Thank you so much Kristina and Mark for the great customer service! We really appreciate your honesty and not trying to sell us on something we didn't need. Kristina gave us a break down of everything that needed to be done on the vehicle, letting us know what needed to be taken care of immediately as well as the services that could be done at a later time. They were very professional, efficient and the prices were more than reasonable ... we'll definitely be back!

Had a pretty large repair on an eco diesel Jeep that we had brought to a few diff mechanic shops. They either didn t want to work on it or the price was obscene. Spoke to Mark at half price and he was so helpful from the very beginning. He kept in constant communication with us, sent progress photos during repairs and explained everything in detail. A very honest shop and I would not hesitate to return with our other vehicles. Thank you Mark!

Thankful I found this shop, not only did they diagnose my overheating issue they also gave me a full inspection with a check list of maintenance items I need to later. They also worked with extended warranty company for other issues not related to my overheating issue. The Store manager is absolutely hilarious and informative and his assistant manager/Service writer is a Ex Technician with tons of knowledge. They answered all my questions and got my vehicle done in a day and half. Extremely reasonable. Will be back.

I took my 2014 mustang GT to half price auto with a blowing transmission, leaks, and needing a new clutch. They identified more things wrong with the car and fix a noise in the motor I been chasing for a year. I couldn't be happier with the work performed to my car. Thank you half price and especially the front desk with taking care of my warranty. It's my new auto shop.

I just want to say a Big Thank You to the team here at Half Price Auto & Performance. I had a horrible experience with Bell Rd Toyota. It took almost a month of them having my truck to diagnose that I had a blown head gasket on my 2018 Toyota Tundra with 67k miles. Instead of sending the heads out and have them resurfaced I was told that wasn't possible due to them being aluminum heads and that I needed a new motor. They stated that they couldn't get a new motor because they no longer make that motor. They quoted me $21,500 for a used motor with 55k miles. Plus the $2k they already charged me to diagnose the truck. Pure Lies.!! Luckily I have some great friend that referred me to this shop. Needles to say, I paid NO where near that price and they were able to send the heads out, get them resurfaced and I was back on the road within a week with no problems.!! Please do not hesitate to give this team an opportunity to help you. Much respect and appreciation. Thank you.!!

Never gave a review in my life but Honestly one of my personal best store experiences. The staff wasn t pushy on any extra add ons on my car so I went ahead and added a tire rotation they went ahead and did it with no extra charge. I Will be back in the future.

Great place for major repair! I had a silver rock warranty on my car, and they were able to help me out with my clutch and transmission!Their staff was very kind and they are confident in their work, I'll be back when my car needs work again!And I like the piano inside.

I took my '05 truck in because it was drinking oil. The engine needed every seal replaced along with lifters and a few other items. The tech that worked on the truck did a fantastic job. The engine now runs like it was new. No leaks and the oil levels have no problems anymore. I was afraid I would have to replace the whole engine but their tech saved me a ton of money being able to do such a difficult job.

Explained to Kristine what I wanted done on my van (on my paperwork) and was sent a message saying that this would be my total so I called and spoke with Larry and he never mentioned anything to me about tires so once the van was almost ready he text me saying that it ll be ready in 45 mins. I walked to pick it up only to get there and they have did other things to my van that I never told them to do and charging me for it. So to make a long story short I paid the money after getting into an altercation with Larry (who is so unprofessional ) and drove my van home and come to find out it s still doing the same thing it was doing when it was taken to the shop so I took it back and was told that I would have to drop it off because they had 30 other cars. I wouldn t recommend this shop!!!

Highly DISAPPOINTED with Half Price Auto! We took in our car because it was leaking & it needed a new water pump. It was "fixed" by them but upon returning of the car we noticed a LOUD whining sound that was not there before. We called and took it back in they changed the water pump again and it still was making the noise. We were told that the owner said there was nothing else they could do for us because the tech had noted a whine. We informed them the whine was not there previous to them changing the water pump. There is a TSB (technical service bulletin) for this particular vehicle that states if the water pump is installed incorrectly ( not using correct tools) a loud whine can occur from the timing belt. Since told they weren't willing to do anymore we informed them we'd take it to another shop.Took it to the new shop, they said the noise was coming from the water pump area, TSB was read, water pump and timing belt were changed and finally the noise was gone.We took the invoice back to half price & showed them what was fixed for the noise to stop and that the TSB shows it was directly related to the water pump being changed incorrectly. Nobody ever reached out, we called and left a message, wrote on their BBB account and have yet to hear a response.We chose Half Price because they were local and had previously worked on our truck with no issue. Half Price is choosing to not take responsibility for their obvious screw up & is instead choosing to say that our car had already made the noise. Which is 100 % a LIE!!!

Great shop ! They helped tremendously with my C10. Aaron upfront was very communicative with me about what was going on. The mechanic Sheldon found and fixed even more issues than I expected and now my truck is running great again. The owner Adrian even called me and gave me some updates as well to make sure we stayed in budget which was awesome of him to consider the customers wallet and not just his.I highly recommend and trust these guysService: Electrical repair

I had a great 5 star experience with Half Price Auto. Adam was my service consultant and did exactly what he said he would do. I had a warranty claim through Silverrock and they were an approved vendor. I dropped my cargo van off on Tuesday morning and they had it ready for me the next day. The warranty covered what they were supposed to do and I covered my portion. Great customer service, set excellent timeframes and most importantly I felt trust. Trust is important when getting your car worked on and I will definitely come back for any future needs. Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Shop is very unprofessional. They had my truck for 2 weeks, never contacted me for updates, I had to call. When I picked up my truck there was an extra 120 +/- miles on the truck, trash on the floor board and receipts from McDonald s and a taco shop dated July 4 and July 5. Was the shop open on the 4th, or did someone take it home?I wouldn t trust this shop or recommend it to anyone.

Do NOT go here and do business with them!!! This place is a joke. Mark and the mechanics will tell you one thing is wrong, replace it an then come up with more issues. I ve had nothing but problems and excuses from these guys. I returned to the shop multiple times with the same issue after paying a lot of money for what was supposed to be the problem. Over a month later I m STILL having the same issue. I returned a day later so they can look at it and try to fix what they did wrong and the owner (Adrian) was at the shop and did not care that a customer had to return after spending thousands of dollars. Save your money and go to a REAL mechanic.

Had a misfiring cylinder and the first place I went to quoted me $800. Adrian and his team got me out of there in half the time for less than $400. Literally half-priced. The staff was very kind and honest. They didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need, even though my car is old and they could ve found all sorts of work to do. I ll never take my car anywhere else! I ve been taking my car to another shop, 4 times in the past year mind you, where nothing ever seemed to actually get fixed. The final straw was when my drive shaft broke while driving on the freeway & slammed into my transmission breaking it. I got it towed to them & they pretty much told me to junk it. I was devastated! That s when I was introduced to Adrian & his team at Half Price Auto. Adrian was very informative & straight up with me about everything! Knowing how much I love my car, he did a thorough check on it himself to see if it was salvageable without breaking the bank. Although it did cost more than I had hoped, it would have cost me double anywhere else. Half Price Auto really went above & beyond to help me get my baby back & now it runs stronger than ever! Thank you Adrian, Adam, Sheldon, Frankie & the rest of the team for making this happen!

I absolutely love this place! I brought my car here after working with 3 other people who said the problem was random things from my catalytic convertor to my battery. Turns out it was a fuel sensor. I just can't express how thankful I am. They had the car for about a day and half communicated with me on EVERYTHING! They even ended up finding a problem with my wheel well and fixed that too! When other places won't listen or take the time to find your problem this place does. Adam helped me last time and he had wonderful communication!

They always make sure my car is taken care of. I've gone to them quite a few times. They look out for me, finding the best options. My car, keeping her in the best shape possible. I am happy with them and will continue to take my car to them for major and minor issues. Definitely recommend.

Dropped my car off due to overheating. They diagnosed a radiator leak, replaced that, the thermostat and the cap for a reasonable price. They also looked into the check engine light and recommended an oil change which seems to have done the trick. They were very thorough helping me with all the financing possibilities. I didn't end up using it, but they still went the extra mile. Thanks in particular too Adam and Chris who worked through all of this on the phone with me and got me back on the road.Service: Oil change

Best service. They quoted half the price Toyota gave us for warped rotors and replacing the brakes. They were very kind and courteous and after an inspection they recommended we not replace the brakes and just fix the rotors. Price came out to almost a quarter of what we thought we were gonna pay. Will recommend. Also I would love to shoot a commercial for you guys. I think more people should know about your company and service. 5 stars!-Bryan PentecostesXpreshun Films

Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Once my car was diagnosed Jimmy did a very thorough job of explaining my options and pricing. Was very pleased with the cost considering all the work I needed done. Repairs were completed the same day which made me very happy. I felt like I was driving a completely different car. So glad to have found this gem in my new neighborhood! This will absolutely be my go to place from now on. They took my car in and replaced the battery the same day. They even reached out to their distributor to get the battery in that they needed. It only took about 2 hours and I was a walk-in.

My experience with half price auto was amazing from start to finish. Chris and Mike were both very friendly and helped me feel comfortable every step of the way.
