awesome job. Will be taking my wife's car there in the near future as well- I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great pricing. These guys are great! Fast Service at a reasonable price. I had them put hitches on two different vehicles. I also had a car's front side windows and windshield tinted, The side windows looked great. The windshield had some bubbles but I traded in the car, so I never gave them a chance to resolve the issue. I would use them again.

I am only making this review to warn others who are interested in the hitch services. I drive a 2018 pathfinder and my husband and his boss from AZ Sun Solutions took the Pathfinder here to get an hitch installed back in November 2022. Well up until about 2-3 months ago my pathfinder back lights were not working and my radio broke. At first I thought it was just burnt light bulbs for my light so I took upon myself to replace them, after the replacements, the lights still did not turn on. The next move was taking it into the Nissan dealership to get the lights and radio inspected. My radio turns on and off by itself and only works at a certain screen display plus pressing the climate button (option to control A/c) at the same time once the button is pushed with the certain display screen the radio remains on and this is how I m able listen to music now back to the inspection the dealership found the aftermarket hitch and told me that whoever installed the hitch, installed it very incorrectly and that s why my lights were not turning on. I shared this new with the men at fault (husband and boss) and my husband advised me that he went back to this business and talked to the actual installer of this hitch on my car the conversation went as follows that the guy who installed it assured he did it correctly there s no way for any mess up. After hearing about this conversation it was quite underwhelming and disappointing to feel that my light issue wasn t going to be resolved in a way that felt fair. I sat on one dealerships opinion for a while longer and felt I needed a second opinion from a trusted business also a specialist in car maintenance at different dealership. They pulled another inspection was was able to tell me more throughly what happened. It was confirmed that the after market Hitch was indeed effecting my lights. I learned the subharness was installed right but the power or wires that were tapped into the sub harness was not wired correctly and who ever did it tapped into completely wrong wires and even cut some wires that were very unnecessary. As far as my radio, it s still a mystery.. but it s interesting to note bc it started shutting on/off on its own the same time the lights went out. So in all I did get my lights fixed, it didn t feel fair to pay $675 for the fix solely bc I felt the business was to blame (they installed the subharnes) but after hearing about the conversation about the installer himself saying he did it right. I didn t have a good Intention bringing my car back to the place it got messed up and overthinking about the outcome being that they could not find anything wrong. But having the 2 opinions in both agreement that it was the hitch installment, it felt like a no brainer to just go ahead and pay the trusted person to fix the car. That is all I wanted to say .lesson learned. Please be careful

Recently had my 95 c4 Corvette's windows tinted here. After a month, bubbles on all windows including the front got worse. Got a groupon for $80, paid that and an extra $350 for the upgrades of tint. 2nd car here with groupon and both times tint came out with bubbles and bad trim on windows and tint film with crooked lines and missed cuts on edges and sides. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went back to talk to owner, didn't say a word to owner, let him speak, he decided what needs to be redone, not caring 1 bit about my concerns. Told me to get lost, like it or not. Closed front door on me, then I followed him asking him why he is behaving this way. Owner then walked to his garage area where their bays are and waved his hands at me, signaling for me to get out and not face me with all this questions. Not only does their service not give warranty even if they day they do, but only what they seem they want to do, no matter how bad or the customer wanting the work to be corrected. I've tinted my windows on other cars I have somewhere else and service was hands down great compared to this place, DONT RISK IT, PAY EXTRA SOMEWHERE ELSE! Both cars I took, one had my back seats ripped, this Corvette, they stained my upholstery with their feet full of oil. To the owner, hope you read this, i will be getting the news in phoenix involved so they can show up and ask you for your side of story. That's your heads up owner, you do remember who I am, owner said my car is old, door rubber is coming off and more. Ask yourself, what does the age, condition of car matter with window tinting, not fair owner did not hear me out or even tried, considering I gave them another try. I will also let groupon know about this. Owner, your responsibility with customer service is at a 0, I am also an owner of my business and have many customers and i have done what the customer wanted as long as they were happy, it's what your responsibility is if you own any business, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you.

This place is great! A few different places refused to install a hitch on my car because of some poorly located rust. Hitchman didn't even hesitate and they were very confident in their abilities. They were even able to finish the service quickly so I could get to work on time! Staff was friendly, the service was top-notch, and they were very timely. Highly Recommend.

10/24/22...They tinted my car windows and I had to bring it back three times due to the sub par tint not sticking to the back windshield. The tint installer will leave a mess in your car, and will also smoke in your car while doing the tint job. Do not waste your time or money at this extremely unprofessional business.1/25/23... Now the tint is separating from the glass on the passenger side door. Called to set an appointment to get it fixed and can't get a time until 3 months from now. Guess the fat prick owner is too busy stuffing his face to take care of a problem that his shop created. Your hard earned money will be wasted here. Look at the other negative reviews, because these are the true feelings of real customers, not the happy reviews from friends and family of this rip off artist. At this point, I will not let them touch my car again. It is going to cost me $300 to have the cheap tint taken off and the windows redone. If you do come here, for some reason, look for the beer cans in the service bays.7/25/23...Just found out that my neighbor had his windows tinted here, and he is now having the same exact problems with HICK MAN that I did. I wonder how many other people that he has ripped off that do not write reviews here on Google? My neighbor is afraid to write a review, because he fears some type of retaliation from this business. Got my ride tinted at Hitchman! They were very accommodating. I was limited on time, heading out on a road trip but they squeezed me in, even though they were swamped! Job was done fast and turned out GREAT!! I highly recommend Hitchman if you're looking for tint!!

I brought in two black flag decals for a 4Runner for the back corner panel windows. Tony was my installer and did a fantastic job. Took about 20 minutes for about 50 bucks. Maybe I could have done it on my own but I wasn't willing to chance it with my wife's pride and Joy.I literally made it 3 miles down the street before somebody came up beside me honking their horn to ask where I had the work done.

Excellent service for reasonable fees. Guys working in 117 degrees and still have good attitudes. Waiting room no AC ,so drop off and pickup better in summer.

Another Groupon scheme. Waited a month to get car in, which is on me sort of since I can only do weekends. A couple days before appointment they call and reschedule due to them being off, I get it but come on, shouldn t have scheduled that day in the first place. Paid for suv tint and wanted dark front and windshield visor done. Adding the visor and darker tint on front windshield cost almost as much as the Groupon. Took nearly two hours during this time I seen the tech smoking in my car and then he forgot to install the visor that I paid for. So they had to go back and finish windshield. Tech left car interior door soaking wet. Looks like pure laziness and no regard for doing a nice clean job. I will not ever come back here again.

I was calling around to get estimates on window tinting and the quickest availability, he gave me the lowest price and I had a complete window tint done no more than 2 hours after I initially called. If you are a young woman, choose elsewhere!!!! Please read all the reviews before coming here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when trying them out but I regret it. I wouldn t recommend this business due to the lack of communication & I feel there was dishonesty. I should have known there would be issues because I was charged a higher price for my two small windows compared to the standard, which I noticed & should have walked away at that time. I also had a long conversation about wanting my windows to be lighter because I drive to other states, I am from another state & I am a student. We talked about this and I thought I made it very clear I wanted the lightest tint possible. I ended up asking to match the back windows because I was under the impression after our conversation that 20% was the lightest you can get. I was not shown the examples in the store. I was then told that would be another up charge. I said I am paying more to get lighter windows? And even texted my husband I have to pay more unless I want the dark windows . I came back to discuss this miscommunication and the fact they are so dark (let alone don t match the back..) and was told I can repay to have it done lighter because I did in fact get the dark windows. I can t pay again, so I asked them to just remove it, I was told I can peel it off myself. I was told I can call and speak with the other person, the one who up-charged from the standard price with no explanation in the first place, who told me I can pay more to go lighter. In the end I feel like I was taken advantage of. I wanted the lightest for a reason, there was a reason I asked so many times to make it clear what I wanted to buy. I am from Seattle, I can t have dark front windows. I will peel the tint off myself. As a working student I felt this place was worthy to spend my money but I was very wrong and I can t say stay away enough.Service: Vehicle window tinting

This business was recommended to us by Titan Fuel Tanks to do the installation of our auxiliary fuel tank in the bed of our truck.'we drove 30 minutes to get there at 8am. We waited and hour and a half to get it done. they charged us $150 to basically drill 6 holes and mount the brackets. They over drilled the holes so the screws turned in the holes, we had to purchase new screws to make the tank sit firmly in the brackets. They also left the "foot" that was supposed to be screwed in the bottom of the tank rolling around in the bed of the truck, which we also had to install.Basically they did a terrible job. I have called them 4 times to speak with the owner Manny about the problem. He will not speak to me or retuned my calls.I would never use this business again. I also called the tank manufacturer and spoke to them as well, since they recommended them. Extremely poor customer service and workmanship, as well as overcharging for the work.

Really helpfull helping me understand that system I had on my jeep and what I needed still to flat tow behind my RV. Helped me quickly order everything and offered to fix a bracket to fit it on correctly. Great place

Got the Groupon for a tinting from this place. There was some difficulty with the appointment and they almost had me wait for an hour and a half, but it was worked out in the end.However they did a poor job, with every single window having some form of significant bubbling or lifting on the edges. They offered to do it over but going by other reviews, it s just going to be the same thing again. I ignored the bad reviews for the price; my recommendation would be to not make the same mistake.Guy at the front is also a bit of a pain to talk to.
