Tesla owners, stay away from this location for tires. I dont think they know how to deal with Tesla, even Manager does not know about it.He quoted wheel alignment price while ordering tires, but after tires installation he said you need to go to tesla as our facility does not do alignment for Tesla.you can see attached pictures for their work on tesla tires. very very disappointed with their work.

Apparently this place has New Management and they are trying to increase their profits. Went in for 2 new tires and the price went up per tire almost 20.00 from a few months ago. They were willing to price match the others but then decided to add an installation fee of 35.00 per tire. The guy said that he had to charge that due to new management. He said his guys don t get paid if I don t pay that. I then asked how long it would take and he said an hour. This means his guy gets paid 70.00 an hour? I went to another tire place less then 5 min away and received the same tires at 25.00 cheaper then the discounted price they were going to give me and their installation fee was at 15.00 a tire. I used to do all my business at this location but not anymore. I saved 90.00 by going elsewhere.

The new manager is sexist and unhelpful. My family has gone to this Goodyear multiple time and have had 0 issues till they got this new manager. I was told the leak on my car was actually in need of a more difficult and expensive part, but it needed to be evaluated further and they would get back to me. I was then left sitting for an hour wondering what was wrong with my car, till I had to ask the manger myself and he told me it was that part and it roughly costs about $12 but it was difficult to find in our area. He told me 30 minutes later he had ordered the part to be delivered and it should take about an hour and a half and I would be on my way. During that time the manager proceeded to go around the store telling all other MALE guests that my car was taking a bit longer than expected and he would just get moving on their cars I was never informed of this just got the joy of listening to him whisper about it to the other customers. In total I spent nearly 5 hours at this store, and 2 hours after the part was ordered. Imagine my surprise when I saw the receipt they said the $12 part was charged to me at a lovely $69.99. Was scammed and treated with the most disrespect.

They treat my daughter with so much respect they are nice and friendly. My daughter has gone in twice once she hit a giant rock and messed up her transmission mount bracket and they urgently ordered the part and fixed it for her very fast second she needed tires and they had some on hand and fixed both tires within a couple hours and it's not a very busy area either I highly recommend them

Had a great experience at this Goodyear center. Robert C help me find the right tires for my BMW within my budget.Good customer service in my opinion is a dying trait, however they re still those people that go on and above to make the experience Great! He even applied my discount code I got For subscribing to their email base. Thank you Robert!

I had a car inspection at this Goodyear location, stressing the importance of ASE certified mechanic handling it and completing the necessary form. Despite paying the fee, I later found missing information on the form. Upon returning, the staff not only refused to fix the situation, but also did not refund the fee. The incomplete form undermines the inspection's credibility. Disappointed with the service and a complete lack of customer care and professionalism, I had to go do it at a different location without any issues. I won't return to this store and will explore other automotive options.

This is the place to go if you ever need something done to your automobile. I did have one problem but they quickly corrected the mistake and got on top of it in less than 1 minute. I can't say that for the other guys at Firestone because my friend had a problem with their tires long story short it almost turned into a fistfight because the customer is always wrong there unlike here at Goodyear Tire Center. Thank you Goodyear Tire center!

Wanted to sell me 2 tires instead of just the 1. The other tire they wanted to replace was NEW. The other tire they mentioned magically went flat so I took my care to Big O tire and the guy informed me that someone must have forced air out of my tire because literally nothing else was wrong. I'm on to you and I will tell everyone who will listen what you did.Update: talked to the manager and they are looking into it. And put a free tire under my profile should I ever need another. Just earned yourself 2 more stars I guess? We'll see.

Always the best price matching and knowledgeable customer service. I've bought 3sets of tires over the years for 2 cars and Goodyears are the best. They lose the last star because almost every time I must return to get the tires properly speed balanced. They gladly rebalanced each time no charge but it's an inconvenience to return.

Someone is clueless when it comes to customer service. One guy sitting in the back office doing nothing and the other trying look busy. One car only in the bay. So I sit here Feb 1st at 11:30 just waiting and waiting. Whatever do you make sure to ignore your customers. 34 mins and counting... just have never seen people move so slow. How many customers has this place lost? I will never do business here again.

Great service. The store manager is courteous and very professional. I had issues with a previously installed GoodYear tires in Florida, this location took care of it right away, with no hassle. The store manager explained the issues to me in detail and helped me to get new set of tires with a great discount.Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reliable tire service.My car drives amazing now I would never think that a type of tire would make the driving experience so different. If your car is eligible, definitely buy the GoodYear assurance comfort drive

I'm a Grandma travelling alone. I am visiting my elder parents & had 3 more hours to get to my destination. I got a warning signal that my rear R tire was extremely low. (@22 psi) I map quested "nearest tire repair" There were a lot of Closed Tire shops. I called Good Year at 6:10pm showed up at 6:12. Good Year responded at 6:13pm they took it at 6:15pm and it was fixed in less than 25 mins! They responded very quickly, and I couldn't be more pleased! A VERY Happy Customer! Thank you Good Year Staff!!

Showed up at 8AM to get an easy Uber inspection done. Three guys there, including one sipping on a soda while looking at his phone. Five bays and not one vehicle in any of them. No one is working. Pure laziness

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in my life . The way the management treated me and talked to me was the most disappointing disrespectful and that putting it things very lightly. They should never ever no matter what talk to anyone especially a customer like he did to me it was only one person the other workers kept their cool but the one person told me he would basically hurt me like actually physically hurt me this was in front of customers and his workers also thank god everything is on video these days . What a horrible person what a bad experience I understand we all have bad days but this was completely unacceptable and super unfair and uncomfortable to say the least. Never ever again would I ever expect that or anyone to talk to treat and display such vulgar behavior in public I tried to stay my cool as best as I could but was just to embarrassed and upset after that I just wanted to crawl under a rock was totally and still am very shocked .

Daniel and Jose were absolutely AMAZING today!! I am so grateful for their help and expertise this morning. My mechanic messed up something with the tires and it eventually wore out the rotars that we had put on not even 4 months ago. These guys took me in before opening, diagnosed the situation, and fixed it for next to nothing. Not only that, they were honest, thorough and kind throughout the entire process. We have been using my mechanic in my family for nearly 40 years, but I think I may have found a new shop. Thank you so much Daniel and Jose for being so cool and helping me out. You're the best ever!!!

Goodyear Auto Service needs to remodel some of their older locations and get some newer equipment. New competitive same stores are opening all around them. It's time to get with the times if they want to stay competitive. Biggest problem I have noticed is that their neighborhood clients have no idea that they do more then just tires and oil changes. Local neighborhood advertising is the way to go if you really want the business. Come on Goodyear, show and tell us what you have and can do.

The staff here at this location are really great! They are hard working, fantastic at what they do and the customer service is on point! I think Eric was the gentleman that booked my same day appointment. I was able to go in a couple hours they had already picked my tire up from a different location and was all set up way for me. And they gave me a better deal than discount for my tires with a warranty! I will come back here before going back to discount!

I recently had my oil changed here, and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and they honestly did not try to sell me on extra services that I didn t need. I made an appointment, however called ahead to see if I could come earlier. They informed me I was welcome to, but they still may not get to me before my appointment time. When I arrived, they began my oil change right away, and it all took maybe an hour in all! The mechanic was also very helpful with recommendations, as my check engine light had just come on too. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I would go here again next time I need an oil change.

I have been their customer for 15 years, and continue to make the trip to get work done even after moving to Cave Creek. They are reasonably priced and have specials and coupons from time-to-time that help me keep my upkeep costs down. Eric communicates very well and always keeps me updated regarding the status of my maintenance or repairs.I just had an A/C problem and was mentally prepared to spend hundreds, as Eric gave me a preliminary diagnosis of actuator problems that might be hard to find and expensive to replace. He made my day when he told me they found a leaking O-ring, replaced it, and that there would not be a charge.They have earned my business over and over, and I am happy to post this recommendation to help others find an honest, reasonably priced repair shop.

I have been to several Corporate Goodyear stores and they are really missing the boat if they want to be in the Auto Repair business. Stores should have already been updated only because they are outdated. Old equipment, no certified mechanics, plenty of oil and tire changers. The stores keep increasing their open hours and are planning on going to 7 days a week but cannot attract new workers because of their non competitive in their compensation and training areas. Equipment is old and in some stores, not functional. The only bargain is their labor rate. It's ten years behind everyone else.

Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They discussed what items they would check, made sound recommendations, and got us in and out of there in short order. All that without an appointment. Highly recommend this business to anyone needing tires, brakes, oil change or alignment. Welcome atmosphere as well.
